3361  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: where can i buy a Bitcoin miner on: March 18, 2015, 11:56:23 PM
You should try cloud mining. Check my signature.
Nice way of spreading your referrals mate. But I may ask why you are so madly trying to sell people that stupid idea of 'good cloud mining'.
There is no thing like that anymore anymore, sadly too many scams, ponzi, pump&dump. Do not try to tell a newbie that cloud mining is a good way to mine bitcoin.
3362  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin can be better than ApplePay ! on: March 18, 2015, 11:24:50 PM
In the world where people are blind enough to see what is best for them we make a debates like that. And Apple fanboys/girls still chose their beloved  apple even if bitcoin payment would be better in any aspect, and in fact it is. There is no discussion with people blinded by 'fashion and popular trends'.
3363  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Looks like Mars One is a scam in the making! on: March 18, 2015, 10:56:30 PM
Shit. I mean lol but there're real candidates who bet their lives on that project  Sad
Does not really matter.  There are a lot of questions about whether man can live on mars.  For example, the dirt is similar to bleach, it is an oxidizer.  So what happens if you get it on you?  You get rashes.  What happens if it gets in your lungs?  So forth and so on.

I think some animal tests would be in order, plunk them down on the Red Planet with some months of supplies and a test program.  At the end of the test period, they would be killed - if they lived that long.   Anyone who says that's not practical because of the long trip to get there better back off and think about how that applies even more strongly to humans.
No, testing Mars with animals is not good. If we could afford to transport animals to Mars we can do it with humans at the same price probably.
And while this mission may be suicidal - but truth to be told everyone signing for this kind of adventure know they may not live long.
3364  Other / Politics & Society / Re: 70 years after the Victory: Lest We Forget (despite every effort to do so) on: March 18, 2015, 10:38:50 PM

I was waiting for a post like that.

The ussr was the true reason Germany lost if Germany had conquered Russia Britain and anyone else would have been crushed by Germany.
It is true that USSR did help. But it was only because Germany attacked Russia in spite of previous agreement which stated that Germany and Russia will split Europe and rule together.
3365  Economy / Economics / Re: Sweden walking around in the dark on: March 18, 2015, 10:34:56 PM
In fact Swedish Central Bank is not owned by the Swedish Government but is privately owned, just like the Federal Reserve Bank of the United States.
The only solution is free markets; not central banks or corrupted capitalism. And Bitcoin may be the key here.
3366  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: March 18, 2015, 10:28:01 PM
If you had to convert all your wealth to either Bitcoin or gold and keep it there for 10 years, which would you choose? Keep in mind the fact that Bitcoin has only been around for 5 years, and could be fundamentally different in any number of ways in 10 years.

Come on they are totaly different assets. You can hardly compare them.
Exactly this is the reason we should keep both assets. Ideally it would be the best solution to invest in bitcoin and in buy some gold as well. Of course it is the safest and stable way. Bitcoin is here to stay I think and investing in it is good, but its price volatility can be an issue, while gold price fluctuation is bearable.
3367  Economy / Economics / Re: Will the Fed delay raising rates as oil collapses towards $20? on: March 18, 2015, 09:46:44 PM

Russia and China are not going to disarm due to a lack of funds lol...  Why on Earth would you think something insane like that?

There are too many special & powerful interests' that will make sure the U.S stays in its current position.

We live in an age where technology is a weapon and guess who owns patents, and produces the best technology?

If they are always 10 steps ahead of you, how can you remove or topple them ? JMHO

China is already number 1 economy in the world. And guess what China does the best? Steal patents and does not care about international copyright law.
If you have something good they will steal it and implement it in their toys. So why work hard and research when you just simply borrow everything?
3368  Economy / Speculation / Re: How many bitcoins do I need to retire in 20 years? on: March 18, 2015, 09:32:31 PM
I think atleast 100 bitcoins to be safe.

I predicted that 1 bitcoin can be worth 700k$ if all the current GLOBAL GDP is flushed into it, of course in 20 years the global gdp can be much higher (or lower if these nutjob CB will cause global collapse) so a 700k$/bitcoin is really the cap, so you need like 100 bitcoins to have 70 million $ which hopefully will be enough for your greed Smiley
If we are talking about distant future (yes. 20 years in bitcoin world is like 1000 years in real life) and our current technology. I would rather don't point at exact numbers. We all are probably wrong in our assumptions. In 20 years we could already have bitcoin 2.0 or some other form of cryptocurrency or no bitcoin at all.
3369  Economy / Economics / Re: ECB protesters clash with police in Frankfurt, Germany on: March 18, 2015, 09:08:02 PM
It sure is a mess. I don't know if being misinformed and having bad ideas deserves being shot with teargas. Despite my dislike of leftists I think it just as likely that agent provocateurs were a large part of the rioting. That being said, it often doesn't take much to spark riots among angry stupid kids.

NAP or not, but being dressed like a clown in public street almost begs for them to be teargassed lol, their intelligence probably is of a mosquito, after all they are just parasites robbing from productive people and giving it to their lazy arses...

Also above these nutjobs, there is definitely hidden agenda behind it, now that the EURO is weak the USD can profit from it more and delay it's inevitable collapse a bit more as big EU bankers invest in US bonds instead of greece ,portugal, spain or italy trashbonds...
European Union is collapsing, that's a fact. Demonstrations and riots are just a foreshadow of things that will come later. Some of the people who protested are indeed stupid people but reaction of the police was exaggerated.
3370  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Regulation The End For Bitcoin? on: March 17, 2015, 03:52:54 AM
Is Regulation The End For Bitcoin?

http://bitforum.info/t/is-regulation-the-end-for-bitcoin/396

Maybe bitcoiners doesnt say this out loud but majority of us question ourselves, if Bitcoin will be regulated. Would it be the end?

I mean, if there is a central entity that regulates Bitcoin, do you think that they're regulation would be 'limited' or will they violate a bitcoiners privacy for the sake of 'regulation'?

In the article, it reads the advantages of regulation.

Can you give out negative effects if Bitcoin is regulated?

They can regulate all they want, they cannot come into your house and tell you what to do with your Bitcoins. As long as you don't convert to fiat reguations don't even matter.

Are you really that sure that authorities will not barge in to your house if you use unregulated coins? Think again.
In America? Probably yes as US government tends to be overactive to to the point is not funny anymore. In EU, I doubt it. But I already can tell that politicians want our money more and more. So sooner or later bitcoin will taxed along the way. And they probably do this in indirect way. That mean every service related to any form of cryptocurrency will be paying tax - just for using bitcoins.
3371  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Rakuten Starts Accepting Bitcoin in the US on: March 17, 2015, 03:37:48 AM
Great news. If Rakuten is now accepting bitcoins as payment method I think other online shops may also consider it! After all, bitcoin = more profit for them. Amazon, we're waiting for your move now.
3372  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bits vs. Satoshi on: March 17, 2015, 03:30:52 AM
I will give you definitive answer:

1 Satoshi   = 0.00000001 ฿
10 Satoshi   = 0.00000010 ฿
100 Satoshi   = 0.00000100 ฿   = 1 Bit / μBTC (you-bit)
1,000 Satoshi   = 0.00001000 ฿
10,000 Satoshi   = 0.00010000 ฿
100,000 Satoshi   = 0.00100000 ฿   = 1 mBTC (em-bit)
1,000,000 Satoshi   = 0.01000000 ฿   = 1 cBTC (bitcent)
10,000,000 Satoshi   = 0.10000000 ฿
100,000,000 Satoshi   = 1.00000000 ฿

$1 USD = 341,460 Satoshi = 0.00341460 BTC (as of 17 Mar 2015)

3373  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTS] Heroes of The Storm EU Beta Key on: March 17, 2015, 02:58:18 AM

Well, last time i checked it was something around this, will change if i can find a better one.
If you are interested, a usually the best prices for games or cd keys can be found here: https://www.g2a.com/heroes-of-the-storm-beta-cd-key-eu.html here you can find HotS key for $1.41.
3374  Economy / Services / Re: DADICE.com Signature Campaign - The BEST Campaign Yet | OPEN! | JOIN THE FUN! on: March 17, 2015, 02:32:46 AM
Please, copy and re paste the signature code if it shows error against your name and you are not using your referral link in the signature.

lol, it is lot more complicated to check signature than I thought.
I got this error and I am not using any referral code in my sig. I copied sig code once more and error is still there... Should I be worried?

EDIT: I see that my post count in the spreadsheet is not changing either...

3376  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It's official - Bitcoin has failed! on: March 17, 2015, 01:21:07 AM
Title of this topic sure will bring a lot views to it... But that news are great! Bitcoin in space, how awesome is that? Even when humanity will perish on Earth  bitcoin will survive. I wonder why with news like that bitcoin price is still stalled. I guess people think it is just a minor project...
3377  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is this bad or good news? on: March 17, 2015, 01:15:42 AM
I really do believe that if Bitcoin was to die, it would have died a long time ago. Sure it might drop in price but this technology will be around a lot longer than you think.

I don't think it's possible for it to die completely but who knows it could go to $50k or $5.
Price like that won't happen, don't worry. Amount of assets invested in bitcoin is already too great to abandon this project just like that. Big players won't let it die like that, and with their help we could be able to push and pump price to reasonable value.
3378  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Venture Capital per Quarter is Exploding :) on: March 15, 2015, 10:08:21 PM
This is great and all but I'd much rather see a chart covering the explosion in new users buying btc for the first time.
I don't think it is really possible for someone to measure this figure. If people are correctly using bitcoin (not reusing old addresses) then almost all transactions should look like someone might be buying bitcoin for the first time.

I would like to see this growth continue to be sure that the numbers are not artificially higher because of only one or two big deals
Venture capital is quite easy to track. We may estimate capital invested in bitcoin with no problems. From the other hand I can only monitor blockchain transactions, new address creation and addresses which have bitcoin and are empty. And that is not valid proof to judge how many new users bitcoin have.
3379  Other / Off-topic / Re: Complete the sentence... "I would sell all my Bitcoins if..." on: March 15, 2015, 09:04:01 PM
Some people here will just hold bitcoin forever in expectation of some unreal price like $10.000. And I think it is not the way to live with bitcoin.
You just want to have some fun with bitcoin, it is just a form of currency after all. You are supposed to be buying stuff with it! So I guess I would sold 70% of my coin if price will be good enough $700+ and then start to grind it again.
3380  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: the worlds of warcrafts on: March 15, 2015, 08:39:32 PM
I think that a lot of games will come with their own altcoin, because it's way easier to govern their economy that way. It's not smart to use bitcoin because that will mean loads of users will become rich/poor from one day to the other.
That is not true at all. I am not sure how can you say that using their own alt will be better? It won't be better at all. And imagine situation where every game with F2P model creates their own currency - only compatible with shop in said game and can't be used outside it at all. This one hell of a stupid idea.
