3361  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trading vs HODLing on: May 14, 2019, 08:49:49 AM
I don't use bots . I like to hodl more especially bitcoin because I'm sure I will have some profit with time. The only risk I take is to wait till it appreciate. I like to see my bitcoin in my wallet anytime I open it and not to have it left in a trading ground with an exchange.
3362  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What trading strategy do you guys use? on: May 14, 2019, 08:22:47 AM
If you have a trading pattern that work for you, please stick to it. You can be a scalper, intraday trader or swing trader but hold tightly to technical analysis.

A scalp trader is the type that does not stay long in the market after a trade has been ordered, it can be within 1-5/15 minutes.
An intraday trader is a daily trader and
A swinger stays longer in the market usually more than a day.

So, it depends on what works for you, check if it is profiting you.

Still, your codes are broken. Try to follow this one https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5139431.msg51032183#msg51032183  and it will be fine.

And then try to click your signature if it is working cause if you click it now you'll found errors ( page not found).

You are helpful to me, I guess I have properly fixed it now?

Thanks friend.

3365  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Ripple XRP be the number one cryptocurrency on: May 13, 2019, 11:15:17 AM
Will Ripple XRP be the number one cryptocurrency before the end of the year?

No way and that isn't going to happen anytime. Cryptocurrency is a decentralized system in nature but ripple isn't decentralized and so, this one reason will make it fail in that area because real and huge investors that understand that cryptocurrency is suppose to be operated freely won't invest in ripple
3366  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why P2P Escrow Exchanges are gaining momentum - for all payment modes on: May 13, 2019, 10:45:49 AM
The concept is quite different as it is used worldwide , not specific to single country or location.

It could mean is like a telegram group where people sell and buy or exchange their coins also for bitcoin or other altcoin. Is quite good to see this larger group named as exchange but I don't know how reliable because they do escrow in telegram or localbitcoin.
3367  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this the end of Newbie? on: May 11, 2019, 07:37:32 PM
I began to think this would be a waste of time with everything I learned because almost all the projects I had followed ended in scammers. Is this a waste of time for me?  Embarrassed

If your main purpose is to dive into a bounty with your newbie account and you got scammed by the project when it does not keep to bounty agreement, then is a waste of your time and you actually don't have business on the forum but if you want to gain knowledge about crypto, then even when you don't gain from your bounty, you would have gained some knowledge. Don't give up if you are seeking for knowledge too.
3368  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: It's time for us to return to being great traders ...! on: May 11, 2019, 07:15:59 PM
Is only an immature trader that sees bull times as the only or appropriate time to make profit in trade. A good trader makes profit even in bear market. He/she milks the market at anytime he is convinced for a trade.
3369  Economy / Speculation / Re: BITCOIN - $6700 on: May 11, 2019, 01:28:27 PM
I have read some post trying to figure if any news is the reason for the way bitcoin is bulling so far but I'm not a news freak for bitcoin because when you expect bitcoin to make an impact because of news that was released, it does not. Therefore, I understand that we are simply going out of bear to bull and I'm looking it to keeping moving.
3370  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Guide to A Newbie Trader on: May 11, 2019, 01:04:37 PM
I like the advise in your graphic table especially number 11 on the log.

Accepting that everyday isn't a winning day will make a trader not to be greedy, like is going to be seen as a game then you see more profits because you are taken your trade as a game. Number 10 is also another good advise that newbies need to adhere to.
3371  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UKGC-licensed casinos now stricter in verifying players' age & identity on: May 11, 2019, 10:50:27 AM
One of the reasons why gamblers like playing on gambli g sites which doesn't rrquire KYC is the age restriction. I know a lot of minor who plays online gambling in our country, tho it is also prohibited in our country, it's actually easy for them to access and gamble due to this.

We might not agree with KYC procedure, however, this might help peole who are not of legal age not to learn and be addicted in gambling at a very young age.

Your post has a lot of wisdom and therefore makes good sense. I think in this aspect, age restriction for KYC isn't bad at all because it will deter underaged from involving in gambling at a very early stage. If we could have all gambling site placing such restriction , it will be nice. I do know that most gambling site in my area (not online), do not allow underage to bet.
3372  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BNB time to buy ? on: May 11, 2019, 10:23:33 AM
hi guys
do u think 0.003 BTC is a good price to invest in BNB because a few days ago BNB hit 0.0048 BTC
i think current price seem good to invest  Roll Eyes

I think you could wait for a little more time before buying bnb coin. If you observe the small drop can be as a result of the bad news on binance especially the hack and hard times investors are currently having with binance.

A little more time can be better for you if you really want to buy a bnb coin because price is likely to drop more before binance sort things out. But is still a nice investment for a long term.
3373  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ITO] EXBEGA - EXchange, BEtting and GAmbling on: May 10, 2019, 05:12:31 PM
Is there any kind of regulation for gambling websites ? Because I wouldn't like an investment that is outside IEO,  it is directly from an exchange.and that gives some kind of security.
3374  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Beating HODL by 22+% on: May 10, 2019, 04:17:27 PM
Such strategy can be risked on bitcoin because of its volatility, one can be lucky in such a short time. Except someone is also lucky that an altcoin gets pumped within the hour of holding.
3375  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which factors influence your decision of choosing an online crypto casino? on: May 09, 2019, 02:51:18 PM
Among every other factors , these few help me to choose my casino website to play on. If they have low fee in withdrawing, nice customer response and support , then variety of games to play.
3376  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin season preparations on: May 08, 2019, 05:43:38 PM
I like the distribution of the way you are looking at investing, 20% for btc is good especially with the recent bull. 15% for eth is also cool but I think you consider buying litecoin in the 65% you allocated for altcoins.
3377  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is there any particular time to invest in crypto coins? on: May 08, 2019, 05:26:57 PM
Talking for my opinion, I think there are best times to buy a coin if the investigation and research is alright and that best time is when the price is reasonably low. If you buy a coin when the price is down, you are likely to make quick profit.
3378  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Price trends will be decided tomorrow(05/05/2019) on: May 07, 2019, 03:20:50 PM
How much popcorn to prepare, my friend? The rally may last long and may be over tomorrow already. Bitcoin is totally unpredictable, but as all of you guys I would like that it would be just the beginning and we will see more positive surprises in sooner time.

Exactly, Bitcoin is unpredictable so I don't agree that one particular date could define anything, especially not for long term. Besides, I don't think that I have nervs for any kind of predictions at all.

I also don't know any particular day for bitcoin price increase, what I can see is that we seem to have entered a bull time and the expectation henceforth is for price improvement or steady increase in price. All indicators are pointing for a bull at the moment.
3379  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to recover when you are down 90% of your portfolio? on: May 07, 2019, 02:56:20 PM
Personally I would start with converting the shitcoins to Bitcoin, you would need a 10x to break even so about 50k Bitcoin (which will happen if Bitcoin succeeds), I would personally also dollar cost average in to lower your break even point. None of this is financial advice but if you believe in Bitcoin this will help recuperate your losses.

This is simply a nice advise and to say is coming from a newbie is worthy to commend. If I have such advise on a losing portfolio, I think I would like to convert too to bitcoin because bitcoin is the most trusted coin.
3380  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mistakes hodlers make on: May 07, 2019, 02:40:18 PM
Note: Taking your profit does not mean selling your entire portfolio; it means taking profit; retaining your capital
You can always buy back the low

This is good but risky. So many people sold off in 2017 when price was at $15,000, they waited for a more reasonable drop back to $11,000 so they could rebuy but price didn't come down then rather, price got to $17,000 and they bought, the lucky ones resold at $19,000 while some unlucky ones expected it will get to $50,000  Shocked (because of the volatility) but it crashed them to losses.

For me I buy and wait for a hundred percent increase before selling and don't buy again until another hundred percent decrease. By this I know price will soon increase if I buy that low. Being patient helps.
