EK, looks great.  My one suggestion would be the use of the term bounty.  From the perspective of the person submitting the work, I'd think they look at it as how many solutions remain, or whatever term is used to designate a work unit rather than how many rewards are left to be claimed.

I'm voting for #29 as well.

There is no way that they need the devs to implement this coin.  The wallet is solid and based on a coin thats been around for a while.  I really can't figure out what ccex has for an excuse.

I'm waiting for yobit IOU :p
mxxxxx said there wont be any IOU for waves on yobit Smiley
They will have their own exchange.

The goal is to enable investors to withdraw their tokens to their wallets or at least to exchanges wallets at the end of the ICO.

We are on schedule.

Glad to hear this.  I hope this coin stays away from yobit completely.

How to recieve prepaid steam giftcard for investor reward?

Earlier, dailymodo said to email him at business@gamebet.gg if you were supposed to receive a steam card but have not received it yet.

Wow, that dump was pretty rough.  Not sure if I'd blame it on yobit as much as there is so little buy support.  When you only have 1BTC buy support, people can manipulate the price to whatever they want regardless of what exchange it's on.

Now that I have spent more time thinking, I tend to agree with not gambling with GBT.  I am guessing that GBT wasn't created to perform best in a gambling type of environment.

I don't think adding GBT for bets is a good idea, but being able to trade BTC for GG, SS, or GBT on the site seems like a logical decision. Nevertheless, having a token representing stake in profits available for purchase on the site probably has a list of legal complications  I have yet to consider, interested to hear what the GameBet team has to say on the matter.

Lets not forget GBT IS actually a clone of a very good coin. In theory almost any purpose could be added to GBT tokens. What could be great is to see some continued development, not on the actual coin but on its uses. It could also be a very useful Gaming token for marketing....like say you get 20% discount of an affiliated game on steam when paying with GBT. Bottom line is its a crypto currency....you can buy a gaming computer with it at a discount or Gamebet could have a store selling merchandise with gold, silver and GBT I mean hell you can buy a house with it if you want.....its a currency. LOL

So actually the GBT token could continue way past the profit share as a currency...even if Gamebet is not directly involved. It could have a future as the de facto currency of online Esports. What the profit share does is actually what most coins lack, tangible backing, i.e. it has real value based on a business so as long as that business functions the coin can never die completely or go to zero or even become cheap. Having Gamebet as a long term project means the coin has chance to mature long term and maintain a high profile on exchanges etc.

Exciting and endless possibilities...could be fun to share and also the community can take these projects on so Gamebet is never actually legally liable.

This is a clone of a coin? In what aspect is it borrowing from?
Still looking to buy some as of now. As I mention in few posts back:
I am not going to use yobit or any other exchange to obtain these.
Feel free to pm me with you offers.
Thanks alot Wink

Im not certain about that, hadnt heard it before now. I would also be interested to know.

I do like GBT's PoS implementation, I think its POSv3 if im not mistaken. More consistent rate of staking = more predictable ROI.  +1 Shocked Shocked

Its a blackcoin clone.

This wallet has been very solid w/o any issues.  Now that I know what it was based on, it makes sense why it works so well.  Smiley

Will a placeholder token be issued to ICO participants before the actual XEL coin is up and running

Unfortunately, due to legal reasons, no such things are planned!

I'm actually glad to hear that.  These tokens offered before the actual coin launch just get used for manipulation to make a quick buck.  To me, that's not what XEL is about.

Seems like there is quite a bit of interest in DCR...hashrate keeps climbing.

I have 6 generated but not accepted stakes per day is it normal or i can do something to improve that?

Are you getting accepted stakes?  If not, then you have an issue with either your clock or the network.  I get about 1/3 of my stakes that are not accepted.

They are offering a 10% bonus for signing up early, but I'm really not seeing enough compelling information that this will be profitable.

Thanks for doing this.  It's great to be able to see how the ICO is going by looking at your spreadsheet.
353  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: www.gamebet.gg Launches GameBet Coin (GBT) eSports -- SALE OVER!!! on: April 23, 2016, 12:55:58 AM
I don't think it's a dump.  It's just manipulation to get coins cheap.  The only ones dumping are the weak hands.
354  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: www.gamebet.gg Launches GameBet Coin (GBT) eSports -- SALE OVER!!! on: April 22, 2016, 10:09:42 PM
Yep, I agree that it's clearly market manipulation.  This is to be expected this early on with a promising coin like this.
355  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: www.gamebet.gg Launches GameBet Coin (GBT) eSports -- SALE OVER!!! on: April 20, 2016, 11:13:46 PM
Yeah, I'm not clear on that $5000 review.  Hopefully you can get more details before you even consider it.  They really should justify what that amount covers as it is excessive.

Wondering how you stop coins from staking on the wallet? I just want to hold them or exchange them but they keep staking?
If you keep your wallet locked, it shouldn't stake.

I personally value the feedback Philakone has provided gamebet.  Yes we all have different delivery styles and he may not state the issues the way I would.  But he is the main person debugging the website right now, and for that I thank him for his efforts.

I'm glad to see his need to exit didn't hurt the price too much.  With yobit being so low volume, I wasn't sure what a dump like that would do.
359  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: www.gamebet.gg Launches GameBet Coin (GBT) eSports -- SALE OVER!!! on: April 18, 2016, 01:09:03 PM
I looked briefly at the CAIx thread and I don't see very many similarities to GameBet, so I don't think that's a good comparison.  Either way, we'll never know if we can succeed if we don't try.
