2381  Economy / Gambling / Re: VR online casinos? on: January 08, 2022, 11:52:59 PM
Indeed where you live, anyway, in the future the gambling world will use this, but until now the price is still very expensive.
Yes, you're right @nigthcrowd, I believe that even in developed countries these types of products must be expensive.
But I believe that all over the world these types of accessories have gone up in price, I believe because of inflation and massive printing of money around the world
(Of course this was not the determining factor, but it caused this increase in products/services).
Not that really expensive for those 1st world countries that are always first in these technologies. Well, during the releasing time, they would certainly go up with the price as it is new in the eyes of every consumer.

But eventually, when the demand gets lower, price will also become lower. I've seen about the news of Disney that they'll launch also a metaverse/vr world without the use of any gadget as requirement, this could also be applicable into VR casinos soon.
2382  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will owning 0.01 BTC really make you rich? on: January 08, 2022, 10:53:07 PM
There's the other thread: Do you guys think 0.1BTC is enough to "make it"?

Well, I think that's more plausible having that amount than what the title indicates. That's 10x more than the example that's given by op on this thread.

Yes indeed owning 0.01btc can make you a millionaire if you can be patient enough to hold on to your coin following the high volatility rate of Bitcoin and how much investors are trooping into Bitcoin causing a high demand in the crypto asset. Achieving this with 0.01btc would determine how patience and discipline you can have when it comes to investment
How long you're going to wait until 0.01 btc becomes a million? Bitcoin has to be $100M/btc for that 0.01btc you're holding to become a million. Not impossible but I think that we're still far from that point.
2383  Economy / Economics / Re: Akon City.Is Wakanda the real world version? Can it help the African economy? on: January 08, 2022, 09:55:43 PM
Before having a conclusion.

We have to wait and see it in operation. Because having a conclusion without seeing the application of this Akon City, we might eat those words back especially if they're negative and then we get to see that it has improved the lives of people living there.

It is still on development and who knows, maybe this is better than the metaverse hype that we're seeing right now or it could go worse than the result of ICOs and other crowd sales, no one knows.
2384  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Advice on what to consider when making an investment ? on: January 08, 2022, 08:53:38 PM
Usually check each of their social media platforms if they've got a lot of users, the real users with interaction. Like in their telegram channel or discord server.

You'll eventually get to see if the interactions are for real and they're really answering questions that should be brought as communication is very important while they're starting out.

As for the token distribution, it's always that the devs have part of it. Look if the cut they have is justifiable and the utility of that token is also important.
2385  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how to trade btc without kyc on: January 08, 2022, 07:53:26 PM
I don't recommend to do trading in those exchanges which do not require KYC. But If you want to do that, you can trade in Kucoin without KYC, you just have to make account verify email and phone number/2FA.  There are some limits in kucoin for non KYCed users, so must check them before trading.
Kucoin isn't requiring KYC so you're suggesting a contradiction of what you're telling about not advisable to trade on exchanges that don't require KYC.

Although most exchanges are seen to be going there anytime soon that they might enforced KYC to all of their customers. Just like what binance did, they're one of the exchanges that's known to have a non-kyc policy and then surprised us with their forced KYC.

I agree.

Since most of the exchanges are now requiring KYC, there's no other way but to do KYC, I mean binance requiring KYC doesn't bother me at all because they are the best exchange so far since I've started trading in cryptocurrency. Kucoin ain't that bad either but I will recommend binance for their overall good service. It's better to put your funds somewhere you think it's safe and in good hands.
In the case of binance, we're already there and there's no other option but to just comply to what they like.

If you don't comply, you're not able to trade. As for these exchanges that don't require it yet, they might do the same thing as what binance did. They're all following the steps of binance and it's possible that they may ask for the same.

But, for the meantime, while they're not asking for it, you can enjoy using them like kucoin.

2387  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Internet is down on Kazahstan, Bitcoin Hashrate drooped, Price affected? on: January 07, 2022, 09:27:09 PM
Connection to the price drop? Maybe yes and no.

I'm more curious why there's a need to touch the internet if the rally is all about the gas prices. But if the connection to the price drop of bitcoin is due to the hash rate, then eventually, as usual, it will recover.

I didn't even know that there's riot and protests that happened there and if I haven't seen this thread, I'm total ignorant of the current political issue there.
It's certainly frustrating, since there isn't a direct answer regarding what caused such drop. Is it concerning? Yes, is it worrying me? No, well, not yet. Waking up to such a drop is definitely scaring, I'm aiming for long-term returns, thus, I am not too worried yet.

Despite not being too affected by the situation, I'm hoping that the market recovers in the following weeks
We should get used to these fluctuations every time we wake up. I've experienced these drops several times after waking up and yeah, it's shocking and not a good morning as it may seems.

But what's concerning is the situation of their economy and the people there, we know that bitcoin will eventually recover and no matter how many FUDs or factors that makes it low, it will really go up again.
2388  Economy / Gambling / Re: Minesweeper.Games | The Best Bitcoin Minesweeper | No KYC on: January 07, 2022, 08:22:33 PM
That is one game available on Windows OS that popular in its era.
I have never won a minesweeper game in windows and still don't know how to win on it and now, I've seen a casino that has it as a game.

Winning a "minesweeper game" on windows have no benefit as you will not win any money when you win a "minesweeper game" on your PC.
However by winning the game at Minesweeper.Games, you can earn big and easy money.
Yes, there's no benefit and I've trade it for so many times and that's why I think if I try to play on this game with bet, I probably just going to easily lose that money.

I have never won a minesweeper game in windows and still don't know how to win on it and now, I've seen a casino that has it as a game.
Don't worry about this. They don't work the same way.
In this game, it doesn't matter on which box you click. It relies entirely on luck while the windows games relies on logic.
Thanks, so it's completely working differently from the original windows pc game.

Winning a minesweeper needs luck as that game is based on chance so I understand how hard to win that game.
I do not know if there is a strategy or method that can help us win, so I consider enjoying the game without any intention to win.
Well, if it's said to be a luck based type of game then there's no way to strategize your gameplay on it to win. As said, you rely on your luck.

If @OP and his team can have good promotions on his site, I am sure it can remind those who have a good experience playing Minesweeper on their computer and will test it while they will also have a chance to win.
Yes, it depends on your luck to win the game because Minesweeper is a game based on luck so without having good luck, you will not have a big chance to win.
Budget plays a part in it and if they don't have that much of it, they need to be active on this thread and answer all of the queries and suggestions that are given to them. Since they're still quite new, they already are taking attention of the interest of everyone.
2390  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: looking for ways to earn free cryptocurrency on: January 06, 2022, 08:57:35 AM
These are a good start for what you're looking for.

https://www.coinbase.com/earn

https://coinmarketcap.com/earn/

As you've mentioned about faucets, then you're good with these earn tasks that will earn you some altcoins after finishing the task that's given on particular coins that are listed there. Faucets aren't paying that much and I think these are way better than that for you.

2392  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SHOULDN'T THE DEVELOPMENT OF TOKENS BE MORE SUPERVISED ? on: January 06, 2022, 01:29:15 AM
Everyone is free to use blockchain as there's no requirement really needed for its deployment but, as long as you've got the budget on who's going to do it, everyone can do it.

Before it wasn't like this that we're looking for regulation and we've all liked decentralization which starts from bitcoin. It's all behind the blockchain technology that's being adopted by the newer projects. Just like in the proliferation of scams worldwide, we just have to be careful and vigilant so that we won't be a victim.
2393  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: THE BULL RIDE OF 2021 on: January 05, 2022, 12:29:23 PM
For now NFT Axie Infinity game is already very popular among the public because by playing the game we can get additional income so that many are interested in the game, with a lot of fans then I believe bull run will definitely happen faster then we must be on the project if we want to get maximum results, But it would be nice before jumping into the project we make research first so that there are no regrets if all is not as we expect.
It is popular due to the P2E feature that it has but if it doesn't have it, I think it's just another game. Investors and players like the P2E that much and it's very easy to exchange because the token is on binance and they're supporting both of it, axs and slp.

People are disliking it because of the updates but let's see if they'll maintain their popularity since the season 19 has just ended. New updates will come and the slp's price keeps on plunging.
2394  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin closing balance on exchanges on: January 05, 2022, 09:33:54 AM
Those deposits are due to the people waking up their old addresses that has balances. Since the price of bitcoin became high and there are a lot of NFT games that came out, it's likely that many of those deposits were converted into those type of NFT assets.

But the fact that the hash rate has been on the ATH again, there's the significance on what's about to happen next.

2395  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypterium has held my BTC hostage for almost a month with no end in sight. on: January 05, 2022, 07:58:38 AM
They still have an active thread and they have a representative that's posting updates and news on their thread[1].

[1] https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2214098.0

You can post this issue there and see if that representative can help you out with this problem that you're dealing with them. I think that he can help you to address it to the "appropriate department" regards to your problem.
2396  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: China's Digital Yuan Wallet App Now in iOS and Android App Stores on: January 05, 2022, 06:34:37 AM
Is this specific only for the CBDC that they've developed? They already have two of the biggest wallet apps that they're using.

But if this is also going to cover what the other two have, they have at least now 3 choices which is still fine. Well, only citizens of them can enjoy this and we'll see how they're going to end up with its result.
2397  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to track investment amounts on: January 05, 2022, 01:43:07 AM
Thanks everyone, and what about TRUST wallet and Coinbase exchange? Where would I find those investment amounts?
For trust wallet, it's there.

It's beside the crypto icon if you ever have that crypto sitting there. As you open the app, there's the amount on how much you've invested for that crypto.

For example, bitcoin and BNB, it's there on the right side.
2398  Economy / Gambling / Re: ▄■▀■▄ 🌟BITVEST.io🌟 💰WIN BY 🔶PLAY 📈INVEST➡🔺🎲🎰🔲 | BET CONTEST ▄■▀■▄ on: January 05, 2022, 12:47:59 AM
Of course you can run a casino without advertising it on Bitcointalk. However, when it comes to cryptocurrency casinos, Bitcointalk is by far the largest forum in the industry. Also, I believe that the cost of advertising here can be a lot less if we dedicate some of our own time.
Yes, even without forum advertising, you can operate a casino but the forum is one of the best ways to introduce and get exposure for a casino. That's why you see a lot of casinos are advertising through campaigns because it's lesser in cost and effective in the niche.

The exact target market is in here, you have bitvest and other crypto casinos. People in here are versed with cryptocurrencies and a mix of being a gambler so that's really effective marketing.

Hopefully, the owner is feeling well this year.

Since Bitvest was first mentioned on the bitcointalk forum, it has gained a lot of popularity. Without the bitcointalk forum, Bitvest would probably not exist today. Of course, they can stop their promotion here, but I doubt they can attract new clientele without it.
It will still exist if there's no forum. But can't deny how the forum helped bitvest became popular and that's not limited to them only but also for other casinos that have seen how popular the forum is.

It helped all of them to gain popularity and we can see the different those that don't use the forum and they don't market here, if they're starting out. It takes them time to become known.
2399  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Profitable coin for 2022 on: January 04, 2022, 09:36:56 PM
Let's we discuss about some profitable coin for 2022. No doubt Bitcoin the favourite coin for all-time investment. Besides Bitcoin, which coin will be the most profitable for 2022. I say Harmony, You?
Ethereum.

But I think out of nowhere, there will be another altcoin that we don't see coming that will move tremendously just like the other altcoins did for this year.

Many of them did became like that and it's hard to see them coming if those altcoins are not common just like what the others have pumped already.
2400  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: meta is the future ???? on: January 04, 2022, 08:07:40 PM
Well, changing the company name of a well known tech company I think is the actual thing and has to be attached with their corresponding niches. Just like Google, named its company Alphabet and so Facebook did, as Meta.

With such bold move, the market is going with the Metaverse so Facebook just did the right thing for the response to the market trend and I think there's connection to it.
I don't believe Facebook named it's head company Meta because of the current crypto hype. This decision had been made probably several years ago to react to the decreasing interest in the facebook platform and to disconnect the head company from the platform. Meta has many more profitable departments (WhatsApp, Instagram).
It's just a thought that came to my mind and it's timely.

What I think with their logo, it has a similarity with an NFT game. But I'm not criticizing them as changing the name really has purposes and I'm looking forward on what and how it shall look when they're done developing it and they're already in the launch.

I'm waiting for that since most of their proposed project from Libra has been delayed until now to see if they won't delay its launch.
