First what we need to know is what part of the arm force is involved in this action because I believe that the army, airforce, and naval officers wouldn't patronize such stupidity. But when we talk about Nigerian police we can see that happen everyday. One thing is that most of the people that are being mistreated are people with low knowledge of the law or constitution, if you can defend yourself very well you wouldn't be harassed and sometime this guys are always the cause of there problem because as a hound man why will you be dressing in a way that you have to be harassed.

I have seen a young boy quote the law to the extent that police who were harassing him began to beg not that he had an important personnel but was a smart and intelligent citizen who knew the law very well, using it to defend himself. It's not just about knowing ones right but it's also about speaking them out, if a protest is conducted you guys who say we should stand up for our right will be the one to stay home without coming out.

perhaps you're very correct, just the way every industry has there own terminologies for communication so we have here in the bitcoin community hence altcoin is a word coined to describe coins that exist in the space that are not bitcoin. Altcoin is absolutely any coin/ token that is not believing but has same type of attribute that bitcoin possesses, which is equally being a digital money.

Are you seriously asking this question? Look there is someone out there with a salary of 20k holding a big family. Although they might not be feeding too fine but there is someone of such salary. Even people with 100k salary are holding big families, 200k is a good salary and it's even rare to see a job that can pay you such with your certificate.

Most of our lecturers are earning just 200k and there are doing well, so it's a person lifestyle, if you know how to manage your money, certainly you will able to hold a good number of family with your little salary but it will be nice to invest your money bitcoin or any thing can yield a good profit. Hence to manage your salary very well.

I have been hearing of this third party scam for long now it seems it's very strong in the crypto space now, but I've never seen anyone that is a victim of such scam till now.
I clearly understand how this can work I have seen it in order business sector, where some group of guys get people's ATM card and use it to buy a whole lot of gadgets from online vendors and companies that can deliver to there door steps, with this kind of idea that they got they some time frauded multi million accounts.

When I see people advocate that politicians should stop this act I wonder why it's been discussed here whereas when it comes to this politics we then to move away from it that we don't want to be part of it, then we still complain.

That's a very good question you have there, I think this is absolutely what everyone should be asking themselves and then leave it to be bothering us in order to push us buy bitcoin now. Some parents have this mentality that their children most have a job either after graduation from university or before the university so if you're not doing or going towards this expectation then you are considered a deviant child. I don't blame those parents for their actions it's because of the mentality they have about life, so when there is a social change in the society we owe them the task to begin to enlighten them on how the world is moving if not when they experience this social change for the first time it's begins to ring in their heads like you are doing something odd.

Discipline is what this type of parent terms the action whereas it's not, the defendant should have just clearly put it to his parents in a way that they would have understood instead of keeping quiet to the extent that he has to be arrested.

Bitcoin as a paradigm has its own vocabularies writing and spoken in its actions that occurs in the four years cycle bitcoin is really saying thinks we can't hear but the government isn't listening and most of us are responsible for that.

It's true that agriculture is a very important sector of a nation but if looked over it can be seen as less mean while it's even more important than some of the mineral resources that some countries focus on agriculture provides food resources for everyone and it makes price of goods and services reduced to some extent. Where almost everyone produces same goods or food it's very difficult for such goods to be very expensive because it will be common to each and every one, perhaps there will be no Ned for importation of food products.
If food products are not imported then the economy will begin to have a better shape because the amount of money that would have been spent of importing goods will be used for other valuables.

One big fact about agriculture is that it could be an economy biggest source of income but some leaders do not see that about it and hence don't invest much on it. If (agriculture) is being taken good care of things will begin to change gradually.

Building upon what a lot of people must have said here , there are lots of opportunities that lays around inflations, recession etc. perhaps there is recession in any country or environment with the high rate of goods that will be applied people will begin to seek for alternatives to replace goods which they may not be able to afford any more hence an opportunity is being created.

There is always an opportunity everywhere but it takes an entrepreneur to discover them and take action, using an example from my experience. Some time ago things became difficult in an area because of an issue a community had with another hence trade between this two important communities seized and that lead people to begin to find other means to survive and an entrepreneur saw this opportunity and decided to provide fish for the two communities since there are no more importations of such goods and with this little opportunity which happened for just a few months the entrepreneur got a huge profit from it.

There are good people everywhere but the bad ones influences the good ones to an extent that they will begin to change their perspective of helping the state to looting the country. Just as you have said it's good to have a man of the people as a leader one who's heart is with the masses than his stomach hence growth will keep coming from such good hands.

I usually think that if only one day we emerge by having a good chief executive officer of the country (president) then his good influence backed with power force will eventually transform the country, things we couldn't achieve in 30 years could achieved in 8 years of leadership. Perhaps if it's all dependent on me to make decisions for a nation I think I will retain a good government for up to 16 years than the regular 4 and 8 years rulership we have.

It's true that good government is the driving force of development of a country. And I think such people who do well in leadership should be appreciated with more tenure.

This is a very common scam in the crypto space but it's more likely to happen in our localities, this scammers are also crypto personnel's that knows the in and out of the market hence use such medium to keep you convinced that they are true dealers. There is an app that sends emails, messages, credit alerts messages etc just like the normal messages that one would expert from his or he bank or crypto wallet, this messages look very real and if one isn't careful enough can easily get scammed.

I have heard someone sometime ago complain of how they credited him a fake funds in his cashapp and another time wallet then asking him to send back because the amount sent to him was huge mean while it was all fake funds. So this person has to use her own real funds to send back the extra which is also a very huge amount of money now that the economy is very bad. If felt same way here after reading this thread.

Perhaps traders/vendors have to be very vigilant with who they deal with because a lot of people are going to a different level in doing fraud. Anyways you did well at least for informing the community on your notice about this new fraud.

For me, I for say make you just forget the money. I know say economy no good to that extent wey person fit just forget money like that but at least na 5k, if you try to call the person and if no way, just forget the money because no way wey you fit trace that kind money because if you try you go only spend more money than weytin you lose.

From my perspective what the guys in the conversation meant is quite different from what you perceived it to be. I think what this guys where actually saying is that bitcoin is not long a childish coin that one should play around with it, it should be taken as a serious investment rather than a coin for trading fir quick profit. What they mean in disguise is "bitcoin is not a get rich quick scheme". But you OP failed to view it from their perspective.

I believe this people who are succeeding with the new market strategy are not new to the space so they know there left and right in the crypto-sphere. Since bitcoin isn't a get rich quick scheme they have decided to settle for less, which is trade altcoins (shitcoins/memecoins) in order to generate quick profit now that we are in the greenish seasons of coins, so they buy at low price or the price at which the coin is about to be launched and then sell when it has been published big. I think I should even follow this steps and make huge from fit than argue that bitcoin isn't old school.

Perhaps we all love bitcoin but when it comes to quick profit we shouldn't be mentioning bitcoin any more and that's exactly what your guys where doing. They most have bitcoin in their portfolio as a long term investment but shitcoins for trading and quick profit.

That's my view of the bitcoin is old school statement, and if you're rational enough in think you will agree with me.

Perhaps you're lucky enough to be in the space right now and the market is bullish every single coin experiencing a green line on its neck, so choosing a coin shouldn't be a big deal for you. You can just hit coin market cap and look at the top 50 performing coins apart from bitcoin and Ethereum we have solana that is making the investors proud you can choose from there and hit the purchase button believe me at this point there is a very big chance of making your profit but if you buy memecoins you could also even when the market is greenish.

Solana it's at it's peak, and so most coins but you can still make a choice and hit a better chance by looking at the white papers and research more on those coins hence profit is at a high chance.

It's beyond doubt that investment in altcoins should solely dependant on ones research, although altcoins are risk but in order reduce risk we advise investors whether big or small investor to clear understand the concept in which the project he or she is about to invest on is all about, if it's not good enough to attract the masses attention then it's absolutely not a good idea to invest on them.

Without disputing the fact that investing in altcoins is more like gambling you have to risk every dime to profit then it should be solely on coins that has built reputation around the space in such a period of time, hence wagering is not advisable for anyone because it will only make you more broke than you ever be. Because one needs to make profit you should learn to reduce our risk to the minimum by first considering investing in a paradigm like bitcoin, then we could move slowly to Ethereum and so on.

Perhaps a lot of people missed the opportunity of investing in bitcoin while it was at it's early stage and thus altcoins as the name implies are there to act as bitcoin in the aspect of making your the expected profit which you would have gotten if you invested in bitcoin from the beginning.

Bitcoin has some flaws and altcoins are here to cover up for this flaws which it has, as Ethereum for example is an alternative coin that was coined as a result of the flaw of bitcoin having limited supply which is 21million and now Ethereum trying to cover for bitcoin was created in a manner that if doesn't have a limited supply, what it's saying essence is that the more the population of ethereum adopters  the likely they are to realise a new number in other to reach us all.

Another example of importance is when the network is congested altcoins are used for payment as a result so it does count.

Some people misuse opportunities, because you have the chance or opportunity to invest in crypto does not guarantee you to put all you life into it. They say people should be passionate about what they do but spend all you life including your health life for coins is worth two risk.

In a normal sense, it's only those who are alive that will eat the fruit of your labour so your life should be first before investment, your friend has lost it all to chasing the bag, I haven't seen anything that I'm so obsessed with that will lead me to taking unnecessary actions against my health and life. 

Directing to your question, investment is a necessity and also a want, they both work Viz vice. One need to invest in any area of life which he or she chooses but it's also if you want. Basically if you don't invest you will end up moving from the social status ladder of being poor to wretched level where you wouldn't be able to find food. But in the aspect of the story your friend is probably losing it to the market.

Perhaps crypto is making a lot of changes in our society today with it's growth in adoption but I don't see it as a ground that it will be adopted to the point of being as easy as fiat, crypto could make all of its progress but it can not stand the positions of fiat.
Although we the users can only increase it's potentials by adopting it the more and supporting it's progress but be rest assured that crypto wouldn't take the place of fiat in this current generation, because of it's little flaws.

Anyways highlighting from your point, we are already in the crypto era as an investment but not as a currency for a regular use like the fiat.
