Pročitao sam jedno laičko objašnjenje kako se dogodio "lažni" double spend Bitcoina pa prenosim ovdje. Možda će nekome biti zanimljivo.
Hvala ti na ovom laickom objasnjenju. To mi sada zvuci savrseno logicno. Jedino sto mi jos nije jasno su "novinari" iz Cointelegraph-a. Zar oni ni ne znaju za ovo? A čuj, novinari kao novinari. Dovoljno je da imaju natruhu neke senzacionalne vijesti (a BTC double spend to svakako je) i odmah će objaviti. Jer (očito) nije bitno je li vijest istinita ili nije, bitno da se pokupi što više klikova. Bilo je slobodno mjesto u Roobetu koje se popunilo doslovno u sat vremena Nekako sam mislio da daju duže vrijeme za prijave, siguran sam da je prije bilo tako. Vjerojatno je malo dobrih korisnika bez kampanja pa čim se netko iole dobar javi dobije mjesto. Već sam to spomenuo u ranijem komentaru, mislim da svi ''ozbiljniji'' manageri na forumu već imaju ''zapisane'' u svoju bilježnicu tzv. pouzdane članove foruma, koji su se ''dokazali'' u njihovim ranijim kampanjama, i kada se otvori novo mjesto u kampanji vjerojatno im je puno jednostavnije prihvatiti odmah prijavu jednog takvog člana nego eksperimentirati i dati priliku nekom novom članu, kojeg ne poznaju i ne znaju da li će ispunjavati tjednu kvotu i ostale uvjete kampanje. Ja sam nekako pretpostavio da ovi gotovi servisi neće raditi za nas u HR, ali sad baš klikam po bitcoin.tax, baš me zanima što se može izvući iz njega. Nisam skužio ovo što misliš pod "prijenosom" glavnice, je li se to odnosi na ovo da se kriptovalute mogu mijenjati jedna u drugu a da to nije porezni događaj?
Dodatno, kako si riješio neke stvari koje bitcoin.tax nema baš prilagođene, npr. nema HRK kao valutu, i za stopu poreza vidim ima 10% ali nema onih starih 12%?
Pa ni ne rade u smislu da ti daju sve na gotovo, ali može znatno pomoći jer računaju dobit (gains) po metodi FIFO + taj "like kind" koji je bitan za nas u Hrv. To ne možeš baš riješiti formulom u Excelu. Da, like kind je za mijenjanje iz jedne u drugu, a da ne bude porezni događaj. Kad bi bio isključen, tad bi zamjenu kripto za kripto računao kao da si prvo prodao u fiat pa onda sa tim fiatom kupio taj drugi kripto. Kad dobiješ gains tablicu iz njihovog obračuna, lako filtriraš relevantne trejdove gdje je vrijeme između prodaje i kupnje kraće od 2 god., pomnožiš taj gain sa srednjim tečajem HNB, i onda množiš sa 12% + prirez. Prijenos glavnice (cost basis) je kad mijenjaš kripto za kripto, primjer: 1. Kupio 1 BTC za $1000, to čini prvu "hrpu" - 1 BTC stečenih za $1000 2. Zamijenio 0.5 BTC za 10 ETH - tu nastaje druga hrpa, sad 10 ETH nosi pola te prve glavnice. Sad imamo dvije hrpe: 0.5 BTC glavnice $500 i 10 ETH glavnice $500 3. Prodao 5 ETH za $1000 - izvor je po FIFO metodi najstarija ETH hrpa, a kako smo prodali samo pola znači da je na ulazu bilo 5 ETH glavnice $250, na izlazu je 5 ETH za $1000 i zarada je $750 na koju smo dužni porez, osim ako nije bilo držanje duže od 2 god i tu dolazimo do dijela priče o datumu stjecanja. Rezultat: ostaje nam hrpa od 0.5 BTC glavnice $500 i hrpa od 5 ETH glavnice $250, a od prodaje nam je sjelo $1000 na račun od čega je $250 glavnica, a $750 zarada. Direktne zarada je drugo, ali i ona rezultira stvaranjem hrpe. Pretvaramo se da smo zaradili fiat pa u istom trenutku sa tim fiatom kupili kripto. Istovremeno oporezujemo tu stečenu vrijednost kao da je fiat po relevantnoj kategoriji (npr. ako je kripto kamata, množimo fiat vrijednost sa 12%) i ona istovremeno postaje glavnica nove hrpe koju ćemo jedan dan koristiti u FIFO obračunu kad prodamo. Vama ovi izračuni vjerojatno izgledaju jednostavno i logično ali nama ostalima je to jako komplicirano za shvatiti i pratiti. Kada jednom odlučim izaći van sa nekim bitcoinom (povući ga na bankovni račun) i zatreba mi pomoć kod prijave poreznoj, mogu li ti se obratiti za pomoć? |

You should know that buying/selling accounts before 2015 was a completely normal thing, it was just one commodity on the forum that had its price. But in the first years of the forum, there was certainly not such a great interest in BTC, so this kind of activity was not a problem. The fact that this activity has been discouraged for at least some 5 years or more does not mean anything to those who see it as a profit, and there is no difference in being officially banned. I can't understand your local language but I see that you have been a member here for almost a year and a half and you have very few posts and activities. Also, these posts are very short and do not contribute to the discussion on the forum. If you want to get a merits you will have to invest more of your effort and time here. OP uses Turkish in most of his posts but I see he has gotten a red flag. At the time of joining, it should have known for a long time how the merit system was actually because merit was applied long before the OP created this account. But here has been a lot to tell you how to properly earn merit and contribute to this forum. So it needs to be improved again in the quality of the posts, which is the most important and don't get used to posting a little because that usually will become spam. Ti rudarenjem, signature kampanjama i sličnim projektima ne zarađujes kune nego virtualne valute koje po zakonu nisu sredstvo plaćanja u RH a čini mi se i da je HNB dao službeno mišljenje da nisu ni novac Tako mi nema smisla da recimo svakih put kada mi sjedne neki btc ili druga virtualna valuta na wallet, u roku 30 dana moram to prijaviti i plariti porez za drugi dohodak (na nešto što po zakonu i nije novac ). To je zapravo odlično pitanje, jer su se države pretrgle da kažu da kriptovalute nisu novac, a istovremeno ih probale svrstati u neku kategoriju koju mogu oporezivati. Veća fora je što su u tim svojim nastojanjima stavili to u istu kategoriju kao Pokemon loptice, pa sad nemaju dobro objašnjenje zašto se Pokemon loptice ne oporezuju. Ali generalno, logika je ta da je zarada zarada, i oporezuje se, ne mora biti novac. Tebe netko može platiti šleperom šljunka, svejedno trebaš platiti porez ako je zarada. Banalni primjer, po tečaju na određeni dan zaradim btc u protuvrijednosti 10 000 kn i na to recimo platim 2500 kn poreza na drugi dohodak u roku 30 dana ali btc i dalje ostavim na walletu.
Za godinu dana ga podignem ali sada to zbog promjene vrijednosti btc vrijedi 2000 kn a ne više 10 000 kn i s obzirom da sam državi morao platiti porez 2500 kn u roku 30 dana po ovom tumačenju , ja sam zapravo u gubitku 500 kn.
Meni to uopće nema smisla. Zapravo si u gubitku 8000 kn, zaradio si 7500 kn netto, i onda špekulirao s 10000 kn i od toga izgubio 8000 kn, i saldo na kraju godine ti je -500 kn. Ako si paralelno ulagao još nešto u crypto i zaradio, onda si taj gubitak možeš iskoristiti da umanjiš porez za tu zaradu. Ima mi smisla prijaviti i platiti porez u roku 30 dana od dana kada btc ili drugi crypto valutu pretvorim u kune i povučem na bankovni račun.
Zarada i gubitak su ajmo reći računovodstvene kategorije, i potpuno su nevezane s prometom po računu. Poreznoj je totalno nebitno hoćeš li si ti prebaciti deset puta iste novce s jednog svog računa na drugi, ili sa svog računa na exchange-u na tekući račun, to nije zarada. Ista situacija je i ako te netko plati u npr. dionicama, to je zarada i moraš platiti porez, pa ako zbog toga moraš prodati dionice jer nemaš dovoljno keša, to je tvoj problem, a ne njihov. To je jedan od razloga zašto u prvom mjesecu cijene dionica obično padaju, ljudi prodaju dionice da plate porez. Kako uostalom uopće dokazati da su sredstva na nekom anonimnom walletu uopće tvoja?
Digitalnim potpisom poruke s privatnim ključem od tog walleta. Da, da, sve znam... i ja si zamišljam lice poreznog referenta kad mu dođeš s tim. Njima su sada "dokazi" Excel ispisi transakcija, screenshoti i PDF reporti od brokera koje dobiješ u digitalnom obliku, što uopće nije nemoguće falsificirati. Čitam ovo i ne vjerujem 😂 A čuj, mislim da se sve ovo može i puno jednostavnije riješiti. Kada budem spreman da podignem dio svojih btc, jednostavno ću ih s jednog svog waleta prebaciti na drugi, prebaciti preko exchangera na bankovni račun i poreznoj preko Joppd obrasca prijaviti drugi dohodak. S ovog drugog walleta ću poslati potpisanu poruku (da dokažem da je moj wallet ) a prijavit ću da mi je anonimni korisnik na forumu sa one prve btc adrese platio u btc za određeni rad koji sam napravio za njega (ili dobitak na nagradnoj igri ), pa neka porezna dokaže da nije tako i da je drugi wallet takoder moj i da sam ta sredstva zaradio puno ranije. Mislim da će odustati već kada počnem pričati o btc walletu i potpisu transakcija 😂 Tako ću se riješiti i potrebe za fifo i bilo što sličnim jer ću imati samo 1 transakciju. Zgodna je stvar što nema načina da porezna prati sve te transakcije između različitih walleta, sve je anonimno a siguran sam da nemaju blage veze kako sve to s crypto valutama funkcionira. Također ne mogu dokazati tko je tko na ovom forumu i tko je kome što isplaćivao i za što. Mislim da se previše brinemo i da se sve to može puno jednostavnije odraditi a da se ispuni zakonska forma i da porezna ne može ništa reći ili prigovoriti Žele dokazati da ono što sam im prijavio nije istina? Ja imam osjećaj da su glavni manageri; kao npr. Hhampuz, preopterećeni jer vode jako puno kampanja pa idu "linijom manjeg otpora ".
Kada se otvori nova kampanja, ponude sličnu ratu plaćanja kao i za druge kampanje koje vode, da im ne dođe do naglog odljeva ljudi iz njihovih drugih kampanja.
Vjerujem da u svojim "biljeznicama " već imaju popise "pouzdanih " članova iz prijašnjih kampanja i njih odmah prime; plus možda par novih, jer nemaju previše vremena tražiti i to je to.
Nekad se sve to odradi u 2-3 sata što samo pokazuje da manageri ne žele gubiti previše vremena i energije na istraživanje i traženje najboljih članova foruma.
Važnije je što prije popuniti kvotu potrebnog broja ljudi i pokrenuti kampanju što prije.
Zato se po kampanjama stalno vrte jedni te isti ljudi i tko jednom upadne teško ispada van.
Firma koja se oglašava dobit će ono što je platila, vidljivost na forumu i promociju, od strane ipak provjerenih postera, manageri proviziju, posteri neku zaradu i svi sretni i zadovoljni.
Vjerujem da se manageri međusobno i dogovaraju i da nije slučajno da sve kampanje jednako plaćaju.

zar nije rudario ili ne, ako je kripto odstajal dve godine onda nema poreza???
recimo do 21.01.2019. imam izrudareno tipa 10 eth i to sad, nakon dvije god isplatim i nema poreza, ne? ovo izrudareno, nakon 01/2019 cekam da "odstoji"
ili ipak posto je rudarenje ide porez na drugi dohodak...to bi po meni trebalo samo ako odmah prodajem izmajnano...

I'm sincerely sorry that Odegaard did not get along with Real, but I hope that he will use this second chance better and finally prove that he is a real player and not just a player with potential.
