341  Economy / Economics / Re: Cashless society on: January 08, 2018, 11:36:02 AM
Have you ever wondered how would the world's economy be like in the future as a cashless society?

Perhaps, with the increased traction of blockchain acceptance nowadays, could lead to the creation of digital fiat currencies powered by blockchains that are managed by governments themselves. With this in mind, there would be no need for physical cash, as digital fiat currencies would provide many advantages such as quick settlement, global payments, full transparency, implants use on citizens to make payments, and more.

If this becomes a reality, which I'm sure that it will, it would radically transform our lives for the better and reduce criminal activity as a result of the full transparency and auditability that a digital fiat currency would have thanks to the power of the blockchain technology.

Also, it makes me wonder if cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin would exist by that time, or will they co-exist with digital fiat currencies.

Nevertheless, I would like to know your opinion about this.  Wink
I think people without paper money will greatly affect people from small people in the presence of digital currency, but people should be able to accept it because it must follow the times. then people should understand the change because they understand the previous thing about the currency from barter, coins, banknotes, plastic money or debit cards. Therefore people should receive or understand digital money in the future.
342  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sell your house for investment in btc. on: January 06, 2018, 07:20:51 PM
Just imagine selling your $259,900 house for 43BTC and 2 Months in street.

and after just 2 months sell 43BTC for $498198.

Again buying the previous also you will be in profit of $472298.

would you try this technique.
There are still other alternatives besides selling a house to invest bitcoin. One of them we can do bounty program. In bounty at bitcointalk.org we can follow a bitcoin miner company campaign, we can profit by performing tasks that have been implemented by the manager. After that if the project ends and we run well we can profit buy some bitcoin, and follow the program with many accounts.
343  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin money? on: January 06, 2018, 05:25:52 PM
Bitcoin is something radically new. Nothing like Bitcoin has been possible until now. I would go so far as to consider it sui generis; "in its own class".  This makes it important to understand what Bitcoin actually is before we try to describe it to others.

We're getting a good handle on the code, and of course on Bitcoin's function and utility, but what words should we use to describe Bitcoin itself? There has been some debate in other threads [mostly my doing] over how it is like/not like money, cash, dollars, etc. I'd like to start this thread by focusing on the term "money", and play Devil's avocate by asking for your best arguments that Bitcoin IS money.

My legal dictionary states "In usual and ordinary acceptation it [money] means gold, silver, or paper money, used as circulating medium of exchange, and does not embrace notes, bonds, evidences of debt, or other personal or real estate." [cites omitted]

Wikipedia says "Money is any object that is generally accepted as payment for goods and services and repayment of debts in a given country or socio-economic context. The main functions of money are distinguished as: a medium of exchange; a unit of account; a store of value; and, occasionally, a standard of deferred payment." [cited omitted]

Webster's Online Dictionary defines money as:
    • 1. The most common medium of exchange; functions as legal tender; "we tried to collect the money he owed us".
    • 2. Wealth reckoned in terms of money; "all his money is in real estate".
    • 3. The official currency issued by a government or national bank; "he changed his money into francs".
    • 4. A piece of metal, as gold, silver, copper, etc., coined, or stamped, and issued by the sovereign authority as a medium of exchange in financial transactions between citizens and with government; also, any number of such pieces; coin.
    • 5. Any written or stamped promise, certificate, or order, as a government note, a bank note, a certificate of deposit, etc., which is payable in standard coined money and is lawfully current in lieu of it; in a comprehensive sense, any currency usually and lawfully employed in buying and selling.
    • 6. In general, wealth; property; as, he has much money in land, or in stocks; to make, or lose, money.
    [links omitted]
    [/list]

I maintain that per these definitions, Bitcoin cannot possibly be described as "money". And further, I think that those who do describe Bitcoin as "money" are doing this community a disservice.

But that is just my point of view. Are there any that can convincingly argue otherwise, that Bitcoin IS money?

Bitcoin money is a digital currency and we can buy or mine it. If we do not have a small capital or capital for trading needs we can find and get bitcoin through the bounty program, after the project project is stopped at ICO we can get profit, with the advantage we can buy bitcoin or altcoin and can trade.
344  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It's Time to Buy Alt Coin on: January 06, 2018, 04:58:04 PM
Look at the price, what's happening, it's all affect of hard forking, which will be happening in 3rd week of October. But now we can see the reaction of the market. Just wait couple of days more, All Alt coin price will hit rock bottom. It is good chance to buy or invest in alt coin, if you want to get into few new coins.
That's right, it's time to buy altcoin or invest altcoin. With that we can swap the new altcoin. we can take or buy altcoin with cheap price, then we can sell it when altcoin experience rapid price increase.
345  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it too late to buy bitcoin? on: January 06, 2018, 04:53:14 PM
Even the blind can see that crypto Currency is making people millionaires all  over the world just because they present the holders of such currency with the financial freedom and opportunity to accrue large amounts of wealth base on currency investment . But my question is that, is it late to buy bitcoin? Should i wait maybe bitcoin price will decline after 1st August meeting? Please i will welcome your advice so that I can make my decision on crypto currency investment.
I am very sorry for being late with bitcoin and bitcoin prices are now soaring. The best way to get my bitcoin to participate in the bounty program campaign, in addition I invested another coin that could be another alternative to be able to buy bitcoin.
346  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what to do if bitcoin decreases? on: January 02, 2018, 01:37:46 PM
now a lot of investors are investing in bitcoin, therefore bitcoin has increased very rapidly, if bitcoin decreased what should be done?, whether the investors will lose? Roll Eyes
If the value of bitcoin is currently down then we can use it to invest with leisure this year will be soaring and can be very profitable for investors.
347  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in the newyear 2018 on: January 01, 2018, 11:32:21 AM
as we know that bitcoin has crossed its highest records in the month of dec we can see newyear is coming as per my opinion upto newyear its rates will be increasing more and more but after newyear bitcoin will have a huge dump but what do you think what will happen to bitcoin in the next year january 2018
My opinion bitcoin price in january 2018 will rise and fall, but it will not cost very much. bitcoin has grown rapidly in December 2017 and subsequently decreased bitcoin on January 1, 2018, so bitcoin will rise and fall on prices in January 2018.
348  Economy / Economics / Re: How to double your money using BTC? on: December 18, 2017, 11:39:14 AM
Here is a tutorial for dummies about doubling our money and not Bitcoins with scam scripts, remember no one has your best interest in heart to help you double your coins, however there is this thing we call it Bitcoin and indeed you can effectively double your fiat money with it.

    But how?

-Simple, whatever you have buy Bitcoin(s) and deposit them in never before used addresses and forget about them for literally 6 long months/half a year.

-Tip: don't pay any attention to news and don't participate in crypto related forums and social medias, it will drive you crazy.

-Result: after 6 months and after your phone alarm went off since you set it to ring in calendar for exactly 180 days, open your browser and go to one of the reputable exchanges and look at the market price, if your fiat money wasn't doubled if you were to sell your Bitcoins then find me and kick my ass for bad advice. :?

Please refer to the Bitcoin price and charts to see if the price did or did not doubled every 6 months.

I can't find anything remotely similar to this can you? and if so please share with us.

    Edit:
    Disclaimer:
This post was intended as a quick suggestion to double your fiat money and not your Bitcoin, any body telling and promising to increase the amount of your Bitcoin is either misleading you or tries to scam you, even legit interest paying companies have their own high risk of loss.

Only idiots gamble in hopes of earning money or double their money.

I am thinking how to duplicate BTC by trading, investing, and joining bounty program with many BTT, twitter and facebook accounts. In the investment we can use altcoin and you can buy it cheaply still cheap.
    349  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How to make 1 bitcoin in a month or 2? on: December 18, 2017, 10:54:38 AM

351  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What is the common cause of poverty? on: December 15, 2017, 12:52:35 PM
Will you explain what common  reason why some other country is still experiencing poverty and some person dying because of hunger because of efficiency on food?
I think there are several factors.
    1. Educational factors, in the educational factor is very helpful for a country to continue to grow with the knowledge that has been studied.
2.factors of employment development, in this factor all humans can meet the basic needs of income from work.
352  Economy / Economics / Re: Best tip on saving money on: December 11, 2017, 12:49:03 PM
Hi guys! Can you share some tried and tested tricks on making the most out of your buck and also some tips on how to save money more effectively. This will be a heck of a help to our fellow users here. Thank you so much.
I think by way of short-term and long-term investments. When investing with some of the capital that we invest, we will earn extra money if the investor runs his job well. we automatically also get a few percent. The money we invest will return intact fall into the hands of even more money we will get.
353  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why people are unhappy? on: December 06, 2017, 12:29:44 PM
Did you ever thought why many people are not happy even they have many possessions in life?  Did you ever thought the reason behind those agonies even if they tried to be happy but it wont last that long?  Physically,  they showed to the whole world that they are strong,  they enjoy their lives to the fullest.  But at end of the day,  loneliness attacks.  Did you ever thought why people are unhappy?
Most people are said to be unhappy one of them is because they do not have much wealth. Because their opinion of money is part of material happiness.
354  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin now the strongest currency in the world? on: December 06, 2017, 11:50:42 AM
After the events of last week.

I was making this suggestion to some folks yesterday, but they claimed that bitcoin is too small.  Does it matter?
Maybe bitcoin will be the largest digital currency in the world because until now the price of 1 BTC has reached almost 200.000.000 rupiah. as time goes by bitcoin has grown very rapidly with the value of its currency higher.
355  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are the advantages of having Bitcoin? on: November 29, 2017, 04:24:12 PM

356  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Saving Bitcoins for your Children. on: November 29, 2017, 07:26:47 AM
Like every other investment such as real estate, stocks and other forms of investment we know that you can invest in that kind of things and then you get something like say a Certificate or a Binding Document as a proof that you are part of that investment, now that of bitcoin all you have is just your address, your password, key and seeds as proof of the ownership of the wallet.

    BTC

So now if one is considering buying bitcoins and saving for his/her children in the future is there any way to do that with bitcoins apart from having to write down your details somewhere. I'm asking because with that kind of stuff if no one knows your seeds or password no one can get the coins. Huh Huh Huh
My opinion to invest bitcoin for the future of children is very good, because the longer the higher the cost. This can also be called a very good future savings.
357  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: How to mine Bitcoin Gold? on: November 28, 2017, 11:47:22 AM
Even though I am a veteran in trading, I am an absolute newbie in mining related matters. I have never tried to mine because my laptop is very old with Intel i3 processor. However, I have recently purchased a new gaming laptop with i7 processor, 12 GB ram and 4 GB DDR5 graphics card. It is still on the way and probably will receive it within another 4 days. I am planning to mine Bitcoin Gold which are going to be created after the upcoming hard fork.

Can anyone please help me with a step-by-step guide of bitcoin gold mining. I need to know from the beginning as I have no idea about mining.

    Thanks in advance!
I think you should make a capital deposit or token to buy one of the altcoins that will be marketed. You can buy altcoin whose price is still down, after that you can sell it when the market price goes up. altcoin can automatically turn into a coffer of bitcoin.
    358  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin community is rising. on: November 27, 2017, 11:29:33 AM
What do you think a about it? is it good or bad for bitcoin?
my opinion is good because there we can exchange ideas by mining bitcoin to gain profit. I am one of the bitcoin members in my city. I can learn many things from how to earn a lot of money.
359  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Do you only mine Bitcoin? on: November 27, 2017, 10:52:24 AM
Hi All, I'm wondering how many mine only Bitcoin, and how many mine both bitcoin and altcoin?
I just mined bitcoin, because to get bitcoin we can do various ways to get it, one of them by buying alternative coins or can also called altcoin. we can get all kinds of altcoin to be marketed in trade to benefit from bitcoin.
360  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What are the biggest problem of teenagers nowadays? on: November 27, 2017, 10:45:47 AM
Not only adults have problems, even youth grows tired and weary. What do you think their problems that they are facing?
One of the problems of teenagers today is mostly teenagers who like negativ things like drunkenness, rape, theft and others. Young people should be a good example for other youth to be a future in a better world. My advice is to use maximum time for positive activities such as sports, learning, and being a self loved by everyone.
