No it is not clear, it is buiried under all kinds of figures, numbers infographics and feel good pumpy pumpy marketing, clouded by sockpuppet shill accounts on bitcoin talk and telegram.
I mean not answer as in, other questions answered and this one was not, as if it was not read. You know when you are asking for money how you typicaly answer questions, even if they have been answered before and if you want to quote the whitepepe documentation then you quote the exact page and paragraph since you are the one asking for money here. Only after asking the question again was it even approched, otherwise it would have been swept under the rug, ignored and the bounty, pumpy pumpy questions asked by the outsourced sockpuppet service would continue.

First of all, all transfers will be made via credit/debit card, as you've read all information you should be aware of that and also compare with these prices. As already mentioned we see our competition in UX oriented exchanges like Coinbase, not Bitfinex, nor Bitstamp. |

I think it is great that nobody will answer the simple question of
How much do users of the app pay in fees if they buy crypto.
Questions about "when moon", "how do I give you my money" ect are answered quickly.

What do you mean with not answer? You can see a possible price model in the token model quite clearly. That example has a tx fee of 7.5% (including spread) for a transfer to crypto, which is a common market price compared to Coinbase and Kraken (if you add their hidden fees). You sold out at presale in 7 hours, how many token did you sell or how much eth/fiat did you get? What was you soft cap and did you achieve it?
What is the burning ratio of tokens? %1 of the transactions? %0,1 of the transactions?
Last of all, what will be the things you are asking some tokens for it? What are you offering for Premium features? Or your all app is based on a monthly subscription?
We sold 500,000,000 tokens in the Pre-Sale. The softcap was at 50,000,000, so yes it is reached.  The burn ratio depends over the time, best have a look in our token model for details. Premium features will be e.g. our AI algorithm for crypto currencies. |

wie geht es den weiter wenn alle Transaktionen durch sind? Es hatten ja einige Problem sodass bestimmt nicht die kompletten 500mio verkauft wurden (Transaktionsabbruch etc.)
Werden diese dann im Main ICO angeboten oder wird der preSale wieder eröffnet bis alle tatsächlich verkauft werden?
