341  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: DID I MAKE A MISTAKE INVESTING IN BITCOIN? on: October 22, 2019, 06:39:42 PM
If anyone were to ask me that maybe I would say that you just made a mistake in timing, Because we know bitcoin prices are falling and rising and so should our watch.

The timing we need most is if we want to earn bitcoin right away. It's easy to buy at a cheap price and sell when the price goes up
You’re right, for speculators it’s very important that you can sell Bitcoin at a high price in a short period of time. But for us investors who rely on the high price of Bitcoin, time does not play a big role. We hold Bitcoin for the long term.
342  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Cryptocurrency is better than fiat currency? on: October 22, 2019, 06:33:16 PM
I believe that we have a very good opportunity to make money on a new type of currency. The price of cryptocurrency should grow every year. Especially the price should rise after a fall in prices over the past two years.
343  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin can not become a global currency on: October 22, 2019, 06:18:10 PM
Hi, Gents,

I think there has to be a way to create a tracking system for bitcoin. Every wallet must contain ids. Otherwise, bitcoin can be always used for money laundering. If you want to launder money, you can find a cash seller everywhere. After bitcoin is bought, noone can prove whose bitcoin it is. I think this is the only think that preventing bitcoin to become a global currency. Do you think it would worth this much if it is trackable. I dont think so. There will be altcoins that work with tracking system and ids. They will become a global currency. Bitcoin? I think never. What do you think?
I think you are extremely wrong here.

We can make the same argument here with fiat currency. Look at cash, it's a tool that can avoid tax extremely easily, and it doesn't have tracking or anything.

We are moving to a society where being anonymous and safe is quickly become a top priority for people, and Bitcoin offers this tool to others and there proof of this with how big it's gotten these past years

anonymous is more important if you playing crypto. money laundry problem can be solve but it will cross with this anonymous. and we can manipulate something easily without problem if 'they' want.
actually people not ready to move in bitcoin as global currency.
Ananimity is actually not as important as they want to bring it to us. On the contrary, when using Bitcoin there is no anonymity. Therefore, I just think that in the future many countries will support Bitcoin.
344  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin coins are losing popularity? on: October 22, 2019, 08:50:13 AM
Although Bitcoin is losing popularity as you said, Bitcoin will continue to spread his wings throughout the world step by step. I don't think that now Bitcoin has lost his popularity, many whales still want to buy Bitcoin.
I don't believe that OP did the right statement, Bitcoin never been losing its popularity but instead, it gaining more. Only the price steps down but it actually never been dump too dip. The name Bitcoin still soaring high, in fact, many establishments accept Bitcoin which I believe this could be a start for huge crypto adoption and helping to promote Bitcoin as another mode of payment.
Bitcoin losing popularity is impossible because bitcoin still have many investor, if losing popularity maybe many investor will left bitcoin and join with other digital currencies investment, bitcoin still the top digital currency have potential on higher price, maybe wait the time when bitcoin back to higher price. Many people keep trust with bitcoin and save money with bitcoin as investment assets.

I don't know where they are getting this information, Bitcoin's use is actually increasing rapidly, the price is not indication that people are losing interest, actually we are becoming more popular as the number of users increasing and that some government would like to regulate it and they are studying how to impose tax on it.
I think that popularity is lost among those who bought Bitcoin for 15-20000 dollars. But we really see how many new people come to the cryptocurrency market. The overall popularity of Bitcoin is definitely growing!
345  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do we get the best at this moment? on: October 21, 2019, 07:57:13 PM
When I see bitcoin prices go down then I don't think I should quit bitcoin but I want to buy it with a little of my money for bitcoin because I'm very sure bitcoin won't make us lose money to invest because we saw bitcoin go down in price just a few weeks ago after bitcoin will rise again as usual with prices that are always stable.
That is the wise decision that any wise investor should make which I am glad you are on the right part and not like all those people that use to panic anytime that they see the price of bitcoin dip.  Anytime that bitcoin rises, the prayer of most short-term trader is that they get another little correction so that the opportunity can be there again to buy, but instead of some people buying, they sell when there is just a little dip.

After the Bitcoin’s recent crash, I could see from some transaction that some people were selling out of panic, but they never knew that it is the mission of whales is what they are helping them to accomplish, while they are panicking, the whales are accumulating all the coins they are dumping ahead of the large increase that is coming in future.
100% that the Whales are gaining positions in Altcoins and Bitcoin. They even buy Bitcoin for $ 8,000. I think that in the next year we will definitely see the Bitcoin exchange rate above $ 20,000.
346  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Bitcoin market dominance rising fast? on: October 21, 2019, 07:45:16 PM
people in the crypto space are already aware when investing in altcoin will only throw away their money, because altcoin can only be profitable when there is hype after that happens then altcoin will slowly sink and die.
different from bitcoin which although it has gone down a lot but still able to rise which makes its dominance even stronger.
Even when Altcoins began to sink, there will still be a bottom where their prices will not fall below this level. And who said that there will be no hype in the cryptocurrency market in the next 2-3 years?
347  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin can not become a global currency on: October 21, 2019, 05:54:55 PM
Even with or without anonymity, bitcoin is still far from being a global currency. Why? Because it is decentralized, it would be hard for the government to control its flow in their country if every one in the world uses bitcoin. I see bitcoin as an alternative currency which can be used globally but not as the main currency. Not only with that, there are other factors that need to be considered why it'll be hard for bitcoin to be a global currency.
About money laudering, it's an advantage for the criminal since it'll be hard to locate them. But just like with fiat, money laundering are still everywhere.
When a cryptocurrency falls under the jurisdiction of world banks or bankers, then it is possible and will be the new world currency. So far, cryptocurrency does not show significant success in increasing its capitalization.
348  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What needs to happen in order for bitcoin to replace gold on: October 21, 2019, 05:44:11 PM
Why everybody do compare bitcoin to precious metals like gold and silver? It is impossible for bitcoin to replace gold because precious metals like gold is not a digital currency like bitcoin. Both bitcoin and gold have a good value and good for long-term investment, but they have a big difference because gold can be considered as a physical money which you can use it for payment without converting it into fiat.
I did not understand you. And what is Bitcoin that cannot be physically evaluated as a product and converted into fiat money? Bitcoin is really digital gold. How can I argue here?
349  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Propagating bitcoin among indigenous populace on: October 21, 2019, 05:23:51 PM
propagating Bitcoin amongst indigenous populations is a very difficult task indeed. The reason being, that it's hard when they do not have cell phones or smartphones to give them Bitcoin wallets. Also, there may be language barriers in dealing with such peoples. Therefore, much effort must be taken to ensure that they understand the blockchain technology.

Yes this is a difficult task, It is also possible to teach them step by step but it will take a long time to get started, Because from mobile phones (How to use it) and Bitcoin it really needs enough attention to be able to teach, And we know , that most Indigenous people do not finish school because they are far from the community, or may prefer to work to help the family.

So this is a challenge we must take!
I think that this is really a difficult task to educate people about the principles and features of cryptocurrency. I was already able to train 5-7 people, and then it was very difficult for me. I spent more than 8 months on this business.
350  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin coins are losing popularity? on: October 21, 2019, 05:06:01 PM
I don't think that is true, I think just because the market is on downfall you think of that. There are lots of news that bitcoin is being legalized all around the globe, meaning it is being recognized by different countries. I can say that they really appreciate and adore the features and platforms of cryptocurrency. Regulating bitcoin is really impossible since it is decentralized, no one runs it. We are the only one who supports it and also the investors who are the big factor why some projects are becoming successful.
It seems to me that it is better to be prepared for the fact that the price of Bitcoin may fall, not only grow to 14,000 dollars. You really need to be prepared for the low price of Bitcoin and buy it!
351  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Banks are offering Negative interest rates! will this help BTC on: October 20, 2019, 01:29:21 PM
Now that depositors have to pay money to keep their money in the bank, instead of receiving interests on deposits, people may be discouraged to put their money in the banks, and might want an alternative to store up their funds and get some interests maybe, so this could be could for Bitcoin, and other cryptocurrencies, as this would be a good way for them to achieve that.
As an alternative to all banks, now you can choose to invest in cryptocurrency. Very reliable investments will be Bitcoin and Ethereum. If you want more profit, then you need to invest in Altcoins with low capitalization.
352  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and cryptocurrency real Investment on: October 20, 2019, 01:19:17 PM
Is there any real Bitcoin or Other cryptocurrency Investment options?

Like a real estate Investment....

Or something like you can invest cryptocurrency in to start Up business, Not in ico or any Kind of cryptocurrency Project but Project when cryptocurrency is just used.

And what about donations?  Is there any good sites about donations with cryptocurrency?
You can use bitcoin for in donating for there are lots of institutions that accept BTC, if you're that desperate to use your bitcoin in investing but can't find where to, you can exchange it into fiat and then use it. BTC's adoption isn't that large so I think looking for something like a real estate will be hard.
Also, bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are legitimate investments, you'll just be needing to watch out for scams and counterfeits in crypto world cause bumping into one would be inevitable.
Every year, the liquidity level of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency is growing. I think in a few years there will be many trading platforms that sell / buy real estate for Bitcoins.
353  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hong Kong Bitcoin Trading Volume Spikes to Highest Levels Ever Recorded on: October 20, 2019, 01:01:06 PM
it seems like each time there is a spike in the volume that localbitcoins reports, one of these yellow news sites writes an article about how there is something "big" going on over in that country as if that's a thing. most of the times the volume is not even that high, in this case $1.6 mil is somewhat high but still not something to get excited about not to mention LBC's reports aren't that reliable to begin with.

given their harsh new KYC policies and the removal of p2p cash trades (which could easily be done outside the escrow system) i reckon their volume numbers are more reliable than ever before.

but yeah 173 bitcoins traded over a week is piddly. definitely nothing to get excited about.
It’s good that the trading volume is increasing, this shows the interest of Bitcoins. I think it’s better to invest in Bitcoin now. I expect that in the spring of 2020, the price of Bitcoin will be more than $ 14,000.
354  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: this is what every country will do on: October 20, 2019, 12:38:48 PM
I even expect such uniform rules to take effect around the world and there will be much less anarchy in cryptocurrency, as now, where every ICO team that itself does not pass any verification requires participants of the ICO bounty for several dollars in their new tokens to be presented to them our confidential information. In addition, I hope that when these rules come into force, the participants in the ICO bounty campaign will not pass the KYC check at all, since they do not invest their funds.
We should not participate in such actions, which is imposed by the ICO team bounty campaign. The cryptocurrency market should give us freedom of action, and not take it.
355  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What should we do ? on: October 20, 2019, 11:39:24 AM
I never thought if in my country banned cryptocurrency and withheld everything, because if it happened in my country, maybe I would keep it until it was really allowed with the country, or sell it secretly with cryptocurrency exchanges that are widely seen in other countries. this is my opinion of what happened to the country you mentioned.
Probably for those who's been suppressed in terms of using crypto, they will find ways to continue using the system. After enjoying the benefits, taking the risk is worthy for people who already experienced the potential growth from this market. There's still open services online where you can continue dealing with your trading or investing with cryptocurrency or you can also use vpn to hide your activity. It's tough to decide, but if you understand the possible opportunities and benefits, it will be worth taking the risk.
I think that if the ban on cryptocurrencies continues in many countries, then its use will decrease very much. We are not happy with the drop in cryptocurrency prices anyway! And many have left the market over the past 2 years.
356  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ukraine wants to legalize crypto (again) on: October 20, 2019, 09:58:28 AM
I believe that Ukraine is a phenomenal country that attracts its attention not only regarding what is happening politically, but also economically.  Of course, very bad people have ruled this country lately, but with the current government everything can change, since only in the last few months the level of GDP has increased several times and the national currency has strengthened.  The fact is that IT forums have been held repeatedly, which intend to carry out reforms regarding the introduction of digital technologies in all spheres of the country's life.  First of all, I want to mention such facts, where the new government is trying to introduce the concept of Country in a smartphone, where the blockchain will be used.  In addition, the election process in the country in the future will also occur using blockchain.  There are many start-ups that plan to implement their projects using cryptocurrency, and the new government has expressed its willingness to support developers in the literal and figurative sense, since bills on the full implementation of cryptocurrency will be prepared in the near future.  I think that in this matter it is not necessary to insult the inhabitants of this country, since they will prove by their work what they are capable of.
The GDP level of Ukraine has not changed much since 1992.
1992 319$
2018 390$
For comparison, the closest neighbor of Ukraine is Poland
1992 252$
2018 1212$
Good statistics on GDP in Ukraine. I think that now this state will act as a PR zone for cryptocurrency. There will be no significant actions from Ukraine in relation to the cryptocurrency market.
357  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Impact of Bitcoin growing Dominance on the Crypto space on: October 20, 2019, 08:25:06 AM
The major impact you can see with the rise of bitcoin dominance in market is the expected price drop of altcoins.Whenever bitcoins dominance rise altcoins go on a bloodbath and vice versa happen when bitcoins dominance go low

I agree with you. But on another be and not can. Altcoins occupy a niche and everyone who invests in them should understand the risks he is taking
When prices for Altcoins fell on average 20 times, then the risks of investing in these coins fell several times. I think that you can invest in Altcoins at the current price.
358  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are Virgin Bitcoins on: October 20, 2019, 07:47:26 AM
“Virgin Bitcoin” is complete nonsense and this is my opinion! I will never pay more for Virgin Bitcoin. I don’t even want to find out what the origin of my Bitcoins is. I think that this is just a waste of time.
359  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Bitcoin Cafe on: October 19, 2019, 09:50:03 AM
That's really funny actually. A Bitcoin cafe but the people there aren't able to spend Bitcoin or any other crypto-currencies in store.

It's a great work around the government's rules, just because you can't use and buy Bitcoin, doesn't mean you can't plaster it everywhere. I have no doubts that the owner of the cafe has a nice Bitcoin fund himself.

In recent months, bitcoin adoption is slowly growing - we saw china getting lax with their own rules and I reckon your country will as well.
We are hoping for the best cryptocurrency promotion worldwide. But I think that they are not necessarily paid by Bitcoin for coffee. Stable coins are probably best for this.
360  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Holders Protection on: October 19, 2019, 09:44:53 AM

BTC Wallet itself act as a bank why do you need to send it to them for protection. You'd be more at ease when you know no corrupt government agencies will ask you to pay for depositing your own money. And they allow mobile app for stock trading to take part of thier scheme. Its more like FDI-see you later money!

I'd rather trust a hardware wallet for my bitcoins and altcoins than saving it on a bank account, I am not that suicidal. This bearish market is scary enough and I don't want to add another problem to my life right now. I'm going to add that we don't need no Government for protecting our bitcoins, we, ourselves are the one who is responsible on doing such a bitcoin enthusiast thing, if they don't trust, well I don't trust them too.

Then it’s definitely better to keep Bitcoins on a hardware wallet, not store or trade on the exchange. It is better to make money and invest their free amount in Bitcoin.
