3341  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Taxes on gambling send the right message? on: July 14, 2021, 11:43:19 PM
I was thinking that many countries are reluctant to legalise certain activities such as gambling, prostitution, smoking, ... and, apart from countries that have strong social and religious restrictions (I refer to those as the death-by-boredom countries) others simply consider than the state should not profit or allow activities that are considered diminishing for the workers or that may harm their health and personal relations (it must be difficult to be an addict to gambling or a prostitute and have a normal life).

However, other countries simply set high taxes to these activities, which I think is a false morality, as if by paying these activities can be less questionable. (Note: I personally do not question regulated gambling).
Whether they do like or not, whether they do ban or impose high taxes then these things cant really be stopped no matter what and if its prohibited then they would just simply go underground
or decided not to be traceable or something like that. Even if they would be taxed up high then it would be still able for them to pay and as a government and not relying about religious aspects
then you would see the brighter side about those taxes accumulated and you would mind much about your citizens situation in terms on involving into those things.
3342  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This is heartbreaking on: July 14, 2021, 10:29:11 PM
Absolutely.

We're currently seeing the end stages of an altcoin mania. There is no longer any real innovations going on in the ecosystem, everything is either a parody or a copy of an existing project except marketed better.

99/100 of these new tokens coming out will go to zero within 6 months. I can guarantee you that. Dogecoin was original and hence held its value relatively well, and none of these new tokens are original. You'd be a fool to be investing in this garbage.
Sooner or later that hype would really vanished out in thin air and those coins which had been pumped by hype will definitely dumped down their prices when people are starting to cash out specially whales
and to those who would get caught on the dump will just simply whine and make out those regrets on why they had invested and realize in the end that they had made themselves get hooked with the hype
with those meme coins and this is  where you do get experience on this crypto market that you shouldnt really make yourself to be that impulsive towards news and hype because
you dont know on what would happen next unless if you do know on when to get out and secure profits then its fine but if not then its a sure lose.
3343  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sexy casinos on: July 14, 2021, 09:16:34 PM
Personally, I have no problem with it. It is not uncommon to play in live casinos where dealers are women dressed in such a way that a portion of their boobs is conspicuously revealed. Lately, there is also a local gambling app offering heads or tails where women who toss the coin are also showing a lot of skin.

I am not saying I am not in any way distracted with this but, on a personal level, it is no biggie. However, if we are to go deeper into this as an issue, I have to question whether or not this is still a part of a culture where women are oftentimes reduced to sexual objects.
This is a matter of personal reaction towards seeing too much skin of a woman because some would be just having that "meh" reaction and wont care if they are beautiful or attractive as long they would able to play
but as  a man then we cant really just ignore those attractive women that do really somehow spice up the game and honestly this is just been part of the strategy on attracting gamblers since there are people
who do easily get hooked when they do see some boobs or sexy women and this had been a normal thing neither you do go offline or online casinos.
3344  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is cryptocurrency bad for the environment? on: July 14, 2021, 08:25:43 PM
It’s all FUD by people who work for governments or organisations that are scared of bitcoin making them obsolete.
They did it in the 90’s about the internet & about electricity in the 1900’s. It’s a load of rubbish. Think how much energy the world banking industry uses or how much energy is used in war. It’s pathetic, just buy bitcoin & ignore it.
Very well said mate! If we do look back in time then those are just bullshit things for government and other people involved on making out some issues whenever they do saw
that it would be totally opposing or would really be putting them on disadvantage or would really impose some threat but look at we now? Its been a decade where Bitcoin
is already existing and we have seen countless of issues been thrown and lots of criticism had been endured and still we are standing from this very moment.
Environmental issues? Its just a lame excuse and just to make it look bad.
3345  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: It takes years to build a reputation and seconds to break it on: July 13, 2021, 11:51:02 PM
the veracity of claims can be seen by proofs and explanation. so if the player has weak proofs and just talking because he's butt hurt with his losses, that's for me is not a valid accusation towards the site. so you need to check the validity also of the claims. not all accusations are true. some stemmed from big losses and they couldnt accept it.
an established casino won't ruin their name by simple mistake.
The issue is that this works here in the forum as we have DT members that take the time to actually look at the claims and the evidence and decide whether there are some grounds for the claim to be legitimate or not, but on the rest of the Internet people can make all kind of claims and no one is going to be there to challenge them, so the reputation of a casino can suffer just because one payer lost a lot of money and even if it was fair if they complain about it other people may believe their story without looking at the evidence.
Possible but most of the time it would be just ignored because 1 complaint wont be enough on taking down on sites reputation unless if this involved lots of money that hadnt been paid out and there's some sufficient evidence then it would really be ending up that business on point once its been proven.Once a gambling sites reputation had been painted out then those negative things would remain for a while which would affect their
ranking or popularity or something connected to that and its just part of the business and as an owner then you would really be needing to resolve those if you dont like for your business to be over.
3346  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If you aren't reading you shouldn't be trading on: July 13, 2021, 10:53:24 PM
A successful trader isn't a trader who makes consistent profit without any loss but rather a trader who knows why his trade went the opposite direction and also a trader who understand risk management.
This is one of the important in trading which most the newbies are not aware of it.
Even before when I started trading, I admit that I made a lot of mistakes, especially the risk management and lack of knowledge because my mistake again for lazy of reading/asking/researching about how trading really works.
Mistakes are inevitable and what matters here is you do really mind on how you do commit those mistakes and how to get rid or trying to avoid it on next time engagement.

Easy to say but its really hard to be done but once you do get experience then you would definitely see this to be helpful on your trading career.Learning is limitless
and you would be finding it interesting when you are really seeking out some answers into your question.Research and personal experience would always count.
3347  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fighting Game Betting on: July 13, 2021, 09:43:44 PM

3348  Economy / Speculation / Re: Anything particular causing these declines? on: July 13, 2021, 08:36:23 PM
He also had an affect on the market. But I can't say that he was the only factor. By the way, he can't manipulate the market too much anymore. And it's really good to see. If we go back to the main topic, countries like China also affect the price with their actions. Their decisions on Bitcoin mining and cryptocurrency usage have affected the market.
Whenever there are sentiments like these that do pop out in the market then its neither it would give out some significant effects or would simply just not making any actions at all.
We can presume that a particular situation might the cause but not precisely that it would really be on behind but as an investor or trader then these situations or informations
would be useful but not could really give out guarantee for your advantage but its better to know on whats happening around the market rather than making
out blind trades or investment without knowing or aware of something.
3349  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fake bets on: July 12, 2021, 11:52:49 PM
It is highly deceiving and you will not trust a gambling site that does this, but they have to find ways to gain more players and retain players and they cannot do that if players do not see good stats and activities in the gambling sites, they offer bonuses, free bets, and faucets just to entice players to play and stays, new gambling sites are the ones who are mostly doing this to establish themselves.
That is the reason you would notice that most of the gamblers won't follow just any streamer but they pick the trusted ones and watch only limited streams. Yes, it is easy for new twitch streamers to allure new players by offering bonuses and all welcome packages but true gamblers who bet big won't ever play at a casino or sportsbook just because they are offering some small bonuses.

I will not accuse roobet or any casino unless there is concrete proof of the same. But no one can deny that more casinos are indulged in such things than we might ever think. I hardly watch any streamers and watching all these scams happen, I would never trust a new streamer now even if he might be legit winning from his own funds or losing it.

every casino has their own strategy to attract potential players. the casino in question has already built its reputation in this forum. and no one is complaining about their services. now, when it comes to this fake bet, i guess, it is up to you if you believe it or not, or just treat it as over exaggerated promotion of the casino.
either way, if youre not happy with their services, no one is obliging you to stay with them. you have all the freedom to choose your casino. anyway, it is up to the player if he will indeed believe a seemingly false promotion, which is happening in other platforms.
Dont know if these guys are just trying to seek up for some attention and trying to force that those are fake bets which its clear that those are sponsored money and there are no rules had been
violated as long as the games are fair and square then no one would really be questioning out and in terms of legitimacy then we know on how big roobet.com nowadays.
It is one of the known online crypto casino at the moment and in regards with streamers or marketing stuff then its just been part of the the process or consideration.
They would do all sorts of things to make themselves to be interesting.
3350  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who to Trust, Fiat Banks or BTC? on: July 12, 2021, 10:55:48 PM
Bitcoin could be the future of finance, but might not be in my lifetime. We should use what is accessible by most to say that it is credible. Compared to Bitcoin; Banks are more open and mainstream. Even though Bitcoin has a great utility potential, Banks are still stapled for livelihood benefits.
Answer to the question, there is a huge probability of encountering a problem with banks compared to Bitcoin since we solely manage it.
Bitcoin is much more reliable as long as you know how to operate.
right now there are still many people who believe in fiat compared to bitcoin because in general now fiat transactions are easier in everyday life.
people who believe in bitcoin people who know more about bitcoin and they know bitcoin can be a very valuable asset in the future.
Cant really deny on how fast and instant fiat transactions are and we've been using this since the beginning of time and been trusted by people but of course there would be some con's to it
like heavily centralized and something like that and when Btc exist then this is where people do mind about decentralization which does actually have some benefits if you are really that
mindful about being private or cant be traced up when it comes to your finances but the thing since it isnt regulated or cant be controlled then it would just really remain
as an alternative which its up to someone neither they would be dealing with both things. Its a personal choice.
3351  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Be a Responsible Gambler on: July 12, 2021, 09:51:22 PM
Pay the bills on paycheck day might be the best advice there as it applies to everything in terms of budgeting its always easy to feel rich at some times of the month and barely able to exist just before payday, its a routine complaint not just about gambling really but any leisure activity.   Reminds me of a friend from work I had years ago, would always spend his entire wage on a weekend for beer but he made sure to give his mom a small amount for meals for the rest of the week so he didn't starve apart from that he had to walk everywhere as his pockets were literally always empty for all but 2 days every week.
Go for your priorities first and paying up all the bills and does have put up some savings and the extra money or the rest of it would be on your decision whether you do spent it out for your leisure
or would be buying out something that you do like and since you are the ones who had been earning it then its up to you on where you would be spending it but be sure that you should be aware
that spending up too much into something would be affecting your finances and as long you do have this kind of mindset then i dont see for someone to have a problem towards finances.
Be responsible not only in gambling terms but in all decisions in life as well.
3352  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you know when to sell? on: July 12, 2021, 08:45:49 PM
Personally, I trade for my own purposes.
First, I determine how much profit I want to get from each specific coin, then, when the goal is achieved, I sell some of the coins and see what happens to the market next.
I leave some of the coins intact in case my expectations exceed themselves.
We're all trading because we've got our own purposes and that is to make money.

We sell when there's a profit that we see and sometimes we have to sell so that we can cut our losses in the long term. There are times that our plans won't be met but as long as the profit is already there.

We're taking that profit as soon as possible so that the capital we have during the start will be recovered.
You are right and when it comes to decision making then this would be entirely be depending on someones own will and mindset because people are way too different on making that one.
We do have the main aim which is to make money but doing all sorts of things will really be different to each other so profitability does really differ depending on how you do all sorts of things.
One priority or aim is really on profits but due to some factors like fear, greed and way too impatient then this will really affect you badly which would result into
missed opportunities or selling way too late but as long we are on greens then that would really count.
3353  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling or playing? on: July 12, 2021, 07:44:39 PM
When things get mixed with gambling the outcome will be more dangerous to the young generation. At this age they won't know to restrict them within the line to be on the safe side.

Regardless, these young ones will still be exposed to gambling.

Putting an in-game gambling for the types of MMORPG games is not new as it's no difference when purchasing a VIP membership or in-game currency.

It will be a Pay to Win system and the majority of casual gamers aren't into that. Only whales of the game will surely bet on the gambling feature so it doesn't actually harm the young generations.
True, this had been existing for a while now because there are scenarios on where there's some spin a wheel option for you to take some possible good bonuses or items in the game
which simply a gamble in the sense that you would really be putting up money just for that specific chance to get the item but honestly it is still throwing off your money into something
which it isnt guaranteed but the whole concept was really just similar to gambling and you are right that young ones or those old fellas are already exposed to gambling
but in the sense or way of gaming but they arent aware on that.
3354  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Games that still pay Bitcoin? on: July 10, 2021, 09:49:11 PM

Not bitcoin but try these blockchain games (NFT's):

Axie Infinity - ETH, SLP, AXS
MyDefiPet - KAI, BSC
Alien Worlds - TLM, WAX
Prospectors - PGL, WAX
Rplanet - Aether, WAX
Mobox - MBOX

And many more to list. Please DYOR before putting some investment.

Disclaimer: You will be hardly hooked at those Cheesy
Much aware with these games since ive been engaging in 4 of them but we know that this is involving some investment and you wont earn if you wont be putting up on buying up some tools, teams or related to that.
as for axie infinity, you can become a "scholar"([1]). basically, the investor will lend you three(a complete team) axie for you to play. they'll provide you with assistance on what to do or how things work in axie infinity. in return what you earn through playing will be cut in whatever contract the two of you agreed upon. It's a pretty great way to earn extra money without spending money.
It is the main trend now when it comes to that game where you can possibly earn without spending a dime but of course you would really be needing your time and effort which i could say to be normal
but honestly the earnings is way too decent which it isnt surprising that people would really be doing their best to get hired and ive seen lots of people on their facebook page and even other groups
that had been spammed out by lots of resumes and applications for being a scholar and even myself is a bit interested on this one because the money you can earn is really good
if its converted to my local fiat.
3355  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will China's crackdown on Bitcoin cause Bitcoin to become worthless? on: July 10, 2021, 08:40:28 PM
It is obvious that we are all scared about it because China has been a big part of the crypto world, but that doesn't change the fact that we may not see anything substantially changing from crypto world when they leave neither. Remember they can only sell once and after they do, we do not need them anymore to keep the price high, just let them go and after that we can share the spoils of the war for years to come and that is why we will profit from it.

I personally believe that we should not be focusing on what to do with China situation but we should probably focus something more about what we can do about the mining operations in other nations. While China dreaming of a world where they can catch USA in power, the reality is that ever since they stopped mining operations, there are now a lot more starting up in USA and specially in Texas, which could bring USA some more power.
When you are just new into this market then you would really be having that kind of feeling whenever these kind of banning news then they do easily freak out and yes it do really affect the market
since China do really have a big contribution into this market specially in mining operation too and when ban comes then expect that would really make out some shake off but doesnt mean that
it would really end up badly on the entire market or making bitcoin worthless which is impossible because demand is always present which make it even more valuable as the year passed.
Crackdowns and bans is normal already on this market since government doesnt really like decentralization at the first place so its a bit anticipated.
3356  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Vs Future? on: July 10, 2021, 07:25:09 PM
With everything in the world, there will always be somthing that comes in the future to replace the ones that exist, like what happend with fiat years ago that came to replace gold, bitcoin and cryptocurrency are here to replace firat, and who knows in the future another faster and better system is gonne come and replace cryptocurrency, but you have to keep in mind that we are still in the first life cycle of the bitcoin and cryptocurrency so there is a long way to go, before it gets replaced.
fiat have replaced gold as a primary currency but gold was still alive and useable till now . cryptos are here but they didnt replaced fiats .
your assumptiom could be wrong ? well lets find out after a long time but in the future if ever theres any new method for paying ,
cryptos could still exist like what happens with gold . we dont need to worry

No one can predict on what would be the future but seeing on how crypto is really relevant in the essence of payment system specially its decentralized most likely then we can really say that it would take more longer.
Crypto wasnt created on replacing fiat in the first place but rather do really start out on being a new payment alternative system which is opposing centralization and of course it cant really be avoided on having
that kind of impression on where they do believe that this could replace the current payment system which i could say that it is really impossible for it to be replaced.
They would rather both exist and do serve out different markets because we do have different preference and both could exist on the same time.

3358  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is Trading Plane ? on: July 09, 2021, 09:54:56 PM
To draft a trading plan, you ought to have some personal experience most of all with the market. You must have traded the market for something and found out what actually works with you,

Exactly and this is what many just coming into the Industry are failing to realized. They get caught up in making quick money that they fall victim to the market volatility. Traders off this days aren't dedicated to they skills, they're just after the quick money they see on social media from the so called professional traders who are merely trading but just living a fake life.

Just like on crypto twitter, hardly before you see anybody losing unless it's the losing season that they all go uploading how the market is affecting them but ones the bulls comes, you'll see the all uploads from different angles of their trades been successful.

If you don't have a trading plan and new to the markets then you can start with basic just buying low and selling high without having to put other factors into consideration that might come in m future due to your trading plans.
Buy low sell high and this is a basic stuff but it isnt something a common strategy on where everyone could pull off. There would be tons of things to consider first before you do able to get the right step.
This cant even be done on a short span of time when you do make out such changes or simply enhancing your skills on dealing with the market but somehow it doesnt mean its impossible.
Trading plan is recommended because trading into something without having much knowledge or skills then that would surely be ending up on a disaster but
thinking about those mistakes are learning steps on making yourself to improve more.
3359  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ BOXING POLL ADDED ]: Fury vs Wilder III - THE TRILOGY IS BACK ON !!! on: July 09, 2021, 08:57:03 PM
We have some breaking news. Yet another fight gets postponed. Tyson Fury has tested positive for Covid. He had been vaccinated but apparently he only had the first dose.

Oh so he is positive, last time I read, it was one of his staff that was positive and Bob Arum said that Fury is fully vaccinated. However, it seems that he still got the virus despite the vaccination.

So yeah, this is another delay, we don't know how long will it take for Fury to recover. We all know the mandatory 14 days quarantine, so hopefully he stays healthy after two weeks and maybe a month or two delay only.
I think is too early to what's what for I check Tyson Fury and Wilder social media they haven't say anything about the issue, if the fight will be postponed or still hold because some news I hear is that the fight will be postpone while some said it will hold. But, Tyson never took full dose of the COVID vaccine and what I read is that some of his camp also have the virus.

It will be sad though if the fight is really postpone.

This would be an unavoidable situation since we are talking covid infection on here and who doesnt want for the fight to be postponed? Lots had anticipated and there are

really some circumstances or situations that do happen unexpectedly and this wont really be taking too long since covid positive could heal up for as 2 weeks.
Why they are delaying that much until October? I have doubts that they are trying to hype even more on  the fight for more revenue but its seems we are seeing the opposite thing.
3360  Economy / Economics / Re: Is money the root of all evil as the poor to thinks? on: July 09, 2021, 07:35:35 PM
Maybe not at all cause I've observed in some poor in there that living in the high way maybe they just suffered and living Vulnerable scenario cause they know already that they live in a risk place but besides there's status their hard work and perspective that they can eat 2 times or 1 time in a day are still remains and they never think and evil deeds.
The reality is that humanity is evil, and for some reason people do not see that, the more power you give someone the more evil they usually become. Of course there are exceptions to this, of course there are people who are not evil, even if they get a lot of money, but most of the time there are evil all around the world. Sometimes it is evil like Chinese dictator killing Muslims because he can level of horrible evil, but sometimes "I avoided tax because others too and this caused poor in my nation to be even worse" level of evil.

It is cultural as well, in some nations doing small or even big evil things are seen as something okay, in other nations it seems horrible and looked down on, depends where you live. Trump for example came out and defended his 750 bucks tax return and others defended him too, do that in Germany and you would be considered crazy and a psychological evaluation would be done to you. So it is not about money, money just shows the evil inside of you to other people.
But there are things that what makes them evil but of course, own intentions would be the main culprit because money is just a thing and since it does have value then normally human beings would really be focusing on how to accumulate more money no matter what the cost or what are the ways even if they would be ending up on illegal. For people specially poor who had said that money is the root of evil?
Those are just simply a line to those who are jealous or envy into those people who does have money to spent or use on and thats just simply a line which is a bit obvious for me.
Money would be only the root of evil if you dont know on how to handle up yourself on making use of it on a proper way.
