Not as good a night as I hoped but still up 6 units so far tonight, 1 more parlay in play with Oakland and Seattle but it doesn't look like that one will hit so probably looking at 5 units tonight. Any profit is good profit Grin
342  Economy / Gambling / Re: Good Bitcoin sites for poker, blackjack, etc? on: July 09, 2014, 03:57:56 AM
The only 2 options right now for Bitcoin poker are Sealswithclubs and Betcoinpoker. Seals has active ring games and decent amount of tourneys. Betcoin doesn't really have too many active ring games at the moment but they have a ton of tourneys available now that they joined the Winning poker network. If BJ is a requirement then Betcoin is the way to go, once you deposit to one of their sites you can use the chips between their poker room, casino, and sports book.

Since someone posted a Seals link I'll post a Betcoin ref. link if you decide to use them. http://www.betcoinpartners.com/c/3/1250

With Betcoin you also get a 100% matching bonus up to 1BTC, free spins on their slots, and they have tons of other promotions for new users including tickets to poker tourneys.

Awesome indeed. You should tell him to grab a hat from one of the bitcoin poker rooms. I'm sure Micon from Seals would be happy to hook him up.
345  Economy / Gambling / Re: SPORTS BOOK RANKINGS ~ USER GENERATED (PLEASE CONTRIBUTE) on: July 08, 2014, 11:52:15 PM
Casinobitco.in - 4 Great odds, no live betting but I only bet in advance so it doesn't affect me.

Betcoinsports - 3.5 Odds not as good as Casinobitco.in but more selection of sports and live betting. Great support.

Webetcoins - 2.5 Slow grading of tickets but they are supposedly switching to an automated system. Also, only straight wagers available right now but they said parlays should be available next week. I will update my score as they make improvements.

Which book did you get over 6.5 runs?
347  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: leancuisine's Sports Picks (489 wins - 210 losses - 51 draws) on: July 08, 2014, 11:35:51 PM
I'll probably start my own thread tomorrow since I don't know how lean and others feel about me posting my picks in their threads. For tonight, this is what I took.

Chicago White Sox (J Danks) 140 at Boston Red Sox (B Workman)
Houston Astros (B Pe) 122 at Texas Rangers (P Irwin)
Risk 1 unit to Win 5.328

Kansas City Royals (J Va) -114 at Tampa Bay Devil Rays (J He)
Philadelphia Phillies (K Ke) at Milwaukee Brewers (W Pe) -169
Risk 1 unit to Win 2.988

Los Angeles Dodgers (H Ryu) 100 at Detroit Tigers (J Ve)
Atlanta Braves (J Teheran) at New York Mets (J deGrom) Over 7 Runs -103
Risk 1 unit to Win 3.9417

Kansas City Royals (J Va) -114 at Tampa Bay Devil Rays (J He)
Philadelphia Phillies (K Ke) at Milwaukee Brewers (W Pe) -169
Toronto Blue Jays (R Dickey) at Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim (T Sk) -161
San Francisco Giants (M Bu) at Oakland Athletics (S Gray) -143
Risk 1 unit to Win 8.2311

San Francisco Giants (M Bu) at Oakland Athletics (S Gray) -145
Minnesota Twins (P Hu) at Seattle Mariners (C Young) -119
Risk 1 unit to Win 3.1095

I also put in straight wagers for 2 units each on Royals, White Sox, Astros, Brewers, and Over 7 runs in the Mets game. I'm thinking about putting something on Pittsburgh also, if I do it will be a straight wager for 2 units.

Seriously this is crazy they are offering 1.25 odds on under 8.5 goals lol.

Lol, might be a good bet if Germany decides to show some mercy.
349  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: leancuisine's Sports Picks (489 wins - 210 losses - 51 draws) on: July 08, 2014, 08:31:59 PM
This is crazy, I didn't think it would be this much of a blowout. Looks like it will be at least 12-0 Germany
350  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: leancuisine's Sports Picks (489 wins - 210 losses - 51 draws) on: July 08, 2014, 08:16:59 PM
I have another bet to add

Event : BAL @ WSH

Start Time : 07/08/2014 23:05

Competition : MLB 2014

Bet Type : Moneyline (Listed)

Your Selection : Washington (D Fister) @ 1.65

I was going to take O's since their offense has been solid, but just decided to stay away from this game. Are you going by pitchers and Home advantage?

352  Economy / Gambling / Re: Ratings and Reviews of Sportsbooks. Ask books questions, problems and feedback on: July 08, 2014, 07:35:48 PM
I've been using Casinobitco.in and Betcoin and can recommend both books. I tend to use Casinobitco.in more for sports since they have better odds, but I have placed quite a few bets at Betcoin and while I've had some minor issues with them their support is very responsive here in the forum and through email.

Both books offer contests but I believe only Betcoin offers a signup bonus, but that signup bonus has to be wagered in their casino (slots) and there is a rollover req. Betcoin also has a lot of promotions for their poker room and you can seamlessly use your chips for either the sportsbook, casino, or poker room. if you have no interest in poker or the casino I would go with Casinobitco.in for the better odds.
353  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: leancuisine's Sports Picks (489 wins - 210 losses - 51 draws) on: July 08, 2014, 04:23:38 PM
I won't be putting my bets in till later today but so far I'm looking at Astros, Brewers, White Sox, Royals and over 7 on the Mets game.  Depending on how the early games go I'll probably put something on Oakland and the Angels
354  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: leancuisine's Sports Picks (486 wins - 209 losses - 51 draws) on: July 08, 2014, 03:30:34 PM
This time they do very good job but Boston sucks my parlay and I am again on losing end but still looking for win hope tonight you have some good for me  Cheesy

4 team parlays are a bit tough, you should mix it up a little bit so you don't have everything riding on that 1 parlay. For example this is what I bet yesterday. All bets were 2 units.

Miami Marlins (T Ko) 104 at Arizona Diamondbacks (C An)
Minnesota Twins (K Co) at Seattle Mariners (H Iwakuma) -217  LOST 2 units

Toronto Blue Jays (J Happ) at Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim (J We) -175
Minnesota Twins (K Co) at Seattle Mariners (H Iwakuma) -217 WON 4.6 units

San Francisco Giants (R Vo) at Oakland Athletics (J Chavez) WON 3.2 units

San Francisco Giants (R Vo) at Oakland Athletics (J Chavez) -167
Toronto Blue Jays (J Happ) at Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim (J We) -172
Minnesota Twins (K Co) at Seattle Mariners (H Iwakuma) -213  WON 7.4 units

This might not be the best example but you get the idea. Usually I will have a couple more teams and a couple more parlays, I just couldn't get to a pc in time yesterday for the earlier games.
355  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: leancuisine's Sports Picks (486 wins - 209 losses - 51 draws) on: July 08, 2014, 05:05:30 AM
Baseball - MLB:

CHI White Sox @ BOS Red Sox
Pick: Boston ML 1.54 ** (lost)

PIT Pirates @ STL Cardinals
Pick: Cardinals ML 1.62 ** (won)

MIN Twins @ SEA Mariners
Pick: Mariners ML 1.47 ** (won)

SF Giants @ OAK Athletics

356  Economy / Gambling / Re: DirectBet – Best LIVE Sportsbook & Racebook. No Accounts. Instant Payouts. on: July 08, 2014, 05:02:22 AM
I haven't used Directbet (I usually use casinobitcoin or betcoinsports) but I've been checking up on this thread to see about using them in the future and from what I've seen DB didn't do anything wrong in regards to ts11111's bet. Isn't it well known that transfers from coinbase can be delayed? Looking at all the evidence I can't see anything that shows DB did anything wrong here, they clearly showed when the transfer was actually received which was 7 minutes later. Considering the way in which they operate (no deposits) I probably wouldn't use them for live bets but I certainly wouldn't hesitate to use them for betting in advance.

As far as peepsplace is concerned, I'm sorry but I just can't trust a poster from a site who solicits ad revenue from books and then rates/promotes them. Also the emails from them look suspicious as well. Why would you charge all other books 2 BTC a month yet you offered DB 1 BTC a month, something doesn't seem right.
Directbet was 1 BTC + 1% commission on volume. I realize that you don't know me from Adam but I've owned a couple of cash gambling websites, turned down lots of advertisers, taken banners down voluntarily forfeiting money when it looked like they were having problems and I paid players from my own pocket that were stiffed by BetOnSports because they had a banner up at my forum.

The BoS stiff job cost me some good coin. To my knowledge, no other forum has ever paid players that were stiffed by an advertiser.

If you have so much faith in your advertisers, will you cover any problems arising from Cloudbet, Anonibet, and Nitrogen?

And why do you post as Peeps Place if you don't run it? How are you affiliated with them?
I've been posting at peepsplace since 2003. I'm a forum junkie. I also post at other cash forums such as SBR, EOG, RX, MW.

If you have a disagreement with the ratings, then please tell me the book and why.

My disagreement is with a poster with the same name as a site who solicits ad revenue from books, looks to be bashing a book just because they decided not to place ads on that site. I've seen issues with Anonibet such as this https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=672929.0 which is considerably more than ts11111's wager. Will peepsplace cover his winnings if Anonibet doesn't?

I don't see what is so hard to understand.......

1) They received my bet, and it went to the negotiate state.
2) I checked the current odds, and they were the same 5.6 as they were when I ordered the bet. Yet my transfer was received and put in a negotiate state instead of being confirmed instantly upon receipt.
3) 2 minutes passed, and the odds dropped from 5.6 to 2.8.

They held my bet in a negotiate state even though my minimum odds (5.6) were still available!!!!!

I'm just going by the verifiable evidence that was posted. Considering the volatility of odds on live betting I find it a little hard to believe the odds would stay the same for almost 10 minutes. These are just my opinions on this matter.

Looks like you had some good picks today as usual Wink I had a few different combination parlays between Seattle, Oakland, and the Angels. My Marlins bet lost but hopefully everything else holds up and we all make some money today Wink
