3321  Economy / Speculation / Re: start another one (Bitcoin price increase) on: February 09, 2021, 07:36:39 PM
Why people still say that it's bearish while in fact, that bitcoin's price is rising? With a $1000 decrease means already a bear to you?

I've seen this kind of sentiment even when bitcoin plunged to $28k-$29k but still, that's not the sign of it being bearish. Don't look at the hour charts but if you're a day trader/scalp trader then you really have to rely on it.

But with all means of the dump and what bitcoin shows lately, I don't see it as a bearish. Whether it will dump back to $30k, I still don't consider that bearish knowingly that I've been happily seeing it surpass $20k and upwards.
3322  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BNB reached $100 on: February 09, 2021, 06:34:48 PM
Binance for the win

Certainly one of the best centralized exchanges of all time

BNB at $100 is not the limit, it will continue to grow !
Congratulations to all investors of Binance Coin. I'm really watching it out and the ATH that it made within the last 24 hours is $115. That's really a huge increase for this coin and never thought that it would be reaching $100.

Just a month ago, it was under $40, and with the rise of bitcoin. I thought that it's already done reaching new all-time highs but I was wrong and just as the same as bitcoin, it's also touching new ATHs.
3323  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you need a big amount to win or invest big if your not a billionaire? on: February 09, 2021, 05:32:14 PM
I bought it for the long term but it's odd to say that how much I've bought even if this is on the web. I'll keep it in private regardless of whom I'm talking to.

It's no longer confident when someone is asking about how much you're holding and how much you've bought way back then. To win or to make a profit, well at this point having a huge capital will easily make you money.

That's the reality.
3324  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice - Daily Story on: February 09, 2021, 04:30:42 PM
You're in luck if that's what happened to you.

I don't have the courage to do martingale anymore. It didn't work for me and with the sequence of your story, you're actually to lose all of it if you didn't win your last best.

You're lucky indeed.
3325  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: New Government Rules Mean No More Gambling Sponsorship on: February 08, 2021, 01:35:09 PM
It should already be out of their sight if it's about sponsorships. They know that clubs are also needing to have sponsors unless they can support and give what those sponsors can give to the clubs.

But clubs can't do with that if the government say so. As long as they can have some settlements for that and have remedy just for the sake of both parties.
3326  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Anyone still using CEX? on: February 08, 2021, 10:20:40 AM
I would exchange that to Ripple if I just want to take out my money from CEX. There's also TRX and other altcoins that have cheaper minimum withdrawal.

If you don't want to deposit another amount for bitcoin to reach its withdrawal threshold, trade it into another altcoin just to take it out.

Doge are more cheaper
They don't support Doge.
3327  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: IF you saw this candle stick chart would buy sell or hold? on: February 08, 2021, 08:01:44 AM
There are traps by looking at the candlesticks but it's also a nice indicator if you're watching the market closely. With the example graphic of OP, I'll not sell, it's no longer a good position to sell unless you're still at profit and you have a small percentage of loss and you only want to cut losses.

I'll buy and hold.
3328  Economy / Exchanges / Re: storing BTC at exchange wallet long term on: February 08, 2021, 06:56:44 AM
That's part of the risk. You earn interest through those exchanges that you will participate but once you deposited your coins to them, you're no longer owning them. Yes, you're part of their program which allows you to earn interest but you have to understand and just agree that it's no longer yours once it touches their exchange.

There are wallets that are allowing you to offer interest upon holding it. But that's not lending, it's staking just like in Ledger, trust wallet, and other wallets as well. At least with those, it may not that be much of interest but you hold your coins.
3329  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much loose from ico 2021. I got rekt on: February 07, 2021, 11:54:26 PM
Real story?

That's painful bro if that is for real. This is the reason why you should always be careful when investing in any ICO. It could go up as high as it can but it could lose you money as quickly as it can.

That's a very expensive experience for you to learn that you'll never invest in any ICO. I guess $100 would suffice me in investing in such projects but that amount is a serious gamble to you, and I guess you hoped that it would make you money x10 in quick time with that project.
3330  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: February 07, 2021, 11:02:06 PM
I was able to watch this game. My expectation when the game started is that this is gonna be an easy game for the Mavs and they're playing on their home court.
Mavs underestimated GSW, and as a result, they had huge problems with their offense and defense in the second half of the match.
And they just played again yesterday and the scores were too close. That's only a two-point lead from the Mavs and they've managed to take the loss that they've with GSW. A consecutive 2 game for both teams and the standing ended up with 1-1.

Also, I guess home or guest court doesn't have a strong impact on players because all teams play without fans this season.
Some courts I think allows having a few fans to watch live.
3331  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So lets talk honest now about btc on: February 07, 2021, 10:18:25 PM
You've been making a lot of threads and you still haven't come up with how bitcoin can make you rich? well, if you're one of the earliest investors or buyers of bitcoin which were around cents to two digits or even three digits. You're in good life now if you're likely to sell most of it.

But being rich in general doesn't have to be dependent on bitcoin. You need to work a lot and if you're asking someone how you can be rich on it, you're wanting a shortcut without realizing you can end up broke with that mentality.
3332  Economy / Economics / Re: Biden do even bigger stimulus on: February 07, 2021, 09:44:25 PM
Just recent news on the house that there will be another 'smaller' stimulus checks that are on their way. That's around $1,400 per beneficiary.

House gives final approval to budget plan including Biden’s $1.9 trillion stimulus, fast tracking the process.

And that means that we're going to have a pump soon?
3333  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Potential scam alert on: February 07, 2021, 09:03:53 PM
These people promise 'X' amount return per month depending on the type of package you choose.

What do we think? Scam?
I don't have to look at the website. But with this description, yes, it's likely that it's a scam. If a website or investment scheme promises you such an amount or percentage and it's quite unbelievable and too good to be true, then you should avoid it.

Whether the website has a valid certificate from your browser or it looks professional. There will always be those scam websites that are looking good in the design but upon the study of the scheme, you can finally say that it is a scam.

And another red flag is that the website was made just this January 1, 2021.

3334  Economy / Speculation / Re: HOW LONG WILL THIS BULL RUN LAST ? on: February 06, 2021, 11:35:19 PM
Are you mad? why all caps?

To know when this bull run will last is unknown. While it's still there, why you don't you guys take it as an opportunity and take the profits that you can while you can.

You'll never have the idea when it will start to drop until you see it plummet. But sometimes those drops are just temporary and it will recover slightly until you see high prices again for bitcoin just like what it did going back to $40k.
3335  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Elon Musk Again & Again Tweet for Doge? on: February 06, 2021, 10:32:18 PM
Its a game for him dude! He likes trolling others, thats all.  Grin
And games are used to be fun which he is enjoying.

It's not a secret anymore why he keeps on doing that. Is he benefiting from that? it could be or it could be not. But that's one thing for sure is that he's enjoying all of the crowd taking notice his tweets and buying whatever he post such as bitcoin and doge. Although in bitcoin, that's a different thing, he's a known supporter of it who said that he only owns a few.

He's might be thinking that, he understands now the feeling of what John had done before.
3336  Economy / Speculation / Re: How long the Bitcoin Bull run continues on: February 05, 2021, 10:04:02 PM
A question that only guess can be given.

You can take all of those speculations seriously or you're just going to wait if you're a long term holder. $100k is the target of majority of the holders for this year but it's also possible that we may hit $150k-$390k.

But before you take those predictions to the next level, you should look to the current price first and just take it slowly. Don't rush things.
3337  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: February 05, 2021, 09:02:56 PM
Your expectations are the same as everyone else as the odds are against the Mavs -4 point spread, and the result was a very unexpected win from the GSW.
I haven't watched the game, but I guess the Warriors may have a chance for the playoffs as they are rebuilding with the young talents they have this season. But they have no chance in winning the championship this season without Klay. So, I should say, the GSW ain't back yet, they're still in a rebuilding process.
You can skip actually to the start of 4th quarter. Yeah, still don't have Klay but they're winning.

Early to say but to compare on their past performance or season then i can say that this is a bit better and does really have again that kind of calibre that can really go toe to toe
with strong teams. Its just too early to conclude out since we are still on early season.Lets see if on how they would perform out from mid to ending part.

I was expecting for Mavs to have this game and yeah, that was really unexpectable for Oubre Jr. and i believe this one its career high.
Both of you are right. They are becoming better and better for each games that are passing by. They may not be at the best position at this season because of Klay but they're doing their best to become the old GSW that we knew.
3338  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: February 05, 2021, 07:44:56 PM

That game was really great on the 1st up to 3rd quarter but when the 4th quarter starts Kelly Oubre Jr. just got fired up and Scored 40 pts. on this game, and Draymond Green had 15 assist this game.
I was able to watch this game. My expectation when the game started is that this is gonna be an easy game for the Mavs and they're playing on their home court.

Oubre Jr. did really fired up at the last quarter. While for the Mavs, it's Porzingis that got 25 pts. Is Golden State Warriors back? the standing isn't that back at all.
3339  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin Crash? on: February 05, 2021, 06:42:52 PM
but can Bitcoin actually crash?
It can.

But what makes you think that it can't? Bitcoin is still a speculative asset and it can crash for every crashing speculation by the majority or any popular guy in the community. However, bitcoin being that type of asset is stronger today because we've got the stronger investors too, the institutions.

It might crash anytime but there are always those investors who are willing to buy those bitcoins that will have the discount if it happens.
3340  Economy / Economics / Re: The billionaires who own bitcoins on: February 05, 2021, 05:48:33 PM

The net worth of Michael Saylor and Michael Novogratz is less than 1 billion so they are not billionaires.
I tired to collect known people mostly.
But how about Chamath? upon researching, it says that he has a billion dollar net worth. Chamath is a popular guy. He's always being added by the media to their articles not just in crypto but also in stocks and other capital ventures.

He's a known bitcoin investor and supporter. Just like this:

Billionaire investor Chamath Palihapitiya says bitcoin will surge to $200,000 as more investors realize they need an 'uncorrelated hedge' against untrustworthy national leaders
