There's only two reasons I can think of, conducting an on-forum altcoin giveaway or incentivizing people to post. That's probably why it was thrashed.
I don't see there was any kind of giveaway neither I see they told people to post in that topic.
Besides, if this was the reason, topic starter would be banned, right?

This is regular topic in altcoin section, there is nothing unusual about it. I see hundreds similar topics.
3362  Other / Meta / I can't access topic in altcoin - need moderator on: September 08, 2018, 02:34:10 PM
I can't access this topic any more https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4825866.0

I archived it here http://archive.is/AWG82 just to keep record of this scam, but I would never expect I will get this message:

Why I can't access it?

The above address is for the TPC token Crowdsale contract. You can send ETH to above address and Receive TPC tokens automatically to your ethereum address by using METAMASK OR MYETHERWALLET

This address https://etherscan.io/txs?a=0x7b186e4289c566c5ae625f278fe20283ab1c64d6 has only 38 transactions, it received more or less only 7 ethereum, which is far away from $2M written on their site.

3367  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Sportsbook and Casino | Bet with BTC and BCH | 100% Deposit Bonus on: September 08, 2018, 01:04:11 AM
@4x4et I thought you were busy arguing about paypal scams!  Wink
I don't see how this is relevant, do you enforce KYC to every player?

From my point of view, if player deposit  0.0027 btc, knowing minimum bet is 0.001btc, and casino sets new minimum bet requirement which is 5 times higher without making player aware of it, player has every right to request his money back and player has every right to refuse any kind of bonus - KYC free.

According to this rule:
Quote
9.1. You may only place bets with a minimum stake of 0.001 bitcoin in odds betting. In some cases, the minimum may be higher.
Have you pointed "some cases" with increased bet requirement before player made deposit?

I hope you are not making this up. Who is Gabriel from announcement topic https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5021077.msg45337738#msg45337738 - you didn't say anything about this.

Another ICO run by them (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4730402.0 http://archive.is/0iLSV hrbe.io)

Both accounts are here, and there is third account:

3371  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Gtmr.io - SCAM - Fake Team on: September 07, 2018, 03:29:55 PM
Interesting. Ok, I went trough my post history as I was pretty sure I've recently seen this template, so here it is:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4931258.0

It is the same template used for few scams. I can't reach powerburs ICO, but ICOethics archived site here https://archive.is/r00qJ.

This is where it become interesting, powerburst's roadmap:

Amigocoin's roadmap:

Someone already archive site here https://web.archive.org/web/20180426161136/https://www.amigocoin.co.uk/ and here https://web.archive.org/web/20180904205101/https://www.amigocoin.co.uk/

In first archived thread they claim they will be listed on some exchanges:
Quote
AmigoCoin will be listed on key crypto exchanges around the world - China - Huobi - OkCoin - BTCC - Cryptonia Japans BITARG (Yahoo 40% investment)

There is also counter for first ICO phase - it says "32 days left".

Domain check

Powerburst:

Domain: powerburstico.com
Registrar: NameCheap Inc.
Registration Date: 2018-04-06
Expiration Date: 2019-04-06
Updated Date: 2018-04-06
Status: clientTransferProhibited
Name Servers:dns1.namecheaphosting.com

Amigocoin domain is 2 1 month older:

Domain:amigocoin.co.uk
Registrar: 123-Reg Limited t/a 123-reg [Tag = 123-REG]
Registration Date: 2018-02-23
Expiration Date: 2020-02-23
Updated Date: 2018-03-28
Status: Registered until expiry date.
Name Servers: ns.123-reg.co.uk

Ok, back to amigocoin, does anyone see ICO time counter like this:

This could be bug in template.

What is really going on here  Huh  Any thoughts?

I will be careful before I help team for Ann designing works.
Just thinking out loud - are other projects legit? Example - https://www.amigocoin.co.uk/ ? Template looks so familiar.

Can you please ask Mr. Gabriel to show us team members? I believe investors need to know to whom they are giving money, and I didn't find their team on site - not even founder.

ICO is live.

As you mention:
Quote
Hey see the Disclaimer information followed by OP. I have clearly mentioned that 'Disclaimer: I have posted this thread on behalf of GETMODER team. All other things are suppose to be asked and write to the team members.
As there is no disclaimer, should I suppose you are behind amigocoin?
3373  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Brotherlylend - SCAM - FAKE TEAM on: September 07, 2018, 01:25:19 PM
the version you saw at the time you visited the website was incorrectly uploaded which was rectified immediately once notified.
Have you figured this out after someone exposed you?
I would have appreciated it if you would have contacted us and inquired before making slandering comment
It's not the way how it works.
which can hurt our reputation.
Newbie account talking about reputation. How sweet.
I’m sure any question you may have would have been addressed accordingly.
You talk too much but you didn't really say anything. As usual, these are only excuses.
Quote
In this case, I personally decided not have a team section on our homepage in order to be different than others
Good, removing fake team after exposed blaming template is another reason not to trust you.
I really wonder how you guys think to run serious business if you can't even change few things on template.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me directly on my LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/sharmarkejamal/ and hope to see more ethical review from you on other ICO projects.

I have question about whitepaper:

Quote
September 2018 We make the platform official and announce it publicly
October 2018 We run a private round of sales
November 2018 We run the round of presale

It says "crowdsale open". Where can I find your platform?
3374  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Follor.com - SCAM - Fake Team on: September 06, 2018, 10:17:13 PM
idk what kind of investigation did you do, but you should have found out that lorem imprusm was not the discription we write. it was all imported demo, created by our devloper. keep a eye on our telegram group.

This is very interesting. You've sent me exact the same PM, I clicked reference link and it pointed me at this topic.

Only "lorem impsum" I mentioned today was in here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5016171.msg45282742#msg45282742 but that is another topic, another scam accusation for ICO which has nothing to do with this one.

Why did you mention it?  Grin
3375  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO scammers, Sell your uploaded KYC ID documents, adress for a lot of money. on: September 06, 2018, 10:09:44 PM
Parents always teach kids not to trust strangers and not to give any information online especially copy of passports, id and other documents.
Funny, today's kids are making people to give them credentials and the best part is - they will even take money for it.

I find that to be unreasonable, we are selling our information cheaply
You are not selling anything, you are the one who is paying to give your credentials to some random person on internet   Roll Eyes

Yes for me it's against my will sometimes to give information about me if I'm a little bit doubt about the project. But there's no choice but to submit documents inorder to receive tokens we bought or from bounty campaign
Of course there is choice, you can choose not to give your documents. Is your identity worth couple of hundred dollars?  Undecided

If you have any questions, feel free to ask them!

Please address this:

Nice building you have there.

Can you explain how 1055 m2 for rent become 10500 m2 on 3 floors?

Also why number on that building is edited? I am pretty sure I saw numbers 17 and 19, what happened to number 17?

People on video, who are they? I couldn't identify any of them as your team members. They seems...static.

Your total ROI in 12 months, 178% - is not sustainable.

Our monthly reinvestment strategy will result in both higher value and output per token

A: Repurchase SRXIO tokens from the market and burn them.
B: Purchase new hardware and improve our facility and infrastructure

How much money will I earn if I invest 10000$ and compound it for next 5 years?

3377  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Dlex.cc - SCAM - Fake Team on: September 06, 2018, 08:10:00 PM
I want to talk to you about the project, to know your opinion.
Why?

You don't care about our opinion:

we do not care about your opinion.

You have already expressed your opinion

If we scam, why should I talk to you and write here?
Have you generated new team yet?

Probably another pump and dump POS 20% premined shitcoin trying to collect money and dump their bags on investors to collect more money.

Can anyone scroll down site and explain what does this mean  Grin
