il punto è cosa sia la operazione a pronti , e se scambiare btc in euro su siti come bitfinex con grafici , leve , short e tutti gli strumenti tipici del Forex sia ancora una operazione a pronti oppure sia speculazione.

Nel 2013 ho acquistato un elevato numero di Bitcoin su di un sito ora chiuso, come prova ho solo il bonifico dalla mia banca verso il sito,
 ora il Bitcoin è salito notevolmente di valore , nel 2016 ne ho venduti una piccola parte ed ho fatto interpello n. 904-4/2017 per
conoscere come vada tassata tale operazione, la risposta cita la risoluzione n. 72 del 2 settembre 2016 ,
 e si sostiene che le plusvalenze derivanti dalla compravendita di bitcoin non è soggetta a tassazione mancando la finalità speculativa.
Tuttavia secondo alcuni operatori finanziari e commercialisti tale risoluzione è dubbia, il mio commercialista sostiene che io debba pagare
la tassa sulla plusvalenza solo se supero la giacenza media su conto corrente o deposito di 51.645,69 eur per una settimana, altri sostengono che
bisogna pagare sempre la plusvalenza in quanto i siti dove si vendono bitcoin come bitstamp.com sono assimilabili a Forex.
Vorrei quindi sapere:
1- come devo dichiarare le mie vendite di bitcoin se supero tale giacenza media ?
2- è vero che se passa un determinato periodo di tempo fra l'acquisto di una valuta estera e la sua vendita manca
la finalità speculativa anche per importi elevati? e se si quale è il periodo di tempo richiesto?
3- se io compro oro oggi ,pagandolo direttamente in bitcoin, comprati nel 2013 a 5 euro l'uno,  e poi dopo qualche mese lo rivendo allo
stesso controvalore in eur , non realizzando una plusvalenza diretta sull'oro ma sicuramente realizzando una plusvalenza rispetto al costo
di acquisto dei bitcoin ,come devo dichiarare tale operazione?
4- è possibile fissare un incontro per discutere della questione ?

This exchange has been weird for quite some time now. It seems that there is a 50% satisfied side, and a 50% totally unhappy side. I must however point out that exchanges not responding to support tickets don't necessarily mean that they are planning an exit scam. Bittrex makes certain people wait for more than a month, which is completely unacceptable. I definitely get it that they have quite a backlog of waiting support tickets, but at least hire more staff to help people out in a much quicker fashion. People not being able to use or withdraw their funds in this market is making people miss out big time, which is a shame. People have to suffer due to the incompetence from the side of the exchanges. That being said, there are so many exchanges to choose from nowadays, but people still make use of these shit exchanges. I would never ever sign up to an exchange as HitBTC, even not if they pay me for it. But still, a shit exchange is not a scam exchange by default.

Yep, there's definitely a speculative aspect to it and people will trade it.

I think hodling is a legitimate strategy as there is a lot of potential for the platform to expand as it gains a good reputation. The token value should increase just to cater for the user base and payment of services alone. Having the burning principle on an already minute supply in a growing industry should also help to achieve higher value.

I think we'd all like to see this happen.

This is indeed a massive project whose potential I see huge in the crypto-ecosystem. However, I think it is worthwhile holding this coin longterm to truly reap the benefits that accrues afterwards.
