341  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] - MinedBlock - STO - Pre-Sale Live 15th February on: March 28, 2019, 07:50:40 PM
https://www.facebook.com/newconomy.media/videos/576506199499974/ This is currently LIVE now but we will publish results on our social channels

Nice information. Just today I read a news about Fidelity being involved in BTC and ETH mining. This will be a big boost for cryptocurrency as this is a good source of institutional investors to come into crypto. This is also huge positive for Minedblock like projects.
342  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Were you able to buy CELER NETWORK on: March 25, 2019, 07:40:31 PM
I guess many missed it. If Binance is selling, then it is going just like that. So many many projects are going to use Binance platform for selling their tokens in the near future. Lets see where this will go..
343  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stay Calm, IEOs aren't a threat on: March 25, 2019, 07:39:08 PM
I have overhead many people in various bounty groups talking about how bounty campaigns are gonna die should we move on from ICO to rampant IEO issuance (maybe the exchanges shall take over the advertisements or so).

Fact is that if IEOs become a thing, many projects will arise and hence the services of bounty hunters shall be required again. Every project needs advertisements to expand and that's why we are there as bounty hunters. This is the same way ICOs grew in number.

All we should hope for is a better crypto ecosystem because at the end, we shall be needed for promotion in one way or the other

I am hearing IEO for the first time. What is that? How is it different than ICO or STO these days?

You have answered some questions here. But many people are interested in knowing how much you have raised until now including me.

I also asked about amount raised until now. But no answer from the team earlier. Also I could not find this information anywhere. Its disappointing.

When I asked the same in their Telegram chat, one of the admins there said that he cannot disclose the numbers because the team has decided to not publish them. That's something I don't like at all. I wish they'd be more transparent in this matter. Maybe they can rethink their decision if they see that here in the forum and also in their Telegram there is a huge public demand to hear how much they raised already and how close they are to reach the softcap.

Hi, we aren't close to the soft cap yet. Public - retail sales have been very slow so far and amount to in the region of $50k. We have a number of ongoing conversations with private investment which are looking promising but nothing finalised yet.

Our marketing push for the pre-sale has been quite limited and we didn't expect to close out the soft cap during the pre-sale anyway even though it would have been good. Transparency is our main priority with our project so apologies for the delay in sharing this information.

Thanks for responding this query finally. However, 50K $ is too less to be honest. I hope the speed will pick up and reach softcap at the earliest.
345  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoins are on the up on: March 24, 2019, 08:58:14 PM
Nice progress is getting discussed about the Litecoin and how it could eventually move forward with its techniques above bitcoin. I started liking this coin already.
346  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: bounty hunter paid USDT? on: March 24, 2019, 08:56:59 PM
I dont think it will work with any of the projects. If they promise, they will be scam for sure.

I cant understand why we should to pay for KYC? And why you have 95% of tokens for tokens sale? You dont have tokens for community building?

The charge for KYC is also just a pre-purchase of some discounted tokens. We are doing this to remove the risk of people going through KYC which has a cost to us and then not investing. Thus wasting funds that can be used productively elsewhere. I would understand the issue if we were charging a huge fee but $2 only just covers the cost of the check and you get it back in tokens anyway.

95% of tokens are available for the community and investors

I  have 2 questions. Has this strategy really worked out for you guys and secondly won't this be misread as a forced way of taking part in the token sale?

Firstly we are working with a couply of marketing strategies currently so the reasoning behind a slow Pre-Sale could be many things but we don't believe a $2 charge (reimbursed with MBTX) is really an obstacle.

Secondly I cannot see how this can "force" anyone into participation,

As mentioned before our aim here is to alleviate unecessary costs (KYC being one of many) to bring you a profitable and sustainable service, we believe our business model, experienced team and work ethic will do just this.

'

Scammers typically won't pay for KYC. In this way, project can screen upto certain extent.

Can anyone tell me for how long their pre-sale will continue? I first thought it will only run for a month, which would mean it is already over but it seems like it hasen't finished yet. And from when on will the main-sale start?

Mainsale will start immediately after the pre-sale. May be starting from 1st of April? Price is changing for the mainsale?
350  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Listing kills a coin? on: March 19, 2019, 05:24:46 PM
I used to invest in ISO and make a profit. Recently, a lot of coins in which I invested fall down after entering the stock exchange. I do not know what to do about it ...

Listing is always part of any trading materials. If the coin is not listed, most people dont turn this side even.
351  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] - MinedBlock - STO - Pre-Sale Live 15th February on: March 19, 2019, 05:23:40 PM
Please excuse my ignorance. When the team is officially starting the mining? Means if they have request today from some partner, are they ready to start today it self?
352  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The ICOs must be followed by us on: March 18, 2019, 08:54:58 PM
Its better not to follow any ICOs until they are listed and stabilized in the market and proven themselves that they are really developing some product in blockchain which should be beneficial for many in the world. Till then just wait and watch. 95% of the projects are either scam or just incapable of handling their project.
353  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] - MinedBlock - STO - Pre-Sale Live 15th February on: March 18, 2019, 08:50:38 PM
I’m interested in knowing what cryptocurrency would our revenue be distributed in? Most mining projects make use of ETH for payments and also you’re using Ethereum blockchain, does that mean we can only get paid in ETH?

As far as I know, it's only planned to pay out the profits in ETH. If the community asks for different options, I am sure they will consider it but right now I don't see any reason not to go with ETH. Transactions are fast and cheap and it can easily be converted by each user to any other coin/token on an exchange.

Really? I thought the rewards will be paid in the most mined coins if I remember it right? But that makes life complicated for the team.
354  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why crypto market is volatile on: March 17, 2019, 07:51:55 PM
Its filled with lots of scammers, no regulations, lots of freebies.. etc.. These things should be eradicated from the crypto market and then market will be stable or atleast it will be like conventional stock markets.
355  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoins are on the up on: March 17, 2019, 07:50:26 PM
Litecoin sometimes goes up and the whole market follows. Maybe it will happen again. Hard to tell.

I wish this happens this time also. However I am a big fan of LTC from the beginning. Like somebody said earlier, I also wish for all time high soon.
356  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] - MinedBlock - STO - Pre-Sale Live 15th February on: March 17, 2019, 07:48:59 PM
I like the team here to talk about the machine they aim to use in the mining service, I learned using ASIC is not economically feasible and unsustainable, how does the team aim to make money from their operation?

There is a part in their whitepaper about this. Since they want the possibility to mine a broad range of different cryptocurrenies, depending on which is the most profitable at the given moment, they will use a mixture of both ASIC miners (mainly Antminers from Bitmain) and GPU mining rigs.

Is the mining equipments are already bought? Or is it only bought from the ICO proceedings?
357  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Got a Job after loosing hope in Bounties on: March 13, 2019, 11:34:43 AM
Hi,

I was a bounty hunter just like many others here. Was hoping that i can earn my living by doing bounty hunting rather then kissing someone's azz 9 to 5. But it looks as if the cryptocurrency world is not ready for us or may be not willing to accept us anymore.
So after sticking to my beliefs that it will grow and good times will come, but the time has come that i have to look for alternates and here i am sitting in an office doing "YES Sir", "No Sir" and hoping that i can have a financial stability to avoid doing job anymore.

Seriously looking for suggestion to gain financial freedom and don't have to do a job anymore.

This is very strange attitude. Bounties could be an extra inform and could never become a primary income to take care of yourself. And most of the bounties are cheat and scam and dont care about their bounty hunters. Even they dont show respect after their ICO is over.
358  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] - MinedBlock - STO - Pre-Sale Live 15th February on: March 13, 2019, 11:31:59 AM

Especially as we (the founders) will only profit from holding tokens, so you can trust in the work ethic we have, because if you (the investor) aren't making a profit, neither are we!

Did you already apporach any new partners for discussions and join hands with you? You need good partners to be in profit soon.
359  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] - MinedBlock - STO - Pre-Sale Live 15th February on: March 12, 2019, 08:43:42 AM

Two things about Minedblock model makes it stand out and unique

First, they protect investors by issuing STO tokens.
Secondly, it states on the whitepaper, they’ll maximize profits by using green energ and, mining the most profitable tokens

How the term protection is used here? Still we don't know how STOs would be and especially when it is listed in market. Are they going to have separate exchanges for STOs with well controlled regulations?
360  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] - MinedBlock - STO - Pre-Sale Live 15th February on: March 11, 2019, 01:28:30 PM
It’s great to know that you don’t need to have any mining experience to earn from mining. Minedblock team would monitor the mining activities, switch between coins as the difficulty rates fluctuates and purchase of new miners.
Thats a very good point. It is also much needed one for persons like me. Minedblock tokens will have more benefits like this I believe.
