There really is the possibility but we'll never know when or we still have it if that time happens. It can be earlier or later after those estimated years.

I forgot about Kucoin and yeah I agree that it's also next to Binance in terms of suggestion and convenience. I know that not all exchanges are perfect but in complaints and problems, they're the same as Binance.
