I see it is getting very popular and buy orders are always there for this coin now. unlike DOGE, the supply will come in much slower in less then 3 months 57% of DOGE's have been mined it will take ~10+ years for ZEIT to get to 57% for the time being you can expect 25%-32% during this year the current rate of ZEIT per day is 2880 * 650000 = 1872000000 --PoS included from this point, assuming every coin is left to age and generate PoS blocks-- after week six it will be 17126167 ZEIT/day thats a 1093 reduction in supply growth, even if you look at it from week six, it will still be a factor of 3.4 expect bigger factors when considering not all coins will be 100% PoSing |

And iv just lost all but 1 and a half rigs in the last few hours  depressed to the max! dunno what happened but now im running on 1800kh haha just my luck! you expect diff to increase substantially? your not alone, been having constant issues, im maxing out my breakers Guys security first... only use 75% of max fuse power. Cables are not made for 100%+ usage 24/7 in your home. I highly recommend talking to an electrician. I did that and drastically changed my mining operation. what horrible cabling setup do you have? the maximum amperage a fuse is selected for will always be lower then what the cable can support. There should not be any problem running a 120v 15amps circuit to near its limit of 1800watt 24/7 |

Well... bye.  can we have his zeit??? I mined some and yes you can have it but: The fact is the coin bet its future on its name and it has been disowned by its namesake. For this coin to get out of the toilet (yes, 3-4 satoshi is still the toilet) it will have to attract investors, how are you going to do that with public internal conflict? I pulled my buy order immediately after hearing that. Please prove me wrong and you can have my existing coins (at market valuation). there is no internal conflict, look back at what i posted |

FWIW, I have some experience of a PoW/PoS coin and you quickly become 'meh' about the staking during the early days of a coin launch anyway. Can get more coins from trading (if you do it well) than from staking. It's riskier for sure, but the coolness quickly becomes the norm. EDIT: Plus, without a coin control screen, there's no way to ensure you keep the right coins in your wallet when sending out. I assume it's being worked on (I've skipped a good 60 pages of this thread) but that's a really important feature of PoS wallets. If I dont reserve coins I cant trade the minting once? sorry my noobish questions, Im new to all this. reserve is only needed if you want to be able to spend that reserve without potential interruption by PoS block minting. your balance is held for 30minutes during PoS minting. the reserve amount will not be included in PoS minting. the minimum coin-age is 20 days for PoS, you can open and unlock your wallet every 20 days. Yes but if you get in every day right now transactions, you should unlock it more often - or not? But I think you will be able to mint on every new transaction after the 20 days. Right? you will gain according to coin-age, so it really doesn't matter, unless you really have big amounts where the quick compound interest will make a difference. >10mill |

That TZM "official" announcement is like someone letting a steamy, juicy fart in a crowded hot yoga session.
But it's just that. Hot air.
This coin represents an ideal. The movement and this coin's community may or may not align together, but both support the ideas behind Zeitgeist. A counterparty doesn't need an affiliation to be a counterparty.
Zeitgeist or not, it's also a supply and demand issue. The supply will mine up. Then the only way to get this coin and be part of *THIS* community is by holding a stake.
There is actually a large opportunity here for the leaders/devs of the this coin to start their own "movement". And if they aren't up to par, there are plenty of stake holders who would be happy to hold those reins and provide voice and direction for this group.
Guys we don't need the approval of some "TZM" group which has no clue on new technologies, cryptocurrencies, what a blockchain is etc. Ziestgiest is an idea, not a group of retired hippies in a Toronto convention carefull, i find that offensive and insulting, the canadian zeitgeist chapters are very good people, dont group them based on a single coordinators decision ofcourse i do find that allot of people (TZM supporter or not) cant grasp what TZM really is about and advocates, they instead cling to the money is evil mantra or what i like to call childish interpretations or outright refuse to think because it challenges their world view. we cant easily expect those to grasp cryptocurrency's. |

even at 2sathosi this is about the most profitable coin to mine at the moment  and for 3sathosi for sure the best its not. I got 20,000 coins at 530khash in 4 hours. how is it most profitable to mine  i used to mine doge @ dogehouse and i revived avg 200doge / hour last week with my 1,3mh/s so 4800doge/day * 154sat = 0,00739btc i mine @ hashstrike and now get around 400k a day so 400000 * 3sat = 0,012btc so for me atleast its better you drop to 2/3 of that if you sell at 2 satoshi |

Too bad the Canada wing of TZM couldn't see this, I think they need every opportunity to spread the message.
I am in Canada, TZM is defined by its most active and vocal members, you can bet im gona shake things up in a few months with what i have in store for TZM, Zeitcoin and the whole world. Satoshi is not the only one who has revolutionary ideas and the will to implement it. |
