Just a few quick observations here:
1- You seem to actually have a very detailed business plan, something 99% of all coins here are lacking.
2- I find it funny people are now bitching about having to actually read pages of information compared to bitching about not having any at all.
3- I also find it funny that people who don't agree or believe in your business model are so quick to label this a scam. Proof please or STFU.
4- There is definitely a distrust in the crypto community caused by prior scams, the transparency being shown here is refreshing.
Having said that I'm still in the process of reviewing information myself but so far I am pleased with what I see. Definitely gonna keep an eye on this & just might throw a little BTC at it. If nothing else the way you are going about this, putting yourself out there, is a step in the right direction. Good Luck with this venture, the direction it's going I might jump aboard.

Prospectus? So where does this venture fit in with UK regulators? Banx Capital is moving to the Isle Of Man this coming week. I have personally met with the IOM government a few weeks ago and they are welcoming us and what we are doing with open arms. yes a jurisdiction that loves Bitcoin They partially like our centralise exchange for crypto assets and have confirmed they will support us setting that element of our business there and would welcome an asset based exchange there too any more questions let me know regards Mark |

One thing that really caught my attention was the future ability for third party companies to issue "crypto shares" using the platform that Banx is using for its initial IPO. That is a game changer. My background in venture capital is drawing up all sorts of possibilities in my mind but as I said before, I'm not 100% on where Mark is aiming.
Hi there yes , this is massive part of our plan. We are going to be centralised in the Isle of Man and the exchange will be able to help launch new ICO for companies. I feel that being in the IOM who are very pro bitcoin means there is better clarity for new companies launching under the banx.io exchange. No more ' your jurisiction is your problem' stuff, they can set up in the IOM and know they are all good. |

I don't get the ipo distribution. Where are the shares and why is it trading above .002 already? shouldn't there be a sell wall at .002 with 2.2mil coins? there's around 3,000 at that price range on banx.io

my only concern is what happens if all shares are not sold? Only 50K shares out of 2M sold so far. Also the block explorer has over 6M coins in existence? have I missed something?

Hi there, first of all those shares sold are not automatically updated on the website, something my dev will be doing this week. As outlined in our prospectus we have set %% budgets for each operation and those percentages will be spent on each business as money comes in, so we don't need to be fully funded to start turning profits. I've just spent a fair while sifting through the banx.io code on github, watching Mark's videos and reading the prospectus and I *think* he's on to a good idea if I understand things correctly.
This isn't a scam, clone coin, or coin... this is a business. And lets be honest here, very few actual altcoins on here have a plan as clear as Mark's. This is probably not a great forum for Mark to be pitching his business...too much FUD.
My view doesn't mean that I think it will succeed or fail but I just think that this company is on to something here. I'm not 100% clear on what it is yet but if I'm right...cool!

This does look like a VERY open company and the problem with all of the tainted members of the crypto commuity is that they have been burned by people that do business or partial business and do a runner.
This seems to be difficult if everyone knows who you are so I will be watching this with interest. I have some BTC at the moment and fancy playing with it and as the share price is climbing steadily now looks like the time to invest..
