I do agree that there's no 100% assurance that you will not lose money from a crypto investment. If someone is promising you that it is impossible to lose, start doubting that project. It is the same as someone is promising passive income for the rest of your life. That's not true at all.
And if there's a known scammer within the team and the team doesn't care, then by any means stay away from them. Because it means, they don't care what will gonna happen to your investments nor even care the welfare of their clients as long as they are pocketing money from those gullible investors.

As you mentioned, you already have necessary licenses for this exchange already. How are you going to tackle the fact that a new exchange has problem in getting sufficient number of traders to sustain its operations? Also, you are requiring kyc from your clients, I believe that would be your major bottleneck. I suggest require KYC only to those clients that will exceed certain limits of their withdrawal per day.

this looks weak, but you never know where things can go i generally dont trust any coin with "cash" in it, but maybe ill check this one out should consider making the explorer in English, might help with mass adoption  Maybe they are targeting a specific market here, which is Brazil. But in any case, their website can be viewed in English language by selecting the USA flag at the top right hand corner but some parts are still in Portuguese. And checking their roadmap, they started 2015, is this already operating in that region? edit : it means you are not yet operational as you said, in about 45 days the trades already begin? |

I have noticed that mostly newbies are just posting on this thread and giving positive reviews on the project. What is the chance that they are just being paid by the irbis team? I thought this has solid foundation as looking at the team members and long list of advisors, they will not resort to paying users to build up this project. Also, are they still on pre-sale or IEO? The IEO should have finished by now according to their roadmap. Are they still going to sell their internet sim to the public?
They write that they have sold more than 10 000 SIM cards. If so, it is already a good working business and it can be a plus for the motivation of tokens. 10k is already a large number for starting company. However, how can we know that the team is just giving that number? I know it is difficult to verify such owners of those sim cards. But in case they are not saying the truth here, they are only fooling themselves and not the community. If they got that number of customers already, we should be reading good feedback by now. |

I guess it was just for the IEO that they used p2bb2b, not a full listing. It'd be nice if they'd get the coin on other exchanges... I'd settle for dinky exchanges even. Just anything that doesn't require KYC for such a small amount of crypto, seems idiotic to require KYC when selling like $10-$30 worth of coin. This is kind of a weird project, I have to admit. Seems to lean scammy, with diamonds and children? I mean, there is no logical correlation there -- Help the needy children, and oh, by the way, buy diamonds at a discount too. Bizarre. But the devs are so silent, who knows what they actually planned. If I had to guess they took in like nothing from the coin sale and just gave up? Their research and investigative team has a lot of work to do here. And one more thing, what legal authorities are recognizing this platform as an institution to do this kind of asset management? Do they have collaboration with Government Intellectual Property Offices? Also, on your website, the team members have no profile links. I believe the links are important as you are venturing the IP field. Regarding your first question about copyrights, most people do not go through the process of registering their copyrighted work at a government office (at least for copyrights, it’s different for patents, which will explain later). Protecting, enforcing, and monetizing IP, such as a copyrighted work, is difficult of the copyright owner cannot verify the authorship or ownership of their copyrighted work. The Planchain platform makes it easy for people to obtain a proof of ownership and authorship using the immutable nature of blockchain/DLT. Also, the PlanChain platform will have an IP asset marketplace that makes it easy for people to showcase and monetize their IP assets. A copyright is obtained the minute a work is created. But as I said previously, most people don’t take steps to formally register their copyright in a government office. Also, your roadmap content is basically selling your token and listing this on exchanges. Nothing substantial can be found on your whitepaper. I start to hear very good news in the Ibitt Telegram group. The INV token integration into Investa products like ATMs or exchange is already ongoing at full speed. This is really good to hear, especially, when I was screaming for the token integration for so long. Here is a quoted message from Investa team on Telegram: Working on the below...
