Although I am too busy, it may be time to resurrect http://gawgate.com and see about letting one or more of the trusted users here manage it to host the monster leaks and other relevant content related to all things Garza/GAW related. <<Pinging Paul Revere>> Scott- I can try to help. But, I really no nothing about managing a website. So if it involves anything technical in that aspect, I am afraid I am not the right guy.

Marshall Long is probably FinalHash/BetaRigs. FinalHash organized the Vegas conference (Oct 2014) and recently purchased BetaRigs. Edit: here are some of his posts in this thread a while ago: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=373815;sa=showPosts;start=20Leo - not sure, depends on context.

Leo Iruke. Houston area attorney specializing in international law. Associate of Marshall Long. They didn't use him because, as Mordica put it, "Leo is to expensive."

The mechanics of offshoring their assets eludes me. It looks like they were going to use some strategy involving Buttercoin, then Buttercoin dropped their account because they're not rachet, so IDK. The only other institution I've found mentioned is Express Coin, so maybe they ended up using them to sell their BTC and deposit funds in an account in some other country.
Edit: Buckeye2015 answered the offshore logistics question in rather grandiose fashion. Kudos.

Yes. This is from the GAW Engagement Offshore .PDF He proposed a group of corporations based in Dubai for GAW, to not hide from the taxman or angry investors, of course..

How do you know mordica said he was expensive? I ask because the strategy for shuffling funds off shore w/out taxes was to use a non-profit front and it's kind of interesting that mordica suddenly is running a non-profit.

Well, that was a literal quote from Mordica, included because he misspelled "too", and that makes me giggle. Then there's this: Not a problem bro. We're here in case you need anything. Hope to see you all in a few weeks in Mia.

So I don't know for sure that they, individually or collectively, didn't eventually use him for things.

Yes. This is from the GAW Engagement Offshore .PDF NOTICE THE DATE on that file... since he's located in TX, but using a UT (or NV?) address, we'll be generous and say that was prepared NOVEMBER 10, 2014.... so, he was always going to run with the funds. He didn't just blunder into a lot of screwed up stuff and a pack of bad developers....

Oh, yeah, after they started with the virtual (I SAID IT AGAIN) miners, it wasn't long before it became clear where this was going. Finding explicit statements in the emails is tough, though. I think he kept most of the planning in meetings.
