Something interesting here. I know that the initial Email from Josh came out a while back, but I do not recall seeing the replies that are here. Josh states flat out the the $20 Floor was a promise made to sell Paycoin and that it can not be honored, yet they intend to proceed anyways. FRAUD, plain and simple.
I think there are more emails related to this one, I will continue to chase these after the next coat of paint here.

ForthwithTM

We need to make a thread "winners box" or something.... that would certainly go in there!

Anyone have Joe Mordica's emails? I see a lot of other people involved with GAW/Paycoin emails, but no Joe@gawminers.com

have they been leaked?

well, no joe mbox in the geniusesatwork.com emails even though that's clearly his geniusesatwork email address.

can anyone point to a place to download the gawminers.com and gaw.com emails?

I wonder why suchmoon is targeted when Paul Revere has been a much more tenacious critic. suchmoon's pretty low key. Paul Revere is a pitbull.

I hacked Paul Revere's account and found this grainy security camera shot still of him. Looks like he just stole something and is trying to escape.  Maybe one of the hashtards can help identify him:

Turns out he's some kind of terrorist. Look at this shit:

Quote from: Paul Revere
In the Fall of 1774 & Winter of 1775, I was one of upwards of thirty, chiefly mechanics, who formed ourselves into a committee for the purpose of watching the movements of the British soldiers, and gaining every intelligence of the movements of the Tories.
Fuck. The hammer's really gonna fall now we've been associating with a known insurrectionist this whole time!

Screw that insurrectionist noise!
I've been waiting for my horselettes since late 1775
and want to know when Revere's gonna finally make them available?

HA!  Sorry.. fiction has to be believable... this shit could only be 'in real life' (and may signal the existence of a serious IQ sink-hole in the NE United States)
346  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: April 16, 2015, 01:58:39 PM
thanks for admitting you have multiple families  Grin maybe do not fuck everything that moves? specially your customers

The beginning of his post is quite interesting. He acknowledges the email leaks and blames those same people on ruining lives. I believe it was someone close to him business wise that leaked the emails, not someone here.
He then blames the same for the release of pics and private info, which was once again, by GAW insiders. He then adds the death/rape threat stuff at the end of the paragraph. apparently "They" then morphs again into those that laugh at people losing (sorry, loosing) money while dumping coins.

Either everyone is "They" and are against him, or "They" are the person/people who released the emails. This man is seriously delusional, criminal and will always blame others for his own insecurities and failures.

He's trying to push the Hashtards into revenge buying and, if you look at cryptsy it's working. I also wouldn't put it past some of the people exposed in these emails to be out there revenge buying as well how better to prove you didn't loose USD$100 on a scam then to pump another $5k into it!

I will be sending you a very detailed email and listing shortly. There are several items that were in the house that are a integral part of the house that are missing and need to be returned, I will send you that list as well. As for the mail, I am not aware of the status of this.

That sounds like they sold off the fireplace or something... was this an older structure or a newer one?  Of course, it could also mean that he scrapped all the copper pipes from the place for money.... if that's the case... Sheryl has AMAZING control in her writing.

Reference that "plum" Amex card posted earlier in the thread.

See Fraser in his infinite wisdom has Homero and his operations handle all his personal finances. Brilliant. There was that earlier WiFi roaming charge billing for the Fraser family also, that suddenly appeared on the internet.

Note all the time how baffled poor "stu" is when it comes to his personal finances. Homero sure got himself a softie in this guy to dip into his pockets when he's not looking.

Quote
you sounded much better, sorry to bother you today..  Please get the statement for the Plum card and wee who's been using it, it does make me nervious.  I cancelled the extra cards and they are sending a new one.  Keep it for now or sent it to me. I have no idea whose name will be on it.
Let me know when you get it and send me a copy of the statement too. At some point I want to cancel the accoiuntor whatever.
 Thanks,
  stu

Okay... this sounds like Garza is Stu's boyfriend... all of these posts... like how Garza wrote to him in that long email... how Stu is providing Garza money at the drop of a hat... can't imagine friends that close unless they're friends-with-benefits... and, that one long email by Garza sounds like it's mutual. That would explain why Stu appears to not have two brain cells to rub together.

Josh writes an email to Juliette Dunlevy and Dan Pease;
Quote
Hello,
Stuart needed to keep money “out of sight” a few weeks ago, so he borrowed it from me.
Because of that, he is not in a position to move any money around for a few months.
As such, he has asked that the company pay me back, and he will pay back the company in a few months. The amount is 150k.
Please characterize it as a loan to him.
Thank you for your attention and discretion. And yes, even millionaires borrow money from each other Smiley
http://pastebin.com/f4nzK2rA
 Huh
lol nothing shady going on here

This doesn't even make sense?  If I, Buckeye, need to hide money for a few months... why would I, Buckeye, borrow that same amount from... say... Fargo?
OH... and BTW... Fargo... I need to hide $150k too... you willing to lend it to me? GAWMiners will pay you back :-)

Fat stacks of Benji's for Christmas, Yo!
Straight in from Cryptsy after dumping XPY and then out of Josh's BTC wallet here: https://blockchain.info/address/1Ep5cvvkpnTPoiQgpC3UxkyckrVQSMxyTm
Straight to Buttercoin to be changed into U$D. CHA CHING! Over and over and over- just as everyone (with any common sense) had figured was happening all along.
Looks like Buttercoin shut their doors on April 10th.

I saw that... so... wonder how much ol' Cedric walked away with?  Maybe the Garza SEC tarbaby will get stuck on him as well.

TLDR: Josh Garza is such a useless fuck he had to promise huge portions of equity for other people to build the company for him. The surprise ending: he didn't give them the equity. So they built the company for Josh and Josh reaped the benefits.

HEY, HEY, HEY.... he was just selling virtual businesslets, where do you think he got the hashlets idea from... the man is a GENIUS!

BUT - OMG... it is like this guy intentionally trolled for people who were dumb as fuck (and also couldn't spell or write for shit!)... All these people knew they were getting into bed with a thief (Stu was even a part of his telco rip off!) and they thought there was going to be honor among thieves?
I hate to point out the obvious but dumb people are poor for a reason! Once Joshipoo is done with this I expect we will see him morph into a television evangilist and find a bunch more dumb people to help get rich and go to heaven!
[/quote]

UM... Stu don't strike me as poor... nor do a lot of the people who assisted this scam. Maybe it's just my vantage point in life, but these are not people who debate if their last $40 should go to fuel to get back and forth to work or to pay the Internet bill.
352  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: April 15, 2015, 11:55:28 PM
You have to agree that for something that's been teased for over 24hours...

Then it consisted of two unsigned employment agreements that were in MS Word (so, could be completely edited at will - where's a pdf of the signed contracts if he actually spoke with these two?), an email message that's probably from the dump, since it does not good for Stu to admit he's a dumb ass, and incorporation papers that were attached to a dumped email... THEN, the quote from Garza is for 50% (not 51% as stated in the text)... and the email attached as evidence of Stu's cut, shows Garza was retaining 41%.

The article really is underwhelming.

To clarify that's only one tiny part of the interview.  The article were teasing is not this.

Okay... I'll take your word for it... it's always good to see good reporting on this issue to help clarify how really big this scam is. This isn't just a Garza thing... there were tens of people who intentionally aided this scam, including the investors portrayed as victims. My personal request... please try to find/include dates on all of your cites so we can put together a timeline of this thing. Feel free to PM me if you want an editor.

On the topic of coinfire, I found something interesting, that I don't think was shared here yet.

http://www.crimeflare.com/cgi-bin/domlist/_3377-may-simon lists all of these domains as likely belonging to the same cloudflare account:

Quote
btcadnetwork.com
chainradio.com
coinfire.cf
coinfire.io
coinwhale.club
cookiesforcoins.com
dailyhashrate.com
greatbigbit.com
lifedatatech.com
mostinteresting.co
prizezilla.com
redbottomsshoesonsale.com
theblissfulproject.com

As several are known to belong to coinfire, it's likely the others do too. Anyone want to further investigate might find something.

Edit: hm http://coinfire.io/2015/01/22/btc-ad-network-raises-100k/. Anyone want to explain why a site "not owned" by Coinfire is using the same cloudflare account?

Um... maybe because cloudflare is a service provider and lumps accounts based on throughput needs?  It's no different than a hostgator hosted website sharing same IP address as 10 other accounts... they're service providers giving lower cost services by lumping together lots of little folk to ride one big service front end, unless you want to pay very big $$$, you don't get exclusive portals.

On the file dumps....

It appears that these are searches that were conducted for the SEC response. E.g. the file that starts out with XPY_... is a search for docs w/"XPY" in them. So, these are not complete files of their email system, simply the results of the searches that were conducted apparently on Mar 24, 2015.

Minutes after I made that post directly linking Josh to Cryptsy dumping there was a massive pump started:

Just another in a never ending string of coincidences.....

I think I saw a rah-rah session spinning up on hashtalk, so it may be part of that theater and not directly related?
358  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: April 15, 2015, 10:44:30 PM
Ok strange turn of events

The PayCoin foundation sent me 1 BTC for the bit of help that stabilized their sync problems.

Do I help the foundation sort out their problems?

I don't think I'd like to see all those investors lose everything, it's really only a few people that fucked everyone over.

What ever you do ends up as open source on the github, right? So, it adds to the crypto community (even if this shitcoin does screw it in a big way)

Now, the really interesting thing is when I search Google for josh@fullybuiltinc.com, I came across this forum thread which indicates that the company Fully Built Inc. was part of the car theft ring back in 2011 run by a "Josh Friedman":
http://www.evoxforums.com/forums/archive/index.php/t-43220.html
http://www.grab-a-lane.com/forums/archive/index.php/t-668.html

There are bunch more but why would "Josh Garza" be getting emails directed to josh@fullybuiltinc.comHuhHuh??

Garza and Stu had (still have since Jan 2012?) a business called Gaser Inc. (note the single s) and when I tried to run it down, was overwhelmed with gaSSers type stuff related to old cars and such. ( cite: http://www.bizapedia.com/ma/GASER-INC.html )

No idea then. Maybe it will surface again somewhere, hopefully with a last name attached.

Leo Iruke. Houston area attorney specializing in international law. Associate of Marshall Long. They didn't use him because, as Mordica put it, "Leo is to expensive."

Here's his profile in Texas: http://www.texasbar.com/AM/Template.cfm?Section=Find_A_Lawyer&template=/Customsource/MemberDirectory/MemberDirectoryDetail.cfm&ContactID=301536

His firm is: Empire Law Firm Pllc

Yes. This is from the GAW Engagement Offshore .PDF

NOTICE THE DATE on that file... since he's located in TX, but using a UT (or NV?) address, we'll be generous and say that was prepared NOVEMBER 10, 2014.... so, he was always going to run with the funds. He didn't just blunder into a lot of screwed up stuff and a pack of bad developers....
