If you are referring to that one, afaik it has been there since long time ago.

Looking at how create the accusation against Stake related to his locked/banned account, I'm pretty sure the live support has told him the specific reason why his account is banned but he is not honest enough to share it with public.

Secondly it is just passing time, sure it has been a bit too steep of an increase but over time this place grew at every month so far, which means 1 year from now it will be even more, and 3 years from now it will be bigger than 1 year from now as well it is just with time this place grows.

So, combining the already expected growth + millions of dollars given during December + sponsorship they had for the past few months all come down to having some sort of big increase recently. I am not saying that it is expected to grow at this rate all the time, but it is also not unexpected to have some big increases time to time, especially during a month where they give away millions.

Clearly the sport uand the partnerships makes a lot of difference.
But to keep the customers is difficult.

I guess so. It is easy to play victim guy but if we really do not make a mistake and do not break the TOS or rules, I am sure he will get his money back. I really have to agree with you... the 3rd party Slots are a absolute money drain lately, but I think the RTP are being adjusted to "feed" back the money that are being spend on all the Xmas bonuses and reloads.
