Be a very active member and report a lot of posts with a good accuracy and if an admin thinks you would be beneficial they may ask you eventually. That's the only way really.

Nothing wrong. You're trying to sign up from an ip that has previously been used by someone who was banned or a known proxy. Are you using a proxy, tor, or a public connection?
That laptop is just used for making reports and it is always not connected in the internet. And also when I made an account from him, I used this phone Im using right now. Still that is the result, my IP is not banned, as you can see, I can post here without problem. He is not using any VPN. Just a normal IP. You can post from a banned connection just not sign up from one without paying the fee. Have you had accounts banned before? Maybe your mobile connection uses an ip that is shared by many.
So how can I make my friend a new account?
Find a connection that isn't banned, but when people sign up to this forum just to earn they usually get banned and that's probably why your connection is as well. |

Moderators are added when they are required. Every morning when I wake up there was often a backlog of about 20 reports to handle just on spam bots alone that had been there an hour or two and rickbig was one of the handful that was always reporting them. It was obviously a good choice because there have been zero for me to handle since he was made a mod.

You're not going to be punished for bad reports. The only way you would likely ever get in trouble from reporting is if you were just spamming it with nonsense. As others have said, it's a default feature of this current forum but I doubt it will be included on the new version. Where does it say you can be banned for having a reporting accuracy less then 60%?
It doesn't. 60% isn't terrible either but you would obviously need to take a better look at the rules to see what you're reporting wrong. |

it was done all with text messages not through pms here.
You could still post the email/test communication you had with him and the transaction ID. IF you want people to tag him with negative then it's best to provide this. |

I'm one of the staff members at HexPay.org, and we have recently been notified about a scammer who has scammed a lot of users from this forum.
It's not just this guy. It's many. In fact, I'd say the overwhelming majority of users on this forum who use such autobuy link sites as yours are selling either hacked or non-existent stuff. It's become rife in the Digital Goods/Invites sections. Unfortunately it's hard to police since when we receive reports of a scammer, they just create a new account and recreate the scam products. I'm well aware of that. The same things happen here. Maybe you should consider holding the funds until the buyer has confirmed receipt. That would significantly deter scammers. If these scammers get the funds instantly then it's prime for abuse. Okay I've tagged all of them. I'm sure that he/she will be back with more accounts though.
They were all already banned apart from splitups. |
