3361  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: {Boxing} Manny Pacquiao vs Yordenis Ugas on: August 13, 2021, 11:26:13 PM

Nice article, I thought he only has some tax problem in the Philippines but not in the US, yes, this is really serious especially talking about IRS and he needs to settle the exact amount including the penalty of course. In the Philippines, the law might not be so strict and he has some connections since he is the senator, but not in the US.

$68 million is equivalent to 3.4 billion in Philippine peso, so how rich really Pacman is?

This kind of issue comes at bad times, Manny is answering so many questions that are not related to boxing, like the political squabble back in the Philippines I really don't like the kind of politics in the Philippines, they lack patriotism they should not raise issues like taxes and political issues, Manny Pacquiao is a national treasure but unfortunately, politicians are ruining him, they should do a ceasefire so Manny can contrate on the fight.
Come to think that he's the one who had make involvement with politics on the time he had step his foot in the congress which means its a self-will and he would really be that part on whatever issues and things that do happen since its part of his job and shouldnt really be that neglected which its understandable that handling both careers wont really be an easy job.

Do you think that he's not stressed on the current dealings that he had as of this moment specially that he has some upcoming fight?

The replaced fighter might not really be that competent compared to Spence but doesnt mean that he would be just too confident or would not take it seriously.
3362  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is Bitcoin an independent property? on: August 13, 2021, 10:32:51 PM
If I had some bitcoins before I got married, and used bitcoins to buy houses, cars, etc.
When the price of Bitcoin went up, I sold Bitcoin. Is this my money my own? Or is it shared by husband and wife?
When I get divorced, do I split up my bitcoins?
No its not.. because once you do get married then all of your properties or belongings would be typically a conjugal property between you and your wife which simply means that everything you do own then your wife
does have the right unless if you do make it as a secret before your marriage and your wife hadnt known everything then its possible but be prepared when she caught you on being non loyal in terms of finances
because when you do get married then everything should really be remitted.

When you do get divorced then it would depend on the arrangement or agreement in terms of property halving since both does have the right.
3363  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Are Airdrops and Bounties worth the work? on: August 13, 2021, 09:41:18 PM
I agree with you in that, 20k$ is quite small allocation for the Bounty as per as huge number of participants But I think if they will offer 20k$ worth token and listed in good exchange also have liquidity, i think it's obviously better than high allocated shit project.  To get decent rewards BM can run for limited people.
Actually the allocation of $20K would not be too small if the bounty Manager made a limit for each participant and did not distribute the allocation into many campaigns, so that the participants who wanted to participate in it also saw it very clearly that the allocation was very suitable for the number of participants who few and also not many campaigns in it.
You're right, In such allocation bounty hunters can get handsome amount of rewards undoubtedly, If Team and Bounty Manager planning to pick the real hunters in their promotion. But i see few BM didn’t made the rules that's why most of the time hunters got payment and end of the day transaction fee is more than Bounty payment.
Is there something that they can do in terms of fees or gas whenever the rewards would be passed up? They cant do such thing even if they would be passing it through batches or in one go specially if the coins involved

is using up erc20 then gas would surely hurt and thats why some teams does tend to sent out rewards on delay basis because they cant really just afford to sent out those free coins with higher gas which it would really

be adding up on the expense that they would take.Asking out if Airdrop and Bounties worth the work then we can at least say its a yes since there are still people who do love on wasting up their time on this venture
which does simply means that it is still worth to engage on.
3364  Economy / Gambling / Re: Topbetbroker.com - Offers - Support - Reviews on: August 13, 2021, 08:45:41 PM
This one caught my attention;

"To withdraw funds, there is a need for three-time rollover with odds greater than 1.5 and Topbetbroker reserves the right to charge a fee of 5% if this does not occur."

Source: https://topbetbroker.com/faq/

I do consider for it to be high plus having that minimum withdrawal is €100 or what is left on your account isnt appealing at all.
3365  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What's your favorite way to earn Cryptos? on: August 13, 2021, 07:52:53 PM
Talk about your favorite places or methods of earning cryptos.
Most of the time I like to do trade for earning cryptos. I know it's not very easy, I have lost a lot of money in trade. but now I am good with trade. Now I know how to use stop-loss, how to manage risk etc. I am also holding some altcoins for a long time, I hope those coins will give me some nice profit.

The airdrop was one of my favorite methods to earn some cryptos easily, But nowadays most of the airdrops are scams. So there is no need to waste time to join airdrop. This forum is also a good place to earn some crypto. but for this, I need to spend a good time here.
But trust me, It's worth it.

Staking altcoin is also a good way to earn some cryptos. Now a lot of exchange support staking system. You can earn a good passive income with the help of a stake.
Trading is never been easy since this had been my main source of income way back before on where crypto market doesnt still exist on where i do trade up with forex and stocks and a little bit mix of freelancing jobs in the past even up to now where i do search off with more possible source of income aside from trading.

I do make out some investment for at least having some passive or leverage which is mostly talking about holding with crypto for years and now never intent to cash it out all in all or simply getting those interest or gains
basing on my need.

There are lots of methods or ways if you do really seek of but of course it would really be depending on someones skills and capability of a certain job or venture.
3366  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Prices rises - Tx fees stay low? on: August 12, 2021, 11:45:32 PM
I'm not really trading, but who doesn't like more BTC by selling high and buying again "low"?
Am I wrong or is the mempool being pretty empty a REALLY bad sign for the 50%+ in Price?
Is this the last high for this year? Or am I being too paranoid after 2017  Grin
You are just too being paranoid my friend!  Cheesy

This isnt something that fees would go up high if there is a certain price increase in the market.Situations might neither be the same or not on particular days and better just be grateful that the mempool isnt

clogged or in high traffic on where we can make out transactions without having any doubts in problem of stuck transactions due to high traffic.Yes, it is somewhat uncommon but deal with it.

Cherish while it is still cheap on fees and fast transactions because maybe next days the problem would rise up again.
3367  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The houses always win, are you the house or the gambler? on: August 12, 2021, 09:59:34 PM
The houses always win, are you the house or the gambler?

Remember only idiot take high risk to get high reward.
if you don't consider your self as an idiot then never gamble lol, because gambling is place where people wanted to risk to earn big and that is reality , if you don't know that then you know nothing about gambling that's it.
And I think its not wrong to try your luck in gambling, if you win then great, if you lose then so be it thats the consequences of being a gambler and you should be aware of this kind of scenario. There's no house if there's no gambler but it doesnt mean you're at the wrong position, as long as you enjoy what you do and has a guts to face the risk then you're free to make a choice.
The problem is that not a lot of people can stop and just accept the consequences of being a gambler, they want to win and we know that the possibility of losing is higher over the long term, that is just the way it is but there are a lot of people that cannot accept this simple fact and once they lose instead of just accepting it they are going to take it as a challenge and they will keep gambling until the day in which they suffer a huge loss and their path to addiction begins.
When someone tends to gamble then the primary motive in mind will mostly be on how to make easy or fast money with less effort which neither they do see from other gamblers or just simply see some advertisement
which did poke out their interest and this is where it starts when you do gamble its neither you would stop when you do lost or would continue when you do tend to chase losses which is a common behavior of most gamblers.

House do always win as usual specially in long term plays but it isnt really that much bad if you do really just play and dont mind about on getting profits but rather do look for entertainment.

It is just people do really go overboard this is why they do really end up on getting wrecked in the end of the day.Dont ask on things which is impossible likely in gambling.

3368  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Poloniex exchange charged by SEC on: August 12, 2021, 08:59:22 PM
With all this forced regulation that is being imposed on most of our centralized exchanges, is the future of cryptocurrencies safe? It might not be SEC but any other local regulator around the world are all trying to flex their authority, could this be possible that there is an invisible hand of competitor exchanges in trying to get rid of some of these popular exchanges??

Regulation in exchangers doesnt mean that it would really be over in talks of future of cryptocurrencies.I wont be surprised if Binance would really be next on line which we are recently seeing that they are

being squeezed off and it is something connected to that minimizing of daily limits. Remembered on how Poloniex and Bittrex do fly out with colors back in the past but those popularity and reputation
had been wiped out when government had really make some involvement.
3369  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why hoard Bitcoin? on: August 12, 2021, 07:47:24 PM
Because of the value of Bitcoin, people will hoard it,
Take me as an example. I will invest 20% of my salary in Bitcoin because I think Bitcoin is very valuable and I believe in Bitcoin, so I think Bitcoin is worth investing in.
But if you let me buy something with bitcoin, I will hesitate and pay with fiat currency first.
Although people can pay in any way, will Bitcoin be your first choice?
Now the difference between fiat currency and Bitcoin is that one is inflation currency and contraction currency. Inflated currency (fiat currency) means that if it inflates, you want to get rid of it as soon as possible. For example, we use fiat currency to buy things, invest in real estate, cryptocurrency, stocks. And to shrink the currency (Bitcoin) you buy goods or services, or hoard it. This has no effect on the economy, except to reduce the monetary base and make the currency more scarce, so deflation is faster.
In my opinion, Bitcoin is a store of value, not a currency. There may be cryptocurrencies becoming legal tender, but not now, volatility and supply and demand need to be considered.
Basic things that you should know when you do tend to jump in into crypto industry.Know the basics and of course you would be starting with Bitcoin. Usage and possible adoption? You had already mentioned out and its

undeniable about that store of value thing and come to think off that becoming mainstream is somewhat a dream to come true. Fiat would remain and it would exist as long government do exist.

We cant really deny that Bitcoin does have the potential and its up to someones choice and liking if he wanted to hoard bitcoin which is understandable and majority of people who are engaging on it is really seeing it
as an investment rather than a currency which it isnt surprising due to the opportunity that it do gives when it comes on making profits.
3370  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔮 Futuur - Predict the Future! 🔮 on: August 12, 2021, 06:31:05 PM
Futuur should be more visible here in their thread so players will have more trust on their platform.

Yes, they should be more present here. But  they must also more active and faster confirm bets as won or lost. Often bets are only closed after weeks or after a support request, although the result is fixed for a long time. At the moment there are still many Olympic bets unsolved, although the results have been determined. Unfortunately, this also gambled away trust. Undecided
One of the most major mistakes that they do have when it comes to confirming of bets which is really that too long where it could really wipe out peoples interest on playing even more into this platform.

This is one of the things i had noticed too which it do sucks when you do know that you had won such bet but it wasnt been closed yet. When it comes to activeness on this forum

then they dont do such thing but who knows if they are more active in other mediums of marketing.
3371  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is Binance too big to fail? on: August 11, 2021, 11:40:57 PM
It's impossible to overlook how massive Binance's involvement in the cryptocurrency marketplace is. The CEO of Binance CZ has been so active whether he is discussing Binance smart chains, customer service issues, or expansion of the business. In terms of spreading cryptocurrency thought across the board, Binance platform deserves mention. Binance is where I keep a decent amount of coins. For instance, I have a reason for active trading.

Less about overlooking but more about hard to ignore when CZ and Binance's marketing team just keep pushing stuff to your face every day:) They spend a lot on paid marketing, in case you didn't know. PRs and articles on Coindesk etc are all paid for a lot.

And his thoughts are all written for him mainly, unlike if someone like Vitalik speaks.
They do have the money and its understandable that they would really be needing to be consistent or even on aggressive manner in terms of marketing and promotions which its true that they do really keep pushing

stuff into your face almost everyday which as a user you would really be finding this thing to be interesting and they arent stopping and doing this aggressively and since they do have the budget since they are
the current top crypto exchange as of this moment then its normal that they are really capable on such spending.

They do know on how to play this business and making it big but we know that everything isnt guaranteed because looking on what happened on Bittrex and Poloniex in the past will possibly
happen to Binance too.So its hard to tell about failure matters.
3372  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Manny Pacquiao vs Errol Spence Jr - August 21 on: August 11, 2021, 10:33:08 PM
I'm a little bit disappointed but we have to accept that Spence cannot fight, he just follows the advice of his 3 doctors and his condition could become severe if he chooses to fight Manny Pacquiao. I think he will undergo an operation and the healing process might be long, but Spence said he will come back, so hopefully, they will still fight again in a year or two.

As you said, we can't blame anybody for what happened cause it was an accident and no one really wants that to happen. especially when the fight has only a few days left. The guy wanted the fight but circumstances don't allow him this time. As for Ugas, I think he needs to double his training from now on or I may say he is destined to lose this fight since Manny Pacquiao is the one who really needs this fight to show an amazing performance for the upcoming election. Hmmm.. looks like something is going on here, I hope my speculations are just delusions.
No one really likes for this thing to happen even Spence himself.Injuries like this could really happen from time to time unexpectedly if they wont really be that careful in terms of their training which would really might

result into unfortunate events like this which would really cause that postponement of event and no one really likes that rather than if its intentional but its really just dumb to consider that they've been doing that

just to make up some excuse? I dont really believe that Spence is scared of  Pacquiao on where most people been saying as of this moment specially to those countrymen of Pacquiao which i dont see for it to be
that way.
3373  Economy / Exchanges / Re: HitBTC does all possible to keep my account blocked and not let me get my funds on: August 11, 2021, 09:42:01 PM
My Account was blocked after some withdraws. Some weeks ago they sent email to complete KYC. but had the bot mails during the next time they refused to accept my documents proving my place of living without any explanations. there passed more then a month when my account was blocked and all orders were reset...
after some appeals in telegram the support team confirmed my third document provinf place of living and the KYC form was completed and fixed in position without editing. the support team asked to have a session in Skype. but the only thing i had possibility to do was introducing myself, showing my ID and write email.
the support team only now had discovered that the name does not match the name of the email!!! I could subscribe it any way - it is not official name, but i have access to it, access to the account on HitBTC, had screenshots of transfers that were made 3 years ago, they asked me to find ... as the result my identificational session by Skype was finished immediately and the support team "asked the actual owner" of MY account and all KYC data was reset!!!
Dear HitBTC Support Team, is the name of an email official document?HuhHuh? I could create an email with different names... for example "QuinElisabethTheSecond@mail.com". Do i need to register HER documents for MY account?Huh?
Is it a reson to refuse me in completing KYC verification?Huh
Ticket#1342358
I cant really say that Hitbtc is wrong on here because there are lots of people or incidents of the past who had been using up other identity just for the sole reason on trying to open someones account.

So i cant really blame off into those things that they've been presuming and this is why i dont really usually put up big amounts into any exchange no matter how reputable it is because once they would be locking

it out then passing up KYC or simply resolving the issue would really be pain in the ass.In regards on what you had done, if you can show off the access of said email and prove out that you are the owner of it

then Hitbtc should at least cater it out and trying to verify.
3374  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Emotions should never be traded. on: August 11, 2021, 08:58:20 PM
I'd want to provide some guidance, particularly to individuals who are new to the market. You think you should buy in ALTs whenever the market is rising. And it's possible that you'll gain from it. However, the market drops after you make your investment. When the market falls, you believe you are losing money and sell everything. When you watch the stock market rise, you invest. You will continue to be harmed in this manner. As a result, anytime you need to invest, put a tiny percentage of your portfolio into it. As a result, even if the market falls, you will still have your portfolio. Never trade based on your emotions. Calculate carefully before investing.
When you do tend to jump into trading career,doesnt matter if its forex,stocks or crypto then you would really need to control the following;

•Emotion
•Impulsive decision
•Lack of knowledge
•Careless action
•Believing into other words

When you do make yourself get affected then it would really might result into such scearion. So better trade with your own
even though it might not really that be perfected but at least you are doing the right thing.
3375  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anything like excess gambling on: August 10, 2021, 11:45:55 PM
Some people could bet without even knowing the amount of time and money they have invested in gambling which could look obvious and call for estimation. I gamble a lot and sometimes I don't even know if it's becoming excess not.
When you gamble with no limitation about time and money to use, I will call it an excessive gambling attitude. This clearly indicates that you cannot control yourself, how can you have no limitation there? Even you are a gambling lover or a fanatic gambler, you should know how to control yourself. Be smart and discipline in gambling, guys! It won't be a fun activity anymore if you become an addict and losing everything because of gambling excessively.

Even rich people  does have limitation although it would vary on how a rich person and average one would really differ in terms of betting habit and duration which is understandable but talking about limits then there's
no such thing about unlimited fund.If you are rich but dont have that kind of self control then sooner or later you would really be sleeping on the streets.

We've seen lots of instances on where people get wrecked totally by gambling addiction and this is in the result of engaging too much time and money with it which people should really be aware or else you would really know
the consequences later on.

Excessive things arent just only talking about gambling addiction but also in other forms of addiction as well which should really be controlled properly.
3376  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: There are three kinds of people in the Bitcoin world on: August 10, 2021, 09:47:37 PM
--

I think there are more Bitcoin opportunists in the forum. What is your opinion on this? Which one do you think you are?
Becoming an opprtunist requires technical and fundamental market analysis skills, as well as experience. it is not easy for some people, including me, and I seem to be more inclined towards the faithist group. I plan to consistently implement the DCA strategy, trying to buy crypto assets consistently for long term investments. with DCA, very helpful for people like me who are not very good at analyzing the market.
well, whatever it is, as long as we understand the risks, study carefully the strategies that suit our abilities, there will always be opportunities for profit.
Not easy even for me but honestly idealist and faithest would  turn out  to be that opportunist when they are already applying the analysis and fundamental that they had gathered.

Overall, it is really just the same because just like had been mentioned or  told by most people here that we do aim on the same goal which it to make money. No matter what kind you do include yourself on
then it all talks about money and profits. They do just matter or differ on timeframe or on how long it  would really be able  to materialize your profits.
3377  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your betting budget on: August 10, 2021, 08:36:33 PM
Of course I always set limitation, amount limitation to my budget. I only seek fun so if I have some profit from gambling I save it to my gambling budget in that way I have more gambling budget and I only refill it whenever it reaches 0 for example this month I have 0 balance then I fill it up around $1000 that's for whole month then of course I divide it by day.

This kind of budgeting strategies would also help you to be a responsible gambler and lowers the chance of being addicted to gambling since you control yourself.

Do you really play every day? In my opinion, this is an obvious sign of gambling addiction and you really should worry about it. In any case, it's good that at least you can discipline your gambling spending. And if it's not a secret, how long have you been gambling on such a schedule (almost every day or every day)?

Gambling everyday can be considered as an addiction but not all who gamble everyday are addict.
Those who gambler every single day but they are able to manage the time and money well, I can say they are not addicted.
Lets say he is gambling everyday but he has can start and stop his gambling session wisely each day, I would say he is smart gambler instead of an addict.

People who do indeed gamble on daily basis could really be considered to be a gambling addict and not for those people who do play on weekends or casual basis. When it  comes to budget  then this would really be varying

on someones financial capacity because not all would really be having that big income or assets or savings for them to spent out on gambling and some are just really that keen on spending into entertainment.

My budget would be only in  between 5-10% overall in my monthly salary and i do play occasionaly or into those times which i do see that theres some interesting games that i do love to bet on.
3378  Other / Archival / Re: July Regulatory War Against Binance...is CZ Ready to Surrender? on: August 10, 2021, 07:21:05 PM
I can't believe that CZ is willing to do that but I think that is to make investors in Binance more confident and to say that they are doing this to make sure they stay at the top. I think there's nothing wrong with that. Moving forward with this, I think they would just be open to hiring that certain someone who is more capable on making decisions for the regulations etc, no need to step down.
As if there are any other options? This isnt talking about stepping down but they wouldnt really be having any choice but to accept on whats mandated or else then this would really be risking on putting down the business.

As they do like for it to continue then they would be needing to apply even if its against on the overall idea or concept of decentralization. We people on this market had some options if regulation becomes strict

in Binance but i wont be surprised that most of platforms would really be following the same path as years would be passing out.
3379  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Advice on trends on: August 10, 2021, 06:23:42 PM
Right now we're already in good trend because of ethereum fork + google is bring back the crypto adds. So, my advice just buy top coins and eth is the best one for you to buy. Just follow the trend and keep learning to increase your TA so you will be better as a trader.

What you're saying is absolutely right guys, currently the trend is up, if bitcoin can break through $46k and make it to $50,000, whatever coin you buy now will be up and profitable. and we will return to the bullrun trend and will continue until the end of the year. but don't forget to set a stop loss.
This is where risk management matters because not all would really be having the same decision when it comes to investment because experience and knowledge/skills would be entirely different to each person.

Its true that most of the time when bitcoin do make out some bullish movement then it do tagged up all along the coins in the market but not always the case but high chances that this could really be observed.

Bitcoin the is the king of crypto and its just normal that we would see greens if this one tends to be bullish and it isnt really that something surprising.
3380  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: August 09, 2021, 11:44:49 PM
Sport betting is available on Roobet.com that is very exciting with me.

New seasons began or warmed up with very last weeks before the beginning around the Europe. Roobet.com launched their sports betting in very good time. Do you know since when Roobet launches it for Roobet users?

I did not know the sports betting on Roobet or did I miss something from them?
I just realized that roobet has now added sports betting which many of its fans love, including myself.
After I checked the sports betting interface, it is very elegant with its transparent appearance, indeed this is a very fitting moment for the league season that is about to start and I think I will start trying after the EPL or Serie A starts to place bets on roobet for the first time in sports betting.

I thought that roobet would definitely add a sportsbook to its site and of course I was looking forward to the surprise of a big event, usually roobet always held a new launch if there was a new launch. Cheesy

Kinda surprised to see roobet's progress because I haven't been active here for a few months. First we have to appreciate this launch and of course it's still early, roobet still has a lot of work to do for sports betting. how do they attract new customers and compete with competitors who already have well-known brands, really difficult task
Btw dont miss it  https://twitter.com/Roobet/status/1424037622985359361
It is not going to be easy for Roobet team, there are few competitor bookies that control over 70% of the industry. Probably, new promotions and campaigns will be announced to bring the punters but the overall site service should be improved for getting the best results after a first year which is crucial. In a few months, I wanna bet on improved live betting platform of Roobet and compare the bookies. Anyways, looking forward to the news and updates by Roobet team, hopefully it will be worth waiting Smiley
Lets see on how  they would be handling it out because if we do consider current competitors in the market then they should come up with better option that would really spark out gamblers interest.

This is a new integration into the platform but having a sportsbook into a casino is already not a new thing  since we've seen on some casinos are doing  this parth.

It would just vary on how  they would be managing this and would  be successful just like  on what happened into their casino games.
