3341  Economy / Speculation / Re: There are positive signs in the movement of bitcoin prices on: July 14, 2020, 09:37:00 PM
Mate we are experiencing this ups and down from couple of months, just a temporary pump doesn't mean it is going to rock. Why even many analyst predicted that BTC will cross 20k barrier after Halving but in reality we are seeing the right??
There is another story to this, the halving happened and even if it takes a couple of years the analyst predicted will be true, no one in the right sense that saw the past two halving will predict that the price would rally to $20k just after the halving as everyone knows that it will take a few months to catch that momentum.
The price is hanging over $9k for a very long time which is not a bad valuation considering what the valuation was when the halving happened 4 years back.
^ Definitely right, if you are talking about BTC halving result. Look at the previous result, which shows that BTC halving was had an effect after a couple of months or longer to wait 1 year. There are people who believed on this theory and they are all waiting that it will happen again or repeat itself.
I am always positive thinking to the result of the BTC price that it will pump up again and we are almost there on a $10k price in the market. Nevertheless, I read this from nowhere (I don't remember) that BTC price was mirroring in the year 2016 that has almost the same pattern. I don't believe this but who knows.
3342  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you think the price of Bitcoin can exceed 10 thousand dollars at the present on: July 14, 2020, 08:48:13 PM
^ BTC price was on always in $9k range and I don't see a moment that BTC beyond $9K down or rapidly goes up to $10k.
I will still consider BTC volatility is unpredictable and anytime soon BTC price resistance will rising without our further notice. Sounds I am very optimistic but I have strong feeling BTC price will surge more than $10k this month or it will starting until in the next following month. There is a lot of news that probably will trigger a BTC price. We are still lucky that the dominance of BTC is not down too much even though we are in between the COVID-19 crisis.
3343  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think online casinos can effectively prevent underage gambling? on: July 14, 2020, 08:19:39 PM
I hate the idea of government babysitting people.
Kids play can't play in casinos because government thinks they know what is good for them. If the kid got money, probably that's because he father gave it to them. Let them play whatever they want.

No KYC is amazing for freedom.
So, you would like if your 12 year children would start to gamble online and get addiction to gambling? I also don't like government control and KYC, but I don't think children should gamble when they got money from parents. At least until they reach certain age, something like 16, when they are clever enough to understand all risks.
^ Or!, much better if they don't expose to gambling activity. I won't give money to my kids if don't have the necessary things to buy. They always guided us and focus more on learning stuff. As parents, we should know all the activities that our kids do. If your kid is addicted to gambling I won't blame any gambling instead of me. Because that's our responsibility to teach and guide in a right manner and good habit.
Nevertheless, I don't think if gambling will provide fully KCY in the future because of this problem but still gambling anonymously has been a good favor to us as a gambler.
3344  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎰🦁 Haz Casino | The Best Online Casino for a Roaring Good Time! 🦁🎰 on: July 14, 2020, 07:22:34 PM
^ Verifying emails or phone numbers for me is almost the same, but that is not a big deal for me. Upon reading on Term of Service I did not found filling up KYC verification so I assume that only basic needs for registration are needed and that is not a big problem at all.
Nevertheless, I really appreciated the graphics design of the site, that was really professional work, the color will give a highlight to the gamblers that may lure into that gambling site.
3345  Economy / Economics / Re: How long will it take banks to phase out physical cash completely? on: July 13, 2020, 10:28:38 PM
This is just a kind of question where some see it's possible but IMO, I think we are living in a world where development is not equal, so those who live in a under developed and undeveloped countries will always be behind the technology so they'll remain using the paper money.
^ We really do not know what will happen in the future or probably it will never happen to replace paper money into a cashless payment using digital currencies. But that is definitely right, the technology, not all countries worldwide are always updated on technology or they educate about technology. Probably it will take a decade but there is no exact time frame on it. Nevertheless, I think it is good if we use them both, they had different factors that we probably consider and all of them are useful to us. If the bank will phase out money, banks become useless.
3346  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Upgrade Stole My Bitcoin on: July 13, 2020, 10:17:45 PM
It's my first message and I'm crying...

I had about 3.5 bitcoin, I tried to use some a short while ago and got a message that there is a compulsory upgrade.

I downloaded and installed the upgrade on my iMac, restarted Electrum, and then it happened...

It immediately said there was not enough funds to transfer the amount of ALL my coins but continued trying to process it until it eventually said there is a zero balance.

BOOM! EVERYTHING IS GONE!!

:-(
^ No, do not click the popup message on the electrum wallet that said you need to upgrade your wallet to another version. By the way, what electrum wallet version you use? Because the latest update is 4.0.2 https://electrum.org/#download. You can directly check to the official website of the electrum.
Nevertheless, there is no way to return your bitcoin loss and sorry about that. Next time, be sure that you will learn from this mistake. Be vigilant of all times and don't be neglect.
3347  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which website do you usually go to get your news and casino reviews? on: July 13, 2020, 08:49:31 PM
Reading genuine posts and thought by forum members beats any reviews posted on some casino rating and reviewing site. I don't trust such sites. Many reviews are paid or the authors have other reasons for shilling particular casinos. Those review sites remind me of ICO rating sites. Dubious, to say the least.
^ Definitely right, at least here in forum we know that members should write a genuine and honest post review. If OP asking which website that usually where we get news regarding the crypto casino, I proudly say, here in the forum. We know that gambling sites will hardly gain trust in our community which we all know how to verify gambling sites when we talking about a provably fair system that the casino has. Nevertheless, paid review service will probably a trap to us to believe because some of them will probably use a dummy account to increase their ratings.
3348  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Opinion Needed] What do you want to see in a gambling site review? || 2 on: July 13, 2020, 07:25:43 PM
I don't really like review site, some are just being manipulated and we will not have an honest and transparent review. Yes, of course, there are genuine reviews but we cannot tell how many of them are not a dummy. I remember before an ICO is buying positive reviews in their projects to attract users and investors in to their platform. So the authenticity of this review site is not really convincing unless you knew and have tried the platform yourself for a long time.
^ Definitely right, it is easy to use random dummy accounts and give positive reviews even though the site has going shady stuff towards its users.
Sometimes we think, Ohh it is almost convinced me through their fake reviews. In choosing a perfect gambling site, we should test first with a small amount of money and use their freebies as a welcome bonus if they have, like free spin or faucet. Nevertheless, this is only my opinion I won't blame other gamblers who were relying upon reviews of random users that we even don't know.
3349  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's your favorite crypto for gambling? on: July 12, 2020, 09:54:57 PM
I prefer to just use bitcoin because it makes it easier for me to withdraw directly from the casino to my wallet and then look for someone to switch to paypal, using altcoins could also be a good option, but as I am used to bitcoin and I trust bitcoin so I don't intend to change that so early. Maybe even I would prefer to use Fiat over altcoins
^ The reason is bitcoin has wide use and that is why also prefer using bitcoin than other altcoins which are I don't have (If I have I don't use my bitcoin).
So bitcoin for me is very common and the fact that even the fees are quite high people are still using bitcoin because of the said that it is has a fast transaction feed. Nevertheless, if there's someone who is willing to give altcoins for you to use in gambling, probably I will choose dogecoin and litecoin. They are good alternative that usually used in gambling in behalf of bitcoin.
3350  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Opinion Needed] What do you want to see in a gambling site review? on: July 12, 2020, 09:31:25 PM
^ Good features and legitimacy are the most reviewers commonly give a review.
We cant give full trust on any review services that the casino has because that probably will not true and have paid fake review of their own benefits and the fact is they are going stay activity like selectively scamming their player. Nevertheless, we have a forum and other gambling community that has an exchange of conversation. That is not manipulated if we check the review to forum community.
3351  Economy / Gambling / Re: WOLF.BET - $500 Daily Race! 30% Rakeback! DICE with the best autobet mode on: July 12, 2020, 09:14:38 PM
I myself have played dice many times on 1% house edge but never got 23 losses in a row.

The maximum losing streak I got so far is around 16, haven't got the chance to move up because my fund is depleted by then.  Anyway, the martingale is indeed a good strategy to recuperate losses if we are lucky but very devastating if luck does not smile on us.  Whether the martingale strategy is good for players or not, depends on how the player utilizes it.  At the end of the day, it is the one who is playing who calls the roll.
^ That's it IF you are lucky because technically martingale strategy won't give the accurate results that say, you will earn sure profit and it is 100% sure. It still remains on how lucky you are. It won't advisable though if you are using martingale with a small number of funds to defeat the bankroll. Once you have 23 losing streaks in a row. That is a huge amount to recover.
Nevertheless, manual and with the desire of the amount that you are willing to lose is perfectly fine while having fun.
3352  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: It's ok if your profits are less on: July 08, 2020, 11:07:47 PM
So guys, it's ok if your profits are less. You are at least making profits while things could have gone the other way around.

I think as long as you're happy then that's fine. To take this up a notch, it is the general consensus that if you can take a profit you can be happy with then go for it as the market could always go bearish. However, at the end of the day you take as much risk as your comfortable with and that's a good approach to trading Smiley

^ If you have been satisfied with that price and there is nothing lose with you, go on and take your profit. There is nothing to be greedy because I have been done on that manner when I was a bounty hunter. I have targeted high price and should not sell under ICO price but unluckily I saw the price did not raise again and the worst is the token becomes shit.
Nevertheless, Op did a good decision and I know we are all experienced this matter if you are a bounty hunter. We don't really know the movement of altcoins especially those newly listed.
3353  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will a BTC bull market begin in July? on: July 08, 2020, 10:51:45 PM
^ We are in the second week in the month of July, bitcoin price in the market has been plunged around $9,400 plus and I think the dominance will keep going up this month and I don't see the correlation of economic crisis versus the bitcoin price movement. We are all waiting when bitcoin price becomes $10k again in the market and probably are waiting to this to cut their profit off and continue to invest. Nevertheless, we can't hold any guarantee of what will happen to the market price movement of bitcoin, all I know is we are just heading up now even I know just a resistance.
3354  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin is safe-haven, why mirror the price movement of the U.S stocks? on: July 08, 2020, 10:25:43 PM
Bitcoin is not and never was a safe haven, a safe haven is something that has very high chance of preserving its value during a crisis, or at worst only loses at little bit of value. Bitcoin goes randomly up or down by a few percents almost every day, and it swing by tens of percents many times per year. This already disqualifies it from being a safe haven, just like no one ever considers penny stocks to be a saf haven, but now that Bitcoin followed stocks at the beginning of the covid-19 crisis, investors have even less reasons to view it as a safe haven. It might take decades before Bitcoin will start showing these properties.
^ Definitely right, this is not safe haven as investment purposes but when it comes safety purposes against thieves, bitcoin probably consider as a safe haven. At the price stability, bitcoin will not consider as a safe haven and bitcoin do not have any mirror in any form of investment because this has its own demand and supply which makes becomes a valuable asset or currency. So, I don't see any correlation of bitcoin price movement even when pandemic hits the world bitcoin price remain calm.
3355  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: One game vs a variety: which gives higher potential to a casino? on: July 08, 2020, 09:41:18 PM
When you're choosing a casino, which seem more appealing to you: those that offer one game or those offering many games?
Seems like a tricky question.
^ Definitely right, probably because we have different opinions on this. As I see, few of them here voted on a gambling platform that has a variety of games and I am also on them. Probably this will give a higher potential to the gambling casinos to catch the interest of gamblers to visit the site.
Some gamblers prefer to choose a way that you have a wide variety of games to choose from. Nevertheless, this kind of feature is an advantage to the gamblers, because there is no shortage of games to play, the probably busy exploring all the time and they probably did not feel "boring" if they will be experienced playing games had. But in the casino owner, this probably had a lot of work to do, take time to up to date and probably there is possible number of bugs.
3356  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can we still enjoy the anonymity in gambling in the long run? on: July 08, 2020, 08:00:07 PM
I think sooner or later we wouldn't be able to fully enjoy it anymore since some people are getting mad due to their kids gambling in this online sites without KYC and accepts minor because they couldn't filter their user well.
And they would be forced to do a KYC to continue on operating but I hope that this would never happen because not all of us like the idea of KYC or submitting our personal information's and I.D's.
^ There is nothing we can do if all gambling casinos will be wanted to force us in having KYC just for the sake of all minors.
Even if it will required valid ID it will remain to be cheated by using or even buying other people's identities. So, that means become useless.
However, if KYC will be implemented in most gambling casinos, rest assured that there will be no more certain hackers or cheaters in all gambling aspects. They will probably afraid of being tracked their real identity and penalized by the authorities. Nevertheless, the anonymity contains pros and cons that we will be considered.
3357  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcasino.io 💜— Be the 1st to try ⚡Casino ₿oost ⚡ on: July 08, 2020, 07:07:31 PM
Scammers are that way too, they see other scammers who made millions of dollars and they would make that too, but they can't, and if you just study and get a job, in the long run you make a lot more money and earn a lot more income that way, however for some reason they just think this is easier and focus on less money with more risks.
^ The reason is they are lazy people they just want easy money, the only thing they can do is to find gambling sites that they can probably cheat or manipulate the system. Once they will succeed and victory for them that they can earn thousands or millions of dollars with their trick and strategy. That is a big shame for them once the truth will be revealed. I am just curious if how can slot game can be cheated? I am not interested but once this happen for sure there will be future instances that will happen again.
3358  Economy / Reputation / Re: Bitcasino.io 171btc winner discussion on: July 08, 2020, 06:45:18 PM
no but seriously, the sooner bitcoin goes to zero the better.
back to regulated, fiat goverment approved gambling please, none of these gangsta outfits
^ I admired you most because of what you have been won of that such a big amount and amazed of your extraordinary luck but it ended up lying and nothing truth with your fake video. You lied to the people here in the community just for your own beneficial interest in Bitcasino. I thought you have a strategy but all in all that was a dirty game you had shared on this community and you fooled us. I am totally disappointed with this kind of gambler and a real toxic in all gambling companies. Nevertheless, you have been tagged and you deserved that.

3360  Economy / Speculation / Re: Anyone else see a big bitcoin upwards movement coming very soon? on: July 07, 2020, 09:19:58 PM
~snip~
I'm expecting to see the bitcoin price get dropped 10 to 20% in the next few weeks.

$7.5k is a fair price though considering the current world economic collapses , the market must be frustrated .
^ I will respect your opinion even though I am against this prediction.
I don't see any correlation between economic collapse and the bitcoin dominance, even during the pandemic bitcoin price shows a good improvement of the price that was I am expecting it will down too much because people need cash for their daily necessities. But I was wrong, I saw that bitcoin dominance slowly rising up despite the pandemic. Nevertheless, we are opposite here, I have a feeling that bitcoin this month will break again the $10k price in the market, I am very optimistic.
