3341  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Market is going to dump on you at some point on: May 12, 2017, 10:48:08 AM
I can see that most altcoin dump at the moment meanwhile bitcoin continue to increase everyday.
I think altcoin still adapting on bitcoin value which I'm very amaze to see current value for bitcoin.

Keep hold guys !

they are on the same line bitcoin is getting a little dumped now, probably a price correction, and altcoin, too are in price correction area now, everyone know that at some point dump are healthy to redistribute the wealth, you can't think that the value will increase indefinitely withotu a break, this would be stupid lol
3342  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: About Stellar giveaway on: May 12, 2017, 10:45:46 AM
another bad distribution because unless you own a large amount of bitcoin it's not worth it, this is again the richer get richer scheme i don't like it, the more coin you sign and link to stellar the more stellar you get, but don't hold too much your breath here, you get only 0.01 btc out of 2 btc connected with stellar address, waste of time for me
3343  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ironic on: May 12, 2017, 10:41:51 AM
it make sene what you say, but remember that altcoin can't not grow before bitcoin grow in the future, they are following the giant, i agree that if bitcoin go even higher, altcoin will follow and do another crazy all time pump even on the minus shitcoin you can find aaround like they are doing now, and this make your comparison not exactly correct, because bitcoin will not lose the war against altcoin
3344  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: LiteCoin Officially Alive...Now Jumping on: May 12, 2017, 10:39:25 AM
I invest a little of my BTC into LiteCoin for the past month and so far so good. I got them at the $11 level and right now it shoot up to the $36 level...and I can feel that many LiteCoiners are so happy with the result more so that for the past three days or so it showed some red signs in coinmarketcap website.

Now...my question (and a prayer also) is this: Would it be possible for LiteCoin to reach the $100 level maybe 3 months from now?

I'd say no, not unless there is evidence that people are actually using segwit. (Of course there may be a pump or two to try to get to $100, but don't bet on it).

Litecoin has already seen it's pump. now it's going to decline back to it's normal $4 price

i see no reason for that, just your spreading fud, bitcoin is still on bull run like other altcoin, and segwit is active, maybe yes the segwit hype will fade away in the end, but the value won't return to where was before, another increase is possible with the current premise and features that segwit bring to the table
3345  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Possible Litecoin Malware on: May 12, 2017, 10:37:01 AM
I wouldn't touch LTC... it can be infected with malware of what ever else. Soon to be dumped and bagholders left losing their savings... goold luck

any coin can be infected if you download the wrong client? so what is your problem here are you whining just for the sake of whining? i'm with a strong antvirus and malwarebyte, and i use sandbox to contain possible infection, it's very hard to get infected if you also don't download shit on the web
3346  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your opinion on the LBRY Coin (LBC) and associated project ? on: May 11, 2017, 03:33:13 PM
I am also following LBC in few days as I am interested on this project. After reading here I felt like their updates and developments isn't really that solid. I'll buy some few nonetheless.

yeah there is not enough transparency but the project is not bad, it's based on paying movie with the lbry blockchain which is not that bad, but the problm is always one, the dev are holding an enormous amount of coins, that could be dumped at any time and killing this coin, i don't like huge premine like this one
3347  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Advice on: May 11, 2017, 03:31:52 PM
Actually, another question, do you happen to know why they're all so bullish right now? Bitcoin's shooting through the roof and that's driving everything else, or people have just decided this is where the money is, or this is just some random aberration, or what?

i think there are simply more investors than before, it's not bitcoin that is driving the thing, it's more investors discovered about this crypto thing and are trying to differentiate from their nomral investments like stocks or forex, and the last minutes are indicating a dump on all the altcoin, not exactly a bull run
3348  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Lets sue the Ripple and Stellar devs for pulling an exit pump and dump on: May 11, 2017, 03:29:54 PM
i would love to know who the hell is pumping all these shitty scam, are they making fake wall and not exactly pumping these coins? there is a way i see in trading that let you increase the value without actually buying anything, i think they are indeed using this trick, because i cna't believe their value just went that up because new investors are investing, could also be that the dev increased it with a internal bot
3349  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will BU Fork Soon Rip the Network in Half? on: May 11, 2017, 03:23:08 PM
I don't think that the hard fork of BU or Bitcoin Unlimited will rip the network in half because we can see that there is not much user of the that coin and a lot of people still use bitcoin and there is no chance for BU to cut the network in half because the supporters of bitcoin are too big and strong to be defeated.

that is not the reason, the reason is that exchange will view bu as an altcoin, which is a good think, because it allow core to remain the primal fork, if miners want BU they will make an altcoin, perhaps we end up like with ETH and ETC, both with different value
3350  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin becoming out of reach on Common Man on: May 11, 2017, 03:18:24 PM
Just see the bitcoin price climbing so high. 1900$ is a very high amount and not many people can now afford to buy a single bitcoin. Also those who are earning bitcoin will now get less bitcoins like before some pay you 10$ it was 0.01 and not it is just 0.005 (same 10$).

In short, Will bitcoin will only be in the hands of rich in near future ?

i know what you are telling here but this is good for distribution, because if one person can only afford a tiny fraction it mean that you need more people to buy the same amount of coins as before, nothing bad about this, it's not only helping the rich, but it's helping bitcoin adoption
3351  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] SweepstakeCoin (SWEEP) - PoW/PoS, JHA, TOR, Sweepstake with True Random on: May 11, 2017, 12:20:12 PM
if this is on the track as jackpotcoin, it's spiritual sequel or whatever, wasn't good to add a jackpot block each N blocks you mine, like with jackpotcoin instead of doing the block thing that keep climbing until soemone win it? and you also forgot to add the total supply, i can't find it in the first post
and how can this big block, work? the pool will likely find it before other and distribute to everyone, so there is no luck here for someone that want to win alone the big price
3352  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: nvidia volta on: May 11, 2017, 12:16:29 PM
The Volta card unveiled is the GPU Compute card as other Tesla's have been.

This is what the 2080 and 2080ti will be eventually based upon, just wait another year for that if you're interested in it.

if you're interested in profits now, I suggest you pick up some 1070s and get to making some $$$

Now as a Gamer, I can't wait for the 2080 series, especially on the mobile side. 4k Ultra @ 60+fps on a laptop on basically every game anyone? Yeah that's coming.

good choice to buy now the 1070 but the 1070 should be 10% faster, it's maybe better to wait if you have already a farm, waiting for volta instead it's stupid there is too much time to wait and profit to lose

Next spring and a big boost.

This is really good for zec mining.

Here is my logic

https://coinmarketcap.com/

Rank---Coin------Total Cap----------Coin Price------Coins Mined--------  Daily Volume
17.......Zcash.....$124,925,489......$97.78............1,277,606............ $7,113,760

nvidia is the clear winner at mining this coin

The cap is low compared to Nvidia's $52,000,000,000 plus cap.  They can easily prop Zec's price to ensure cards sales.  Basically a rebate or commercial for their cards.

And they  can actually make money  trading the coin.  So  it is potentially cheaper and more effective then any rebate or commercial.

http://www.coinwarz.com/network-hashrate-charts/zcash-network-hashrate-chart

   80mh    is  120,000  1080 ti's or 84,000,000 in sales

we know the network is  a mix  of many different cards, but  the gear growth  potential is huge.

nvidia and amd know about this is clear, they are releasing moster gpu for this sector too, but not only zec is good for nvidia, lbry is good too, maybe nvidia is behind the last pump of lbry? could be by how the thing are going
3353  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: European parliament and Ethereum on: May 11, 2017, 12:14:29 PM
well they can't ignore crypto forever, it's about time that they moved their asses on crypto and start to recognize crypto as it deserve to be, ETH also it's very big now compared to bitcoin, and therefore they see it as a potential new good thing to talk about, i think they are beginning to focus more on crypto because of the recent bitcoin increase
3354  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Q: Invest 100k in 4 coins, Method, tips. on: May 11, 2017, 12:11:46 PM
Hello everyone

My question is fairly simple. My friend wants to invest 100k in 4 coins (Ripple, Doge, Nem, Stellar)
I am looking for tips how to handle such a transaction. He is currently registered & verified at Poloniex, Kraken & Bittrex.

The idea was to deposit money in those 3, buy the coins, send them to wallets (hard, soft, paper... whichever option is better for each coin at this time)

Thnx for any info & tips

first thing maybe is to review again your decision, ripple is a bad investment, doge is the only good thing there, if they activate segwit or thye do the last promised upgrade, for storage better to do it locally with the core version for each coin you want to invest, it's the most secure way
3355  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why altcoin prices down when bitcoin up. on: May 11, 2017, 12:09:07 PM
altcoin are pump and dump bitcoin not, here your answer, but i think some altcoin got bursted because they increase too high quickly, and they increase all altogether which a rare thing, the profit still remain the same if you mine, because bitcoin is higher
3356  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoins, LTC Stuck on: May 11, 2017, 12:07:51 PM
Do you have the transaction number?

Try it out in here https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ and hope it will work.

i don't think that will work, that link is for bitcoin acceleration not litecoin, it's better if the post starter do a abandon transactions and receive the coins back and send them again with right fee
3357  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcore - BTX - SEGWIT - BLOOM - ONLINE - CORE 0.14 - 4900+ BTX Claimed on: May 10, 2017, 05:09:58 PM
the claiming is very profitable, if you sign a message with 1000 bitcoin you get 1000 bitcore? lol that is 1.4 bitcoin for free, this is wrong it help the richer get even richer, wasn't better to do it with a fixed amount?
3358  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is there a list of free altcoins for bitcoin holders? on: May 10, 2017, 05:02:48 PM
clam is perfect for you i recently discovered it and i used one of my wallet, to get 14 clam for free, which are 0.02-0.03 at current exchange rate, but you need to remove first your bitcoin from your wallet and then claim your coins, check the ann to see how it work
3359  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will be the next $10 Billion Blockchain? on: May 10, 2017, 05:01:15 PM
Over $25 Billion in the last 30 Days went to Cryptocurrencies. Marketcap is now above 51 billion usd up from 25 just a month ago and experts say it aint no bubble and it is natural growth!  When we will see Eth or Ripple at 10 billion marketcap? What other blockchain projects are candidates for 10 000 000 000 + marketcap?

the whole marketcap is still very low, if you compare to stocks and forex, crypto is way behind in terms of money invested, this need time to mature, i think ETH will be the next one, it's the only one that is already very near to reach 10 billions, litecoin is far away need to be x6 or 0.1 btc to have that marketcap, but if bitcoin go even higher they might reach the 10 billions cap much early, it depend on bitcoin

I think ethereum and ripple can also rich 10 billion. But btc's price is still going up high for how many consecutive days. These coins just need more investors cause what is being advertised is bitcoin and rarely we can see other alt coins. I also thought that these coins are not really directly targetting 10billion market cap this time but rather projects that could entice many investors.

yeah but ripple have inflated support, that can be manipulated and increase when they want, i can't count on that as a legit increase, i think ripple is also manipulating the value, with their pesky centralization, i don't like their project it sound very similar to fiat ruled by the government
3360  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 2 hours till SegWit activation, do you think LTC will drop? on: May 10, 2017, 04:59:37 PM
i think it will not drop, the hype for segwit is still very strong, there will be some correction this is normal, but the price will climb again and reach all new height, also litecoin in the past was very near this level or higher, reach 0.05 but the value of bitcoin was lower due to less investors, now it's the same more investors more money, and the same value will be reached
