If you're only basis for bitcoin to replace gold is its value or price then you clearly have the wrong idea here. I am pretty much interested to know how many people here uses bitcoin because of it's system, because of the anonymous and the security it provides, and because of the fact that it is really easy to transact over the internet, and there's no one who can just block your account(unlike paypal, a platform that provides an easy way to pay over the internet, but you rely on PayPal to keep your account open).

So I have 2 cousins. One of them doesn't save and is a huge spender while the other is a saver and spends only once a year. So would bitcoin be a good way to teach them about saving? I think these billionaires are called whales. Somehow sila yung nakakaapekto sa patuloy na pagfluctuate ng bitcoin sa market. Sila talaga yung may malaking impact sa marke dahil sila yung may pinakamalaking porsyento ng bitcoin na inihohold.
