I already purchased 2000svd tokens and I had a referral tokens of 188,but now I could only see 1846 SVD ONLY. How it can happen
I think this is the 2nd or 3rd person I am seeing here making similar complains, it seems the is something the public is not getting concerning token purchase and I will the team to make a thorough public explanation on this matter for better understanding Notice same too Savedroid should publicly address these issue. They need to avoid issues like this foe the sake of the investors. Yes, Savedroid team have to look in to this kind of issues. Someone have to raise this concern to dev. As I know savedroid project is innocent. But this is something is different. If admin/dev will not take serious about this kind of issue so I guess this will create problems and peoples will stop investing. Just to clarify it here, it's not a tech issue. The balance is (as long as not confirmed from our side) defined by the amount of tokens the investor has confirmed to buy. If the investor decides to pay less or later that might lead to a difference in the assigned tokens as the FX-rate is updated 4 times a day. So if we see in the review process that an investor has paid less or at a worse exchange rate the tokens will be reduced. Btw also the other way around, if he paid more or at a time of a better exchange rate he gets more tokens. For the timestamp we use the block time when the payment was send. In our opinion that's the most transparent and fair option we can do. |

Before the verification you've simply seen the amount you said you'll purchase, if you've send less ETH or BTC or the rate changed during that you'll get the amount of SVD at the date of payment. since there are big problems with frozen tokens in another project at the moment, I wonder if SVD tokens can be sent between wallets right from the beginning, or do we have to defrost them first?
Good question, ive heard of this defrosting before but don't actually know what this achieves, I hope we don't have to save the hassle. Surprisingly very few ICOs require defrosting. I doubt it is something to worry about. If anything I think it would have been announced. The ICO is going pretty well. So we might know very soon if defrosting is on the table. Good question, I also have some SVD and even though I planned to hold for long term. But I am also interested to know if this Tokens need defrosting. Since no such info available at site I think no such steps needed. The tokens will be locked until the end of Main Sale. After that they can be freely traded without any further steps required. Thanks for the information. And it's good no more action needed after end of main ICO. As I know after main sale SVD will list on HitBTC, but is there plan to make this token available on other exchanges as well? Yes we're currently negotiating with multiple of the big exchanges. |

I'm a big fan of your project. But today for the first time switched to your German website... rather weird text, Google translation? You are a German company, right?  I've never understood that, at least for their own language, they could have made their own page, instead of installing the Google Translate script. The automatic translation is really terrible. But ok, the ICO is also very good with the bad translation :-) I think i see what they are trying to do, they probably expected more of Germany citizens as visitors thus they had to make the default language German. Is the team actually from germany, i thought they were just registered their, then again for all i know they live their and don't talk german, I have family that doesn't speak dutch but lives in holland, so i mean its all possible. The default for their site is english, Though as big as savedroid is even if their native tongue isn't german they should invest in better translators to clean up the language Around the half of us is speaking German as well. But the resources are limited, so we decided to focus on other topics instead of a translation to German which is (if you look at it worldwide) not the biggest market. Sitll we love Germany.  |

I would say later, it is very typical for ICO's to distirbute the tokens you bought frrom the pre-& -main sales, also for airdrop tokens which are distributed after the end of an ICO, I'd give it a week or two after the ICO end date to be able to withdraw the tokens to your wallet I am not sure if this is true for the Airdrop tokens, too but investors will have to go through the KYC process. So it might take some more time till the tokens are withdrawable. Only investors need to do KYC. Airdrop and bounty tokens are possible without KYC. |
