I noticed that the Button JavaScript adds a load() function to the global namespace. Could you please put this in a separate namespace (like InputsIO.load)?

Also what will you do to scammers using your service? Will you freeze/delete their accounts or will you not care (like the blockchain doesn't care) which I think you should do.
342  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitArena | Online Bitcoin Arena | Season 1 Contest 1 BTC prize pool! on: August 04, 2013, 12:33:17 PM
I didn't read through the thread but has anyone else suggested a high stakes version?

I would also like to see a version with bets >= 1BTC (or even 0.1)
343  Economy / Gambling / Re: PrimeDice.com | The New Way to Roll | Lowest House Edge (1%) | Instant Deposits on: August 04, 2013, 11:37:14 AM
I'd bet here if insanity dice wasn't an option.

Do you bet at Insanity Dice yourself?
344  Economy / Gambling / Re: Dice64 - Off Blockchain. Provably fair. Instantly verifiable. on: August 04, 2013, 11:35:36 AM
I think you forgot to mention that insanity dice is the only other provably fair option.  We use camtasia to record all bets to make sure none are rigged.

Wow, good thinking! I totally forgot that videos can't be edited. Will play at Insanity Dice Extreme soon.
345  Economy / Gambling / Re: mutterings from mem: Provable Results vs Provably Fair on: August 04, 2013, 11:34:47 AM
Another suggestion is to have the site operator video the bets with camtasia, this would be a lot more verifiable than any server or client seed generator nonsense that can easily just be edited.

I agree. If you have any concerns with this method, please contact me at blobsrs@gmail.com
346  Economy / Gambling / Re: CoinGames on: August 04, 2013, 01:35:18 AM
Does the animation actually have anything to do with the results? Because it lands on the same one every time.

It's just a random gif. The result gets calculated somehow per transaction but the person running this still did not explain HOW this is done.
347  Economy / Gambling / Re: Dice64 - Off Blockchain. Provably fair. Instantly verifiable. on: August 04, 2013, 01:13:47 AM
Site looks great. Max bet is a bit low but since this is more of a test I can see why it is so low.

Also nice idea with the signing but I don't know if many players will actually care about this.

Also I "donated" you 10 mBTC Cheesy

The more paranoid of us here do care about these things, and applaud you.

Yes, but why would a paranoid person even send his hard earned money to a gambling service? He would print his private keys and hide them in a safe.

TF, do you think you could add the sweep feature to the receive page?

It's at the bottom of every page.

Just pointing out that it looks like you are trying to immitate http://flipbitcoin.com/

They use the addresses you claim were stolen from you, but if this was really your "old site", why can't you just host the new game on that domain?! It's fairly easy to recover lost access to an old domain!

EDIT: And it's official. This is a scam, the owner of flipbitcoin.com (using the addresses that this guy says were stolen from him) is https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=66111 (drcoinflip).

Release thread here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=107867.msg2027607#msg2027607
and sale of the site at the bottom.
352  Economy / Gambling / Re: PrimeDice.com | The New Way to Roll | Lowest House Edge (1%) | Instant Deposits on: August 03, 2013, 10:41:36 AM
Too bad the new cashout.php returns a 500 Internal Server Error (also not most recent version? The document changed on August 2nd.)
353  Economy / Gambling / Re: Heads Or Tails ( 50/50 ) ( Win Up To x1.957 ) on: August 03, 2013, 10:28:03 AM
Ok, you added some info now. Still the hashes are 404'd

Also you say that 1AtKwjYc8pBR1irtBB6ZefSZQMsH6KEKva bet 1 BTC and got repaid 0.01 BTC on your site.
But that address once paid 0.01 BTC (I guess your old address starting with 1Head) and you repaid 1 satoshi (for the loss)
354  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Hacked - 22 BTC stolen from Bitcoin-QT v0.8.1-beta wallet on OS X 10.7.5 on: August 03, 2013, 10:03:40 AM
Just read through this entire thread, Extremely sorry to hear about your loss

is this only for Mac computers? I have a linux machine with vanity gen on it and this machine has not all but a fair amount of coins on it, is this only bad if your a Mac user?

This is about the tool "BitVanity" which exists for Mac OS X only.

VanityGen (many platforms) is completely safe as far as I know. If you want to be sure, download the source code, review it and compile the tool yourself (VERY IMPORTANT; don't code review and then use the precompiled version).
355  Economy / Gambling / Re: Heads Or Tails ( 50/50 ) ( Win Up To x1.957 ) on: August 03, 2013, 09:39:07 AM
bump. Page added to show provably fairness also new domain incoming soon.

This is a SCAM. I sent 0.01 BTC to the tails address and received NOTHING. The owner also is advertising repeatedly in Just-dice.com's chat saying that they have taken advantage of the site by betting one side and always winning and having won 3 BTC. However look at the addresses there are no other deposits except mine. BEWARE!

The coin obviously came up heads.

EDIT: I am unable to find this new provable fair page.

Also: on the left your site states bet max: 1.0 BTC.
In the middle it says 0.1 MAX

also you talk about "proofable" fairness.
356  Economy / Gambling / Re: New Game ----WWW.BITCOINSPIN.COM---- on: August 03, 2013, 09:17:14 AM
There is a client seed, scroll down and click the "my spins tab" then click on "view" on the bet you want to check

You need to be able to edit it though?

The user doesn't need to be able to change it through normal interface. he can do it using the advanced controls, and the server is taking the seed so it is provably fair. also the client is actually generating the seed.

The client can change it, just not a normal user. This makes it TOTALLY provably fair.

Except for you not explaining AT ALL how the number is being calculated.
357  Economy / Gambling / Re: A Survey of the Bitcoin Gambling Economy on: August 02, 2013, 11:38:10 PM
Very interesting. I would love to see some updated information and compare the 2011 data to today's Gambling Economy. Any chance you would still be interested in continuing it?

You're in luck. GoWest still visits this forum. I suggest sending him a PM though to make sure he sees this.
358  Economy / Lending / Re: need 5 BTC loan QUICK on: August 02, 2013, 11:35:54 PM
Why oh why would anyone loan this guy money or btc? I have never asked/loaned on this forum, but have read through it. From what I have read this guy is a joke, he obviously does not pay anyone back. Who even knows for sure if he is on disability? Where is the proof? Sounds like a good way to get sympathy from people who are willing to throw away their BTC's.

Nobody paid him. Just people trolling him -> say you paid it -> he gets euphoric -> checks his wallet -> sadness

I just tried this and nothing happens (with many outputs).

Private key 5KJvsngHeMpm884wtkJNzQGaCErckhHJBGFsvd3VyK5qMZXj3hS

Isn't that the "correct horse battery staple" brain wallet?

Yes, and is has MANY unspent dust outputs.
