Очень крутая идея. Мне кажется, непрерывное образование - это очень неплохая альтернатива современной системе. Только у меня возник вопрос. Разработчики гарантируют полную достоверность информации, а если данные об успеваемости ученика все-таки как-то были сфальсифицированы, кто за это будет отвечать?
Я так понял институт( т.е образовательная организация) будет оштрафована за некорректную информацию, потому что это он отправляет приватные данные покупателю за определенную сумму. Все, понял теперь. Ну, а если в системе зарегаются какие-нибудь «левые» образовательные организации и наставят высоких оценок. Это как-то регулируется, или только Свидетели к этому отношение имеют? Этот блокчейн включает в себя еще фишку- web of trust. Там каждый пользователь может установить другому уровень доверия. Соответственно, это и поможет оценить с кем можно работать, а с кем не стоит. Я не слышал еще о таких технологиях. Другие блокчейны такое разве используют? |

Do you know there are many walletы that are incompatible with bip 32. What are supposed to do users in this case? These users don’t have a reason for concern. Those word keys will be used to encrypt using AES-256 standard. It will resolve all problems. It does make sense to me now. I think it is really interesting and promising decision for such project.
