Hello,

I tried to send my ltc (core) to another wallet (jaxx). I accidenlty did not send a transactionfee, because you manually have to add them. I have put many time in searching out what the possibilities are to get back my ltc. The following two options are possible if you ask me:

1. Ask a miner
2. A Child pays for parent transaction

But, where can I find/contact a ltc miner. And who can explain the child pays for parent transaction?

Thanks in advance!

Tom

Do you have the transaction number?

Try it out in here https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ and hope it will work.

Which version of core? If it's ancient upgrade to the latest. Right click on the transaction. Cancel transaction.

In this era of where people who even send with high transaction fees have to wait for several hours before confirmation, you made he mistake of not attaching a transaction fees to your own transaction, I hope it won't take forever if any but since its ltc, I believe the amount of time should be limited but is it not possible that the fund be returned to you account or a form of notification that should prompt your attention that you have not attached fees? I think that's a deficiency that blockchain.info will not do.

It will go through at some point even without fee. You just have to wait.
If you're in a hurry you can perform a doublespend on it by signing another transaction for the same coins so the network will reject both transactions, drops both from the mempool and the coins are back to your wallet.
For better instructions on this use google how to doublespend.
No need to bother a miner, really.

Great! Had v08.7.2 - Updated (after I made a backup) and cancelled the transaction!

i don't think that will work, that link is for bitcoin acceleration not litecoin, it's better if the post starter do a abandon transactions and receive the coins back and send them again with right fee
