I believe it is quite possible for Bitcoin to reach even $20k by the end of 2020, with crypto and especial the king coin bitcoin anything can happen. I guess we just need to keep our fingers crossed and hope for the very best of 2020.
Its possible we are still in the Q3, its going to reach the ATH by holidays. We can't say yet whether this growth rate will keep on. The news about BTC considered as money in DC law will probably be pushing the price to keep moving up. And then there is the defi that also help the cryptocurrency market to be more interesting. |

BTC dominance still is 60%. That is huge enough that won't drop instantly and though during the 2017 pump, the dominance decreased but I don't think it will actually push Bitcoin to have less dominance and will be replaced by another. Price has already started climbing right now up to 11%. It might not break that S1. Last week should have been a good time to get more ADA while it dips a bit allowing BTC and other altcoins to grow but now they are mooning at the same time. Is not it the chart was showing a bull signal for short term? Is there a token only found in hitbtc today because most of the coins that are in hitbtc are also in other exchanges. AS far as I know hitbtc still allow users to withdraw funds less than 1BTC so there is no need to look for someone to do it for you.

They tend to say some investors prefer altcoins because they are bagging altcoins that have the potentials to rise up. during 2017 bullrun, there are tons of altcoins who also blooms out which prices unexpected bloated, the holders earned hundred to millions. There is no reason for them to just keep only BTC on their portfolio, there are more in altcoins than BTC alone. But I still think BTC dominance will come to an end. Its the base currency in crypto, its not going to end.

Its true that for someone who sees speculation that BTC will go up to $1M in a year or so, they will also believe. If it comes from someone like John Mcafee who is a popular figure in the tech world, people will believe the speculation and only to find out the price dips very low that they tend to sell out of panic.
But we just can't stop people from speculating, after all, its how currencies are dealt. Even the fiat currencies are speculated in the forex market.

If I just have to sum it up for one general rule of thumb, its just to tell you not to invest in any altcoin at all but only BTC.
you can never go wrong with investing only in BTC no matter how little this investment you have as long as its BTC, you will profit from it. For altcoins, I guess if you have some time to waste like me who collects altcoins do it with the reality that no matter how legit the project may look, they still can be scam.

Chainlink is among the Defi? There are more Defi projects to come and it will add up the list, there are however projects that don't fit in the category. I was expecting Bancor Jarvis Token to be among the top 10 but its too far below the list. Coinmarketcap now has a display for DeFi Tokens by Market Capitalization. I think this is great though, specially for those who are not familiar with this new hype is crypto market, so good job CZ (although sometimes I think he is becoming too powerful!). It is a good addition to cmc as defi is the new hype in the market at the moment and addition of specifically defi section in the cmc will add fuel to the flame. There are some hybrid kind of crypto banking, wallet, exchange and lending kind of projects which can fall in defi category but somehow they are not considered defi may be because they are not completely blockchain based so i think in future they should also consider adding crypto finance category that include all type of finance related projects both centralized and decentralized. Its Binance becoming powerful is somehow too dangerous. If they have the mining pool just as they were planing, they'd be unstoppable. Rollingback would be easy. |

Right now, no update about new listing and i think not necessary to added new exchanges, still a few exchange is good enough. Biki isn’t major exchange but it’s a hype now. OKS have good fund as per as token sold out an ico. Big exchange in the future that's we can expected.

We need it because people buy the idea and when bullrun comes you'll get more money out of it. I do think this is enough reason without thinking about the technology behind Bitcoin. If people use BTC as an investment or as a money-laundering tool then its up to them to make use of it. But they shouldn't think like there are no consequences though.
Since it has a value already before I got into BTC, I then use it and NEED BTC because I don't wanna go back to PayPal.

I don't understand why you mentioned KICK, this is a bullshit project in this market and I recommend you stay away from it. I saw a lot of FUD for this project and they had a shady airdrop, people couldn't sell those tokens and they locked it indefinitely. What they said about KICK freezing the tokens is true though. It's not a FUD. Those 800K airdropped to us can't even be sent to any exchange for use to sell. They do have their exchange which if they can just open it up for the KICK tokens, they should at least to win back their reputation. You need to email there support. I happen to also not save my 2fa code so their system asked me to provide KYC again. Shit happens.
What you provide for KYC the last time you did it must also be the one for quick approval. I learned this because I tend to submit my drivers license the 2nd time. But they reminded me that I submitted passport during my first verification so I did submit my password again. It was time consuming because it took aweek to 10 days when you do account recovery.

Its not about winning over BTC is the aim of all the projects, most of them are all for decentralization and convenience in crypto. They may not exceed the BTC price but they are gaining a community who will be using them as they intend to.
Just like BTC, There are hundreds to thousands of these altcoins paired to USDT and other fiat currencies. The one that might just be aiming to beat BTC dominance is the BNB. BNB is trying to conquer the world, it may not be surprising that 5 to 10 years later its going to sit in the 2nd spot of the CMC rank.

Its almost unbelievable to see some Defi tokens keep going up today, I only saw the token dip a bit and continue to rise up again so I'm already thinking when it would be dumped particularly the SNX. I have some of it already I bought when its more than $1.25, I profit more than 100% already. I wanna buyback but it keeps pushing up lol I'm losing the opportunity.
Defi is the Future. Great Platform really iBTC and sBTC will probably be the ones that we'd be trading in the years to come.

After years this type os scam still is working in crypto. There is just no amount of reminders that will keep people to be warned in sending tokens to someone even if they know it's not coming back to them. They beleive in the word GIVEAWAY when they were sending tokens to get the giveaway. Its give a bad impression to cryptocurrency every time news like this comes up to social media.

It would be interesting if Tiktok will actaully release a token of thier own. That would make it more relevant in crypto platform for promotion. Its not going ot be the first as far as I know reddit seem to have plans to release thier own token too. Twitter, Facebook, TikTok,... every one of them is a social media platform. If we see an influencer with a lot of followers mention about a crypto and cause a sensation on Twitter then it is the same for TikTok. Better, TikTok's demographic is more easily to be influenced when it comes to crypto since they are young, lack of knowledge,... So yes, TikTok is a great social media to shill your fav crypto.
Just about anywhere we can shill our fav token. There had been threads everywhere in the forum just for shilling but this will gives you the idea which token gets good support from the community. |

These days, DeFi platforms are making big waves and because of this we can expect more and more and more and more DeFi oriented projects can be coming our way but by the time these new projects can hit the ground am sure that the DeFi avalanche will already be cooling.
Defi project is already added on coinbase too like Compound, Maker, Aave, Kybe, Elrond and as far as Bancor will be supported by coinbase. I have read some articles about it. Things are getting exciting with Defis already now that most of them are rising particularly the Synthetix and Aave on CMC.

So far two DeFi project has totally awestruck me -OIKOS CASH(OKS) and Compound coin.OIkos coin has run their IEO on 0.01$ and now their price is 0.04$.But due to some misunderstanding with justin sun Oikos price has fallen.But I think oks has great potential. I have not used tiktok but if it can help like how it helped doge go viral then why not use it. There is always a way to make tiktok work especially if its not banned in your country. If a team wants to use it because they want people to just dance to spark the bullrun they are free to do so.
Facebook and twitter though are tested platform to promote a project to go viral so its always been useful.
TikTok is just a video social network for short videos like vine but the best thing is they have this accurate AI integration that shapes your feed according to the content you like to spend your time on. They are quite popular among youths. And just like any other social media, they have privacy concerns and are targeted a bit more as it's parent company is from China. Does Accurate AI integration mean like the next video you watch just right now will be related to the next video that's coming to flash on your screen? Somehow it sound like its a good platform to make promotion. There is nothing wrong if its parent company is from China as long as if can be used to market fellow users who are also interested to what is promoted. Facebook has privacy issue too. It would only matter to someone's personal choice. |
