I imagine how much pain to watch European football if you're Asia. I experience similar things when I try to watch events hel in America or Asia. Offcourse, you can watch replay, but then you have to avoid spoilers somehow and it still don't give same emotions as live game.
And that Pedri goal was real beauty. Important win and next target is Eintracht.

Replays are very hard to find unless it is a big game, and usually they play it on a very bad time anyway either afternoon or night, when there is something else on) but it's really not the same if you already know the result and impossible to not know lol I try sometimes but it never works. Social media and phone just have a way of telling you!

But strangely for me I actually used to not mind staying up late to watch football. The real problem now is my work shift which changes week to week and I actually start work around now to end of shift, which is just around midnight my time. By the time I get home, there could be some games but I am too tired to stay up OR my shift starts very late and around the times games play.

Either way my sleep is so screwed in past years. And none of it to football benefit Sad

Yeah it was very nice goal from young Barca prodigy. I liked how Barca supporters welcomed Rakitić, he played for them many years and he went away during covid restrictions so this was first time supporter had a chance to say good by to him. Too bad Pedri was not playing then so he had no respect and sold him a world class fake before doing another one and then scoring a goal Smiley

Ah I really miss these moments because I can't watch the games so no idea this happened, that's very good of them, but Barca can be a classy crowd (if you forget pig heads thrown lol).
3382  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: April 04, 2022, 12:39:36 PM
For the trio, better days are ahead!
The accomplishments they have made so far should motivate them to perform well in their upcoming matches. To be honest, it's really nice to see that their best trio scored in a match. In a football match that made history, Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappe, and Neymar each scored a goal for PSG. The game was against Lorient. I am interested in seeing how they blend. This would be an integral part of the club's advancement.
good for them, but there are still 8 matches left, PSG maintained the winning vs Lorient last night. maybe hard for another club, Marseille to beat them, but chance has still had. The trio of attackers was wonderful tonight, they are share goals with each other (Neymar 2, Mbappe 2, and Messi 1) And interestingly, Sergio Ramos is fit after having treatment for 2 months from injured. PSG is in the full squad now, it would be a shame if was no trophy for this year.

I definitely feel for them, some boos and some heckling for sure from the crowd, it'll be a while before they win them over but they just have to use the remainder of the season to work on their confidence and teamwork. I'll always follow Messi, to Ligue 1 as he is now and to wherever he goes, Barca doesn't forget.

World Cup is also there to soothe spirits, for all of those involved Smiley

I translated it and it says bottom hole. It's close to butt hole, is that what you mean? moving on, even if he shows his receipt that he truly supports bnb, that won't still make his wishes come true. Just because bnb works great as an alternative to eth, people then think that it is better than eth.

Yup this is what I mean, he and a few users have similar names I suspect they are even the same group of people using the same theme of body parts Smiley

Anyway, I meant to say he should show his receipts because the accounts like him all talk crap about crypto but they are just making thinks up.

BNB and every ETH challenger are just cheaper/faster than ETH. That literally is the only thing they understand!

There are way too many trolls on this forum for sure, I do not see the forum staff really caring about it neither, people shill scam projects around here and even those do not get deleted, so I doubt some trolls messages would, not that it should, but at least it should be downvoted. Reddit like system is 100% required here for sure.

There are a few of them using foul language as their names, just from another language. I reported once or twice but I guess it's not really a crime, so I guess I can't complain. But the quality of their post isn't great anyway usually. The staff do care, they do delete posts but I think account banning/deletion is something very difficult to justify.
3384  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Sportsbet.io ⚽ Spanish La Liga ⚽ Football Pool Discussion Thread on: April 04, 2022, 08:53:48 AM
Barcelona will definitely achieve the la liga champion title in this season.

Either you have zero idea or you are a genius. Which one are you lol

waiting to see what Barca will done tonight, but it is a home win IMO, without any doubt

Actually I set an alarm for me to wake up and try catch a little bit of the game but came home way too tired to even hear the alarm. I think one day I will move to a country 3 or 4 hours before me so I can watch all these games!

BUT watch the Pedri replay and be happy. Xavi says he actually is being encouraged to shoot more and more in training, because he's very shy lol

Trofo buway is this supercomputer for real or just made up? I search for it and the news reports never show the supercomputer, sure it's not some guy in his garage? Smiley

Anyway, 80% chance is crazy, makes it big money to bet on them to win title, so have any of you done this yet?

Anyway tonight, important game for Arsenal. Beat Crystal Palace and they have 2 games of cushion with only 9 games left!

Well done man, pipped me as well in the process. Was always going to be hard, but this is why you don't give up. Take note, rest of you bastards Wink

I have entered top 5 before actually but then I dropped out and now am going back in again, so you can probably do the same if you get lucky. And yes, it's definitely luck because exact scores are a gift of pure randomness I don't even think many people expect it.

Me and hahay have the LEAST exact scores in the top 10 but I have the most Close and most Slam points, so in reality I got the most correct results, but so many lost points on exact scores.

3387  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Inverse Protocol - Highest fixed APY in the market on: April 03, 2022, 01:05:58 PM
I'm using auto compounding stake on Pancakeswap and the compounding happens practically every 3 or 4 seconds, no need to do anything. Well guess what? When it first launched the highest APY was 100%++ and now six months or so later it is almost half that.

You want fixed APY, won't that just cut into the actual market price? I prefer lowering APYs and more stable market prices tbh
3388  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: April 03, 2022, 11:50:16 AM
yeah, tough round, but somehow managed to get two exact scores, expected third goal from Liverpool, but it would be too much
I was too positive and went for 4 - 0 for Liverpool.

When there are draw matches, my luck is bound to be sucked. Three draw matchs and Chelsea losing against a team like Brentford was not suppose to be good for me but two exact score and one point from Liverpool was just fine for me. Having a spot on top 10 seems very tough lately.

Surprisingly many of us got exact scores. It's amazing to see two guys got 4 exact picks and five guys got 3 exat picks. How do you guys do that! 😉

Seems like a great round for a lot of people, and for some reason I even somehow managed to get my highest rank ever, 4th.

So happy, and I know it won't last long but I will keep trying here. The funny thing is I don't even know this league as well as I should and I'm doing much better than La Liga pool, this has been the case all season long too! I have to say it's proof that it's really really random.
3389  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: April 03, 2022, 10:45:06 AM
Yes, if Barcelona wins, the three teams directly below Real Madrid will all be on 57 points, but mind you that Barcelona will then have a game in hand, which of course gives them the advantage; i am strongly of the view that Barcelona will finish in second place, they are more or less the most in form team in the league at the moment and even since their rejuvenation, they have not looked back at all.

I had actually though Barcelona would not compete for titles for a long time, i felt their slum period would last for a while, but i think i am wrong, they aren't going to win the Spanish League this season, they could possibly win the Europa League (i am pretty sure that is not the kind of trophy they want to be winning), but just looking prospectively at next season, with a few more signings i believe Barcelona would be serious contenders for major trophies and then their crisis period would feel like ages ago.

I'm counting on them to win early. Maybe won't be another goal fest but even a slim win, or a goal each half, that would be the way to go to show not only they can win, but win early, and then settle down and try to minimize cards and injury.

If there's one thing that can derail the season this late, it's injuries and suspensions.
3390  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price stay above $40000? on: April 02, 2022, 03:38:51 PM
I honestly thought yesterday that was it for this time. Touching 48k and then falling and falling and losing 10% in less than a day, no one would have been surprised if it just totally lost hold of 40k.

But we're back up again and btw Ethereum is pushing even higher.

That's usually great news for Bitcoin when others aren't totally reliant on it!
3391  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does IQ greatly affect a person's success in trading? on: April 02, 2022, 09:41:50 AM
IQ is intelligence, how smart you are so, fine. You can learn quickly, you can master TA, you can identify all the patterns quicker and more naturally than a lower IQ person.

But that doesn't make you more successful at trading. Your strategies and the way the market moves aren't at all affected by intelligence, not to me anyway.

Does it ever occur to you that the most successful stocks people aren't high IQ but high EQ as someone points out above? Smiley
3392  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is the future of Binance bright??? on: April 02, 2022, 09:10:15 AM
I believe Binance will continue to grow and can beat ethereum in the near future, support from top exchanges makes me never hesitate to buy and make Binance a long-term investment target, even many analysts believe Binance has the opportunity to become the king of replacing bitcoin and I think that this is realistic.
I was laughing in my heart when I read this, which never even occurred to me that BNB will beat Ethereum and replace Bitcoin Cheesy
Have you contacted CZ in the past that you are so optimistic about saying this will never even happen in the crypto space because last year too many people speculated that BNB would beat Ethereum and replace Bitcoin, but that is not happening now and even BNB can still fall when Bitcoin is corrected Cheesy
Did you forget that mate ?

The author of the post you are commenting on, if you wish, you should put his name into Google and translate (Detect language). Then you might understand most of what he/she posts is probably just nonsense.

If he can even show one wallet he owns with 10 transactions buying BNB I take my words back but we all know these guys just talk without even actually knowing what they say.
3393  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io 🎰 "Brett Lee special - Cricket IPL" @ 21.00 odds on: April 02, 2022, 08:04:29 AM
We got our first push of the season with 17 extras

So far 1 win 1 push.. third one to win ??  Grin

Yay, 17 is not bad, for an early session in a new promotion. I actually remember that there used to be other cricket specials like this too but I can't recall if it ever won since I didn't take them (the ones I took were more about Under/Over 6s).

But you mean 1 bust and 1 push. Third one to win would be amazing, so looking forward to it!!
3394  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io 🎰 "Brett Lee special - Cricket IPL" @ 21.00 odds on: April 01, 2022, 02:26:22 PM
Boom I took a bet on this one. Last one was a high bust but actually to me busting on 24 is better than busting on 10, you need to get to 21 to hit 21, right? Wink And we have seen 21 happen way early with nothing left to do.

As with soccer, I think stats play no role in this, this is pure luck, so let's hope for something special and a first ever Cricket Blackjack!
3395  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io Betting discussion thread rev on: April 01, 2022, 12:46:34 PM
Hey guys, just in case anyone's into cricket, there's a new Blackjack special today and there's still time to place a bet on it if you fancy. More than 4 hours to the start, that's enough to deposit, confirm, and place a bet hehe

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5391997.0

You can also bookmark the new thread above for keeping track. Same deal as Soccer Blackjack, just betting on cricket extras.

How did you all do on internationals?
3396  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH going PoS is a huge mistake on: April 01, 2022, 12:12:25 PM
Hard to say what the effect of bad decisions on market. Personally I definitely agree PoS is a bad idea but I guess the way they're doing it is slightly more different/complicated than regular PoS so maybe it's not as big a concern as we think.

Then again, market also doesn't care so much in the short term. People still buying up ETH waiting to get into PoS.
3397  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Sportsbet.io ⚽ Spanish La Liga ⚽ Football Pool Discussion Thread on: April 01, 2022, 10:56:18 AM
it was a hell to find this topic, due to international break

new round on weekend, most interesting match between Barcelona and Sevilla, but I think it will be an easy home strike for Barca
Real playing in Vigo, which could be a break, and Valencia against Cadiz at home, Atletico against Alaves, should be a home win

Lol trust me sometimes I can go to page 3 or 4 and still not find one of these pools, I usually have it in history browser for the day but next day my work wipes everything out. And then I can forget about some of the many threads;)

I hope you're right about Barca and of course nothing should suggest this will be different but Sevilla will see this as an opportunity. Does anyone else think Real could lose to Celta? Odds is less than 5x for Celta!
3398  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcasino.io 💜 — 1st licensed crypto casino 🥇 Change the way you play 🚀 on: April 01, 2022, 10:19:01 AM
Happy April Fool's day Bitcasino! Crypto price is down but that's good news, it means you can buy more satoshi to gamble;)

But the new types of NFTs that actually bring gameplay to the table and doesn't force you to pay to play, maybe there's something there. We have to wait and see though as no games have that out yet.
I do agree that the "current" situation of NFT is definitely not something I would love to accept as a good thing neither. I mean it looks like it is as scammy as it gets and the only reason why it is getting so highly popular right now is the hype and nothing else.

However, I believe that the technology behind it is very beautiful, I believe that it could be used for something great. Think about it like blockchain, we could use that for such great things but we could use it for absolutely awful things as well. This is why I do not hate the "idea" of NFT right now, wouldn't invest into some image of course, but I can see it becoming a lot more than that in the future.

I absolutely agree 100% and this is what I have said before. NFTs are like crypto or rather, the blockchain technology underneath is a marvellous thing that can be used for good.

Unfortunately, majority of NFT projects are not even using 5% of the potential, merely copypasting other efforts and putting the difference on the surface (the image linked to the NFT).

I think the major conflict of free to earn option is investors will not pour their money unto it as they can get things for free in the game so I guess this will never really happen if there's a money involve to make the economy work. We can say that majority of NFT games died right now but their are solid exist which still improving at the moment. We can also agree that many of them died since scammers are also there using NFT fame to scam people and investors need to be aware and don't put all their trust and money on those games since we know how they end so we need to be more careful on that.

Solid like Axie Infinity who just became the biggest crypto hack ever? Wink
3399  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: April 01, 2022, 08:44:49 AM
Celta Vigo - Real Madrid game is yet to come this week. And this is not a very tough game for Real Madrid at all. They are twelve points ahead of their closest opponent currently. And they must win this game to secure the gap at the end of this weekend. Celta Vigo can't put up a big fight against them. Real Madrid are really determined to win the title even though they lost against Barcelona in the El Clasico by an embarrassing score. I think they will make up for this loss too here.
That's right, maybe they will vent the disappointment they got against Barcelona on Celta Vigo. Real Madrid are too strong for Celta Vigo to hold, although this could happen but I see Celta Vigo will not be able to do it in this match.
Real Madrid must win this match so that their position in the standings is more comfortable. And win the title without any pressure.

Problem is whether or not their strikeforce is fit or on form, Benzema plays and no problem. He doesn't and Iago Aspas can always be counted on to score in these games.

Of course I'm Barca hoping Real at least draw to give us ever more hope, but I guess bookies giving Real good odds on this is what should be a real value bet, so I've added it to my multibet.
