Magi will no tell people to buy. Think I gave a good thought here about the value of Magi. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=735170.msg11219860#msg11219860Magi team will not stop will developments when Magi has reached another higher value. Team will continue and likes to grow step by step.

On a similar note, if running a CPU miner at 75% or more, how dangerous is extended usage? A simpler question would be: how long could I run at 100% before my processor bursts into flames?
And on the topic of XMG itself: how do we achieve our dream of landing on the moon? A space walk, perhaps? Maybe build ourselves an O'Neil cylinder?
With your second question; do you mean how we all can build a bigger community for Magi? Agree with what ELMacho20000 already said. My personal opinion about this is the way Magi is growing is step by step and that a good sign. No rush. BTC needed more than two years before getting nice value. If Magi keeps on growing and building new developments (some unique) and our Magical community stays like this (awesome with all the help people give eachother) it will receive a bigger value. Magi has already showed to be a long-term investment. People who like to gain fast money will use other coins for that. We all noticed lots of scamcoins or clones who will always die in the first 6 months. As Joe mentioned before Magi is here to stay and will try to help btc to get more people in the world of digital currency and use it like its meant to be used. I'am very proud of what we all (team and community) achieved already in the past 7 months. And we will continue!!!

What is better, having 1 worker with all the hash power or more workers sharing the hashes? I made some little tests but cannot figure out if it changes something or not (I guess if it does, it's small)
I dont know. I always use one worker. Maybe someone else can give an answer on this.

Yes, I'm in the m-hash pool now...but as I don't even know the value of 1XMG, I'm not really sure if it's worth purchasing a VPS to mine with... I'm still quite new if you couldn't tell ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) I think it might be good to mine in that one! The Proof of Mining campaign will reward you with some extra XMG.

Hey, I'd like to ask a question. I'm in the PoM campaign already, but now I have to have some downtime for maintentance. My CPU started to get hot, (over 90C) I'll have to shut down for a couple of hours. Does this influence my participation in the campaign or not? I have already stopped the miner but the CPU doesn't want to go under 50C. Therefore I must shut down because it's a serious anomaly.
For those reasons is that no problem! Good thing you bring it up! Ok, thanks. As you can see I'm already back online. CPUTIN sensor 50C at peak load, Core sensors stable 40C at peak load. Idle is 20C with this big hunk of aluminum. Something clogged the heatsink and lint buildup on the fan didn't allow full RPM so there was no airflow. New thermal paste, dust blown out, all done in one hour. Ninja fix ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Nice well done!

Yes I like the idea. But think Joe has to adjust or add something and I don't know if hè has the time for it because of his important trip to the other side of the USA.
Yes, Joe would have to review the code, add it, and rebuild all the wallets for it to be useful. This improvement would just be something to slip into the next overall wallet upgrade, rather than fretting about it now. I understand that Joe is dealing with whatever personal issues came up for him recently. I'll wait to hear back from him after his business is settled before moving forward with the pull request. Thank you for that feldenthorne!

Nice feature but if I understand correctly, you are checking a version number or something like that on the source code, then directing the user to a web page that may not have the very latest compiled versions available at that time. That would be a problem and might lead to confusion.
I agree that this would be totally useless if the wallet maintainers were relying on me to update the file on my server when they update the wallets, but I am proposing that they keep a file (version.txt, for example), on the coinmagi.org site somewhere and update it after they have uploaded the new binaries. All that they need to do is change the string in the source file from the one that points to my server to whatever address they host the version information at on coinmagi.org. (In other words, my code is a proof-of-concept and it will work for referring people to new versions. I just had to make up a new version number to test with and point to my own server to test it.) Does that make my intention a little more clear? Yes I like the idea. But think Joe has to adjust or add something and I don't know if hè has the time for it because of his important trip to the other side of the USA.
