Name another asic you can order now and get in under a week

Tell you what...

If you think this Antminer S1s are the Hottest Commodity in Bitcoin Land...

Why don't you buy these pre-reserved orders off me?

Or do you not trust Bitmain either?

There was no pre-reserve.

When you order from Bitmain, you have to pay in full within an hour. No partial payments.
You sent only 2%.
Your order should be cancelled and you have no recourse for refund of any amount.
Your loss.

Order is still valid bro  Cheesy

Fwiw, CrazyRabbi  is a well known scammer on IRC who owes a lot of people a lot of Bitcoin: http://bitcoin-otc.com/viewratingdetail.php?nick=SupaDupaJenkins  I've suggested some of his creditors contact Bitmain and ask to receive those funds.

You can't owe Bitcoins because you can't owe which is not owned  Cheesy

...

Then by your own statement  Bitmain owes you nothing.

Not really...

They are selling a product for Bitcoin and their own contract states they must deliver  Cheesy

Yes really...

You owe people BTC that you will not pay back on the assumption that you can't owe which is not owned
Bitmain owes you BTC that by the same assumption they do not have to pay you as they cannot owe which is not owned

Nice Work Captain Obvious  Cheesy
Destroyed your argument though  Wink

347  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DDoS Attacks on DEDICATEDPOOL.COM - OFFICIAL POST ATTACK REPORT on: February 14, 2014, 10:42:04 AM
Gentlemen:

Today DEDICATEDPOOL.COM was hit with many DDoS attacks.  All of them were redirected except for the last one.

Two minutes after the DDoS was executed, we started to respond putting emergency policies in place and getting things back up as soon as possible.  We were down for about one hour while we reconfigured the network, and put more protections in place to stop such an attack from happening again in the future.

We now have also added to our DDoS protection, Cloudflare, which stops flood attacks and the likes even before they hit the switches.

I urge you to reconnect back to dedicated pool and continue mining with us.  I appologize for the downtime, but we are back after only one hour and we are stronger than before.  You can't keep us down!

Overall I very happy with the response to the DDoS.  The plans were put in to place immediately and they were executed in textbook fashion to defeat the attack and bring services back up as soon as possible.

Thanks!

Not when you pay 2%.

I am guessing this is not the first underhanded move you have tried
that did not work out as intended.
You have a really sterling rep. You should get into the escrow biz.

I can submit an order if I damn well want.

It doesn't say you have to pay it all at once nor do I even want these useless units since the price per Bitcoin is now under $450 a coin.

It's not my fault Bitmain's Bitcoin to USD price is depleting every second.  Roll Eyes

Hey asshole. I can do whatever the fuck I want you arn't the fuckin Boss of me.

I don't want this fucking unit which is why I want my fucking money back!

Kindly eat a bag of dicks as you are not fuckin Bitmain and have no fucking say in this...  Angry

Now this is my kind of Rabbi!  Sends free money to companies for his daily good deed, and has one hell of a mouth.

I'd consider those payments as non-refundable deposits.  You failed to make the full payment in the time frame you agreed to.

WTF are you even talking about?

There's no agreed time frame.

All it says is you need to make a partial payment within 1 hour of ordering.

I did so.

I've done absolutely nothing wrong nor have I broken any agreement.

The checkout page clearly says:
Please complete pay in one hour!

Please tell us how much we are talking about... I dont see very many partial payments in the last few days:  4 actually..

So Let me get this straight...

If you send under 1.45 Bitcoin in less then an hour they just keep your entire 1.4499999999 Bitcoin if that's what you sent after the hour is up?

So Scammer Tag for Bitmain now?
