3381  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: stake.com- Does not have gambling responsibility on: December 26, 2021, 07:17:24 AM
OP, I get the feeling that you are not very serious about your self-exclusion, because you have found a loophole for you to come back to Stake to gamble and then you want to blame them or try to gamble for free. (trying to get your last two deposits and blaming them)

Just follow the instructions and the self-exclusion protocol ...so that your account can be permanently closed and be done with it, if you really have a problem. The cool down period are there for a reason, because some people get hot headed for a few days after a couple of losses and start the process.. and then when they cool down, they want to get back in.  Roll Eyes
3382  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A Crypto Christmas; Using Bitcoin to help feed the homeless on: December 25, 2021, 08:20:34 PM
This project is very good, but I always worry that things like this is scams. I have seen some terrible "behind the scene" footage of illiterate people holding up posters for something that they do not benefit from and then scammers taking the proceeds of these scams. (Important Note : I am NOT saying this is one of those scams)

I hope this is not one of them and that the proceeds of this goes to the correct cause. (You are 100% correct... Christmas has been over commercialized)  Angry

3384  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - 2 Million+ in Xmas Giveaways | Watford & UFC Partner ⚽ 🥊 on: December 25, 2021, 07:10:01 AM
I just want to say Merry Christmas to the whole Stake team and all the mods in the chat and all my friends that celebrate Christmas today. I hope you have a great day and that it will be full of hope and peace. It was a good year for me at Stake and it made a difference in my life, with or without the loss or wins that make this site an enjoyable experience.  Wink

I look forward to the big $1 000 000 Giveaway later today, I hope a lot of you will win something and that it will change your life in a significant way. This is a day of hope...... let's enjoy that.  Wink
3385  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as a "Global Unit of Account"? on: December 25, 2021, 06:43:49 AM
I do not know if the world is ready to sacrifice their "precious" Fiat currencies and to replace it with something that are not under their control. Every country value their local Fiat currencies and they do anything in their power to manipulate it's value to attract other countries to use it.

The US Dollar has lost most of it's value, but it is manipulated to reflect a image that it is very stable and also very strong. This is why a lot of countries are using it as a Global Reserve currency.  Wink
3386  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which part of Bitcoin do you think it's the hardest to understand? on: December 24, 2021, 08:02:34 PM
The irony is that the Lightning Network was supposed to make things easier for people and also more user-friendly.. but I think it did the opposite. People are now more confused than ever and the adoption of the Lightning Network is slower than what was predicted.

The side-chains was a good idea, but the implementation and the tutorials for this was too technical for the average person to understand. It should be a 2 step process.. (Example : Download the wallet / Install App / Use the App) .. no constant tweaking.  Roll Eyes
3387  Economy / Economics / Re: Sharing and helping others on: December 24, 2021, 07:28:53 PM
People who say that BTC is a scam are those classic examples of who do not research the entire thing. They primarily rely their sources through social media or influencers who attempt to destroy the reputation of BTC in the process.

I remember back in the last quarter of 2017 where the price of BTC reached an ATH of $19,000, people were screaming that BTC was legit. But when its price dropped on the following month of 2018, people who invested on its ATH shouted and spread word that it was a scam. Unfortunately, there are people who invest without even knowing what they are investing on and they are the ones who complain that such is a scam.

The problem is that those people who are screaming "scam" ..is the same people who are investing when the price is at a all-time-high ...and they are the ones that are burning their fingers. You can help these people by teaching them to buy at the right time, not to burn their fingers and then pointing fingers at the technology and blaming the technology for their mistakes.

They ride the hype cycle and get swept up by the hype train and buy at a very high price... so they have to wait a lot longer to Sell.. to be able to make a profit.  Roll Eyes
3388  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - 2 Million+ in Xmas Giveaways | Watford & UFC Partner ⚽ 🥊 on: December 24, 2021, 03:10:15 PM
Probably your confidence and experience helping you to win continuously. To be true, I was never able to maintain profit like you (more than a month) in my gambling journey. Occasionally I win a decent amount from Stake then loss it at other casino or vice versa.
Live games is on fire for me this month / week.

1 minute from this post, I just win another 1,300$ with 40$ bet + double down total 80$ main bet and 40$ fee lightning on CHIPS casino. Killing all my previous lost, damn still can't believe this.

I never win so much during betting, greatest month of the year.

You really have to share your strategy with those "Live" games with us, because everything my friends and I are doing ..are not paying at the moment.  Roll Eyes  I have tried Lightning Roulette / BlackJack / Baccarat / CrazyTime / Three Card Poker and it is not giving any joy!

You say, "Live" games.. but you not saying which "Live" games you are having success with. (Remember... the more people playing those games, the more money goes into those games to provide for more wins)  Wink
3389  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🦉Owl.games🦉Sportsbook & Crypto Casino For Web 3.0 - BTC-Metamask-Walletconnect on: December 24, 2021, 02:55:47 PM
So you guys have your own casino to showcase how you can provide a use case for DEFI projects and their tokens.  Roll Eyes  You also accept other more popular Crypto coins to balance the books, because a casino with only DEFI tokens will not survive. (very clever concept)  Roll Eyes

I like the fact that you are focusing on Web 3.0 and that you are helping with the decentralization of the Internet ...based on Blockchain.  Wink  This might be a bit too early, but the trend is happening and it is better to be early ..than to be late for the party.  Wink
3390  Economy / Economics / Re: Advice for the season. on: December 24, 2021, 11:52:01 AM
Yes, the worst thing people could do now is to be forced into a situation to Sell early, because they want to spend that money on Christmas gifts and expensive holidays. Try not to liquidate your Crypto investment before the "Boom" period come or after the recovery to the next all-time-high has happened.

I know most people are living on the edge between being able to pay their debt and not being able to do it in these Covid times when people are losing their jobs, but try to push through it, so that you can pick the fruits of your labor, when the price recover.  Wink
3391  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk once again throwing shade at bitcoin on: December 24, 2021, 07:50:09 AM
Elon Musk do not do something for nothing....

I think he is going to do another Doge pump, like he did with Shiba ..to give some people a nice Christmas gift. He did not disappoint the last time he did this and a lot of people made a lot of profit.

He said he pumped Doge as a joke the last time he did that, but I think he tested the waters to see if people will follow his "triggers" and if it will shift the market for Doge.  Wink
3392  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - 2 Million+ in Xmas Giveaways | Watford & UFC Partner ⚽ 🥊 on: December 23, 2021, 07:36:38 PM
-snip-
I don't know why.

The past few days, I play like crazy. Play almost like streamer youtuber or twitch do 100-200$ bet even more, my highest bet 950$ and luckily this shit is a success. Most reason, why I keep coming back to live games.

Because, I play slot and then down a couple hundred and try to rebackup by playing live games table

I really have to agree with you... the 3rd party Slots are a absolute money drain lately, but I think the RTP are being adjusted to "feed" back the money that are being spend on all the Xmas bonuses and reloads.

I also fall back to Stake originals with a better RTP than 3rd party Slots in times like this, but it feels like a slower burn and not a way to recoup my losses to play Slots again.  Sad
3393  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casino context on: December 23, 2021, 07:21:32 PM
OP... This is what "context" mean :

Google Dictionary : the circumstances that form the setting for an event, statement, or idea, and in terms of which it can be fully understood. Example : "the proposals need to be considered in the context of new European directives"

So the word "context" might be the wrong word to use in this "context" (excuse the pun)  Wink  I think a more correct word might be "theme" or "setting" possibly?

3394  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A supermarket in Mexico now allows Bitcoin payments for all their items on: December 23, 2021, 06:54:11 PM
I have always said that if someone wants to offer Bitcoin as a payment option, then they have to give some incentive to get people to pay with it. The 20% discount is a very good incentive for people to pay with Bitcoin, so adoption will grow very quickly.  Wink

I hope this will flow into adoption in other countries too, because El Salvador has sparked a new revolution ...and if they are successful.. then other countries will follow their example.  Wink
3395  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - 2 Million+ in Xmas Giveaways | Watford & UFC Partner ⚽ 🥊 on: December 22, 2021, 03:59:20 PM
Stake ..now that the "Mount Magmas" Slot has been disabled, what is the alternative Slot that we can play with Daily Jackpots that are only for Stake players? We know there were issues of misuse with Mount Magmas and that it had to be disabled, but surely one of the Slot providers can come up with an alternative option?

Take note.... NOT Jackpots that are shared with all players playing the same Jackpots on all Casinos. (Like the Red Tiger Slots)  Roll Eyes  Do you know if Mount Magmas will be re-introduced again, once it was fixed?
3396  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casinos that offer the biggest bonuses for this season on: December 22, 2021, 11:12:08 AM

Hey... Congratz on the introduction of the other payment methods and also some more Crypto currencies. Will you also be considering accepting Doge/Xrp/Trx ?  (Some of these coins have lower transaction fees, so it gives gamblers more coin to gamble and wager more)

It is just a pity that you guys are so strict over the KYC Requirement thing... it might be better if the minimum requirement for KYC requirements might be lifted a bit higher.  Roll Eyes
3398  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: No..China Does NOT Have 0% of the Hashrate on: December 22, 2021, 09:01:35 AM
I am actually very curious to know what "other" source of electricity ..can generate enough power to run a small Bitcoin mining farm. You did say that they are not using the national grid, so it must be Solar or Wind or something similar.  Roll Eyes

I think these miners are actually still on the national grid, but they are just hidden behind other legal operations. (It will not be too difficult to hide a few miners in a factory that are manufacturing something else)  Wink
3399  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com suddenly banned my Account on: December 21, 2021, 06:21:11 PM
I am an active using STAKE.COM site and using sport betting as gambling way, last week my account suddenly banned after success winning sport betting and now I have 2.3k doge in my wallet but my account have been banned. I try to chat support online but their reason my account banned because fraud with bonus, I never joining any bonus program and only active with gambling on sport side, how come 2,3k doge coin received from bonus, here my fund and my account still banned until right now

You have noticed that he did not post his "account" name... right. So he does not want people to know who he is or even Stake to know who is flaming them on a public forum. So what do you have to hide?

Normally when people make accusations like this, they show proper proof of their allegations and the interaction between them and the platform that they are accusing. We get none of that here.... so I guess you have something to hide or you are doing this for some other nefarious reason.  Roll Eyes
3400  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons why I prefer Bitcoin over any other assets and dips don't panic me.... on: December 21, 2021, 05:47:12 PM
Well... I can honestly say.. Bitcoin BTC has been my best investment I have ever made. I bought bitcoins BTC when the price was just over $300 per coin and I do not regret it for one second. I have sold some bitcoins at $17 000 in 2017 and I kept enough to sell some more at $25 000 and then again at $40 000 and lately when it reached the all-time-high.  Wink

Bitcoin has changed my life and my financial situation significantly and I will support it and promote it and educate people about it ...as payment for all that it done for me.  Wink
