STO comes with legal accordance and hence the team/project/company seems to be more dedicated and the project has larger chances of success which brings larger profit to the investors. People can easily sue STO's for fraud in worst case scenario.
STO has less chance of having scumbag dev teams. But what if they are registered in Estonia or some unknown country? Now, that's another problem. It is easy to runaway if you are registered in a faraway place where nobody knows it exists in the first place. So just do your own due diligence before becoming a prey animal of these projects. |

I think merit system is very good thinking by admin of bitcointalk.org. By merit system anybody can know his posting quality when another person give merit for his quality post.
But if anybody misuse this merit and sell it by money its fully opposite of forum rules and regulation and i think it should be punishment for that.
There's already a punishment as tagging the account of merit abusers. It's not easy to spot it however, if its blatantly obviously at some point, DT members will not be hesitant to give that account a red paint. However, I'm not really sure about the red trust is effective though, because if you go around bounties, there are still campaigns accepting participants even though they have a red trust. Merit abusers will always be here as most of them are after for what they will earn if they will rank up. If you are not greedy, you will just do your job and use the community to your advantage. You are right when you said, people who do it almost for free. Most that I have seen, they are paying their bounty hunters after a month or so. And once they received their coins, the value is already at the very bottom, which by the way is not worth selling anymore. Or even if you received their tokens, there is no decent exchange to sell it with. But bounty programs will still be there. You need to choose wisely among those countless projects. |

I think HitBTC is superior to YoBit. We can see from market movements in each coin exchange. Market HitBTC is more active than YoBit. Apart from that, the HitBTC can enable an create wallet. But we are free to judge something, depending on what our taste is in using market exchange. Yobit is a good functional exchange but it is filled with pump and dump shitcoins and trading bots to increase the fake volume. Nothing wrong with it though, i have traded coins and withdrawn them without any issues
Very true, yobit has so many crap coins listed and after couple of months delisted owed to the fact that they have no more value. They are very easy to use. Traded in that exchange many times also (just to get rid of those crap coins). lol HitBTC is I believe has higher standards than yobit. |

Therefore, we want to collect a large community. Long wait would be also for potential investors. The turnover in this type of project would take years.
