341  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What Is Your Worst Moment in Gambling? on: April 06, 2018, 05:21:59 AM
Losing almost half of my paycheck could be one but assisting a drunk friend who puked over the poker table is way much worst. Imagine that I couldn't deny that he's with me since we played together for almost 2 hours or so. It was his first time to experience inside a real casino, As a newcomer, he was entitled to an unlimited free booze. So he decided to make the most out of it, and he did it so. I wasn't even aware that he was already drunk not until he puked over the poker table with other players still seated. He made quite a scene when he was escorted by the guards and there was I apologizing to each and everyone, especially to the manager. It was supposed to be fun and chill visit but it turns out to be something you wouldn't want to come back to that casino.

Haha that's really annoying and embarrassing brother. I mean you two meant to have fun but it turns out that your fun time become a disaster because of your drunk friend. And I can imagine your face at that moment and wishing to be gone because your ashamed. Grin

My worst moment is I forgot my wallet when I about to pay. At first I used to pay with my cash in my pocket but when I'm looking for my wallet and didn't find it, my blood runs down to my face and my sweat was cold. I don't know what to do but good thing I have a friend nearby that I end up borrowing some cash.

Cheers!

345  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will never reach 20,000 again on: April 05, 2018, 07:55:05 AM
I don't think you can ever say never.  But at the moment it doesn't look as if 20k is a possibility any time soon.  New people who have been watching the market will be cautious before buying because every time the price goes up it falls again with in a day or so.  And folk who have already bought and seen the price go down will be cautious too.  I read that even day traders are losing money because the price is so unpredictable.
No one can even know anything and the OP coming with the NEVER story is just absurd. In fact, saying affirmatively that bitcoin will never reach that level is totally ridiculous. We are not going to keep going down forever and even if we keep swinging for a while, that does not mean that at some point in the future we would not end up testing the previous ATH. Bitcoin is not dead in anyway and we are just starting. Bitcoin will reach one million dollars levels too in coming years but the problem with most of the bitcoiners is that they all are expecting that to happen tomorrow itself and then they will cash out and invest into real life business to secure their future.

Absolutely. I just don't get it why these people saying this non sense things when the fact that they'll the one who'll be more happy when bitcoin regains again its value. Of course, aside from trolling he'll be more happy when some panic sells so if someone will be reading this right now they probably losing hope and will sell to cut their losses or from further losses.
346  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading without knowledge on: April 05, 2018, 07:16:05 AM
Probably you're more than like throwing away your money and instead of doing that I would advise to just hold it if you don't have any knowledge because in the end you'll realize that you're fucked up and worst gets depress. Trading isn't like an ABC that you can learn in just a glimpse, yeah it's hard but those long and sleepless nights will be paid off later on.
347  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you trade for money or emotional satisfaction? on: April 05, 2018, 06:13:44 AM
of course, I did trade for money.Surely not of emotional satisfaction. If I have a lot of money and then I might use trade for emotional satisfaction.Trade help me a lot for my financial support.

The one just trade for emotional satisfaction are the one who's damn rich so money doesn't matter to them as they just do trading more likely as gambling. When we profited good there are mix emotions within us and being proud from what you've accomplish and this what keeps us to continue trading. So basically I trade in exchange of money and emotional satisfaction is just secondary.
348  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Effects of Gambling on: April 04, 2018, 08:55:03 AM
There are many effects that gambling has on the human mind, mostly negative ones.
The first thing that comes to mind is STRESS that comes with the territory.
Although there is nothing better than watching your team and winning BTC, all the while sometimes it is not worth it.

I guess it depends on someone on how he handle gambling because there's some that just playing for fun and nothing serious but some are doing it to earn a living that's why when they lose it hurts them a lot and that's when stress strikes them. But when you just do it for fun, if you've lose it was like nothing happened and at the end of the day you had fun and that's the important thing.
349  Economy / Economics / Re: What is a good amount of BTC to Buy? on: April 04, 2018, 08:22:28 AM
Obviously, just invest your spare money and not the money you needed so if things turned out unexpectedly you still have something to look forward. Hope everyone gets on board before the train will go to the moon again as we all have the chances in the world to buy in dip and get rich later on.
350  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Market is GREEN - Do you trust it on: April 04, 2018, 03:31:51 AM
Do you think the market will stay green or turn red?

It not an easy call

I say green

I would believe that it will continue to stay green. I am positive that this situation is the start of recovering stage for coins. If you want to trade nowor sell, go forit as long as you know that you will gain.

Don't trust too much even there's some good news about some legalization about bitcoin however seeing it green surely makes our heart jump for a while. On the other hand, whatever we're going through especially when you buy in dips we surely made profit sooner. Hope the bull runs freely.
351  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading sucks, I'll just hold my coins on: April 03, 2018, 04:00:33 AM
Hey if you're looking to make up some of your losses, here are two easy ways (sure it's no big deal but maybe it helps):

1. Sign up for this affiliate program (it's pretty new): https://changenow.io/affiliate?utm_source=BitcoinTalk

2. Here's a chance to win one full ETH with very little effort (see link for instructions): https://changenow.io/video-contest?utm_source=BitcoinTalk

Haha you sure this will make up his losses or he'll loss more? I don't think so buddy. Grin

If you just have limited experience and knowledge in trading then maybe you must forget it for a while and just focus in holding good coins. While you're away from trading accumulate more knowledge for you to at least lessen your losses but of course experience is the best teacher so if you want to gain more experience so take all the risk behind it.
352  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sold all my ETH and bought ADA on: April 03, 2018, 03:19:01 AM
Well that's what you think, if you believe ADA is better choice for you then go for it. for me I still believe in ETH and I will still HODL my eth for a more longer term.

Putting our hopes and believing to the coin we invested is a must because if we don't have any of these will just tend to sell it at loss. ADA is a good one, obviously, but personally I won't sell all my eth for ada, I mean eth is more stabilize than any altcoin here.

354  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: More and more airdrop is a lie, on: March 23, 2018, 10:25:52 AM
More and more airdrop is a lie, I do not recommend participation in airdrop, because there are at most a few 100 airdrop quality, so I think it should not be a waste of time.

lie? Almost all airdrop in channel telegram I have participated, not all lie, not all scam. Maybe you must participate on Bounty Champaign bro! example signature, twitter, facebook, etc Grin And be careful if any project ask ur private key, don't give it!

I must say you're lucky for joining airdrops that's profitable and keep it up.
Actually airdrop before or when it just started all are literally a free money because they all have a good value like blue, ethd, prl and eltcoin. But since it was a hit people are taking advantage to deceive people. So better to stay away those airdrops, it's not worthy of our precious time.

355  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Bitcoin global regulation on: March 23, 2018, 07:30:56 AM
Yesterday one more good news listen through G20 summit as they clearly explained the Crypto regulation at the moment not possible and has no thread to world economical system. so hope BTC will now go up soon.

Hopefully this summit will bring positive trend in cryptoworld, we will see this thing after weeks. A lot of regulations, FUD news happening around the world and the price of the market are really hurting much, now its a good time for a news like this. Hope that many country will support this so we can see bitcoin on its higher level again.

In line with this we surely be in bear market until July when the G20 done talking about regulations and whatever the outcome of it we should anticipate that this year will be tough to cryptos. This is quite frustrating because surely investors will either be attracted or will stay away from it, I mean I don't wanna be pessimistic here but I hope the regulation will bring good fortune to all of us.
356  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph new offers! on: March 23, 2018, 06:48:39 AM
Malaking tulong ito especially for commuters dahil whenever bigla silang naubusan ng load ay instant na lang ang pagload basta may internet ka. Kudos to coins.ph dahil alam nila ang mga necessity ng mga tao and of course to make our life more convenient, no more long lines to wait. Grin
357  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you encourage friends and family to invest in crypto? on: March 22, 2018, 05:20:51 AM
I encourage all my friends and family  to invest in crypto but it takes time of demand to have a extra income but it's need time and efforts. I embolden implies the giving of courage sufficient information to overcome timidity or reluctance.

The most important point here is to avoid giving an advice to them. In other case you'll be blamed for their faults!

That's actually true like instead to be thankful for what we've shared to them they still have the balls to blame us. I learned my lesson before so I stop sharing my knowledge so there's nothing to regret afterwards besides if they really want to learn there's a lot of ways to find. Better to learn by themselves so they won't pinpoint when things fucked up.
358  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Holding is bullshit? on: March 22, 2018, 04:26:30 AM
Holding coins for long periods is not  a easy thing.but if u hold a right coin y will be in moon at the time.every this has its upsides and downsides

There is always a risk in crypto. To avoid losses, you should always check your coins. Old coins can also be very good profits. If you buy coins with a strong project it will bring you an advantage in a few years

But definitely what he holds are all shitcoin as of the moment and I think he should just hold it and treat as a remembrance for his actions. I mean don't sell just to cut your losses because no one can actually tell what these shitcoins will gonna be like. Just look at verge now, after years of becoming a shitcoin it's now a must have coin so don't lose hope brother, I know you believe in that coin that's why you invested it at the first place.
359  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to Earn easy Merit? on: March 22, 2018, 03:09:18 AM
This is the topic that most expected, I have posted quite a lot but I do not receive any merit. please give me a favor: give me some merits or show me how to get merits
The only way to get merit is to make a constructive or useful posts. I review your history and I think you should improve your post quality if you want to have one because there is no easy way to obtain it. Thus if you want to rank up, the only way is to abide in this new rule by giving effort in every post you will make.

Yes, it's not easy to raise your rank now. It's really regretful that the site was discovered too late, too late to touch the cryptocurrency.
So now, the only thing you can do is to improve the quality of your published articles. Let others find it, they may will send you merit.

Actually you shouldn't be regretful if you're too late here but rather you should be grateful that you're here now and you'll learn a lot here. Ranking shouldn't be the basis here as the fact that not all high rank members here deserve their rank so you shouldn't be after the rank and besides you can still post and read here even you didn't rank. Just do your best in everything.
360  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you still continue? on: March 21, 2018, 06:00:26 AM
naturally if i am at lose why i should have to continue?..there is always another day..if you are not lucky today then you have to stop betting...you may come back another day...whose knows, tomorrow is your lucky day.
Well each of us has different nature on how we react on a loss , mostly I believe become so emotional instead calm down cool to think like "it's just bad luck , I might get the lucky day another time so let's stop it" losing in gambling often makes people losing their mind , no wonder stories like what op tell above are a common thing happened. Go big or go home to die.
Most of the results is being broke after proceeding, chances to win or chase back loses are very small inside gambling, as continuing even you
already loses a lot will just let you to have more mistakes, better to chill out and allow yourself to have some refresher, there's still another day
if luck didn't permit you today, then try it again the next day together with some new strategy.
Well that's up to the person if he or she wants to continue but it's great that you have told that it only has a small chance. I agree with you that having a break from gambling would totally change your mindset and not be distracted with the losses from before and hopefully you would have the correct mindset to win.

But the fact that being distracted with losses will just bring to more losses as of course you can't concentrate now because of your eagerness to win. So instead of making yourself more miserable just stop and call it a day and come back when you have a good sleep and clearer mind.
