You deserve negative trust for trying to become an escrow this way and you should know by now that only extremely trusted users should even attempt to do so in the first place. No, it means you logged into a phishing site. Did you Google blockchain.info or did someone send you the link? You should have the url bookmarked and check it carefully every time you log in. If you also had 2-factor authentication and a second password this likely would have been prevented.

This isn't going to happen. If you run an escrow site or are an escrow here you can just create a thread in the appropriate section. The forum isn't going to verify documents and that would only lead to a false sense of security and people exploiting it with fakes or forged documents and then blaming the forum when something went wrong.
