341  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do Anyone Think Luna Will Recover? on: May 24, 2023, 05:58:54 AM
The price of Luna has dropped drastically since last year but until now it seems that the price of Luna does not have the potential to increase again. Therefore, it is difficult to make a definite prediction on the future price of Luna as it will depend on a number of factors, including market demand, adoption and competition from other cryptocurrencies.

People do not want to hear the truth but we wouldn't keep mute because they refused to learn. If have the money to invest in altcoin, Luna will be out of my list of favourite because there is nothing happening on that coin, the previous investors are waiting to cashout their losses and people are not having interest, the volume has gone down to the lowest and infact, the developers has moved into another projects. The investors that are in the market are all waiting for the right time to invest in other new projects and not this ones that have died already and could trapped their money as liquidity exit.
Correct. Indeed, many people do not want to hear the truth, especially for those who are just starting to invest in crypto currency. What's more, they invest in cryptocurrencies without doing their own research but just hype so that many of them are trapped in losses. Especially for those who have invested in LUNA, it seems that there is no hope of recovering the losses they have suffered because LUNA capitalization in the crypto market continues to fall very deeply and it is very difficult to get back up.
It is impossible to recover the money of those who invested in LUNA. Because those who invested lost all their money. No one imagined that such a big project would be destroyed like this. But we have to be careful if we are in the wrong place.  We have to withdraw the money from there to invest. Otherwise there is a possibility of losing our money.
342  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I don't know if am right or wrong about this. on: May 24, 2023, 03:19:06 AM
No need to hide anything from him,Think it is better to tell him all about trading and the risk it involves and that it is a game of wins and losses, cause nobody can avoid them. You can help him with Trading courses, Tutorials and some educational materials.Help guide him through the learning process who knows he may learn the process and be a profitable trader like you someday.
I have seen people who trade most of the time keep an eye on the cryptocurrency market. If you want to trade you need to keep an eye on the cryptocurrency market. If you choose the right coin you can make a profit. If you invest in the wrong coin you will  There will be a risk of losing money. I think first we need to start trading with a good understanding of the market.
343  Economy / Economics / Re: The Role of Education in Financial Literacy on: May 23, 2023, 03:25:18 AM
Education is the key to success. The more education you get in life, the better you can organize your life. But learning has no end or age. A person's life is fulfilled if practical experience can be gained in addition to education. It is possible to rise to the extreme level of success in life by using the knowledge and practical experience gained through education. But without education it is not possible to be so successful in life by using only practical experience because an educated person can easily gain any work experience if he wants but an experienced person cannot get the same education as an educated person. So we should give highest priority to education and life is full if practical experience can be gained along with education.
no duobt about it - but the time we are living in - most of our elders are not much educated and yet they value relation and people
but these days - people are educated and yet they dont value people and relation ships.

The people of earlier days had a lot in common, now if we look, there is such a situation that there is no similarity with the family members.  We are going to see a worse situation. We are living in an unspeakable situation.
344  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is "dying". on: May 23, 2023, 03:18:50 AM
I don't bitcoin will die easily it is the most valuable coin in crypto and many investor wanted to have it and use it as an investment for a long term, so its price and value will maybe become double in the next generation and it will not simply die, it will surely become more valuable that is why many people hold it today
I think very soon bitcoin will go to a state where everything can be paid through bitcoin. But those who have invested in bitcoin have done a smart thing. The price of bitcoin is where it is now and in a few years the price will increase several times more.  I want to keep some money invested in this for a few years. I hope after a few years Bitcoin will go well.

346  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Investing doesn't guarantee you to be rich on: May 21, 2023, 05:09:18 AM
Investing doesn't guarantee you becoming rich, it depends on what you are investing in and how much you are investing in it. Matter of fact, investing can also make you poor. Imagine putting all your hard earned money on an investment that ended up failing woefully.
So you see, beside all you have listed out here, you also need to be smart with your investment.
There are very few people who have become rich by investing. Most people who invest are still losing a lot of money. I think we need to invest in the right coins to invest.  But the way bitcoin is in the market right now is the right place to make an investment. It is a market worth keeping, so if we can invest now, it will be very profitable for us.
347  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you spend more-do you get more? on: May 21, 2023, 03:47:10 AM
if you mean in terms of investment scope, then that is the right thinking. the more you invest, the more you get. it only works when you invest in the right things. having a main job and many needs is not something that will prevent you from investing. that's why many people say that you need to manage the salary you have so you can insert a few percent to invest. if your investment is successful, you may be able to become a rich man, and have more businesses that earn more income. if you don't have a rich family then start from yourself.
Yes, I think the more you invest, the more money you will get. But if you make a wrong decision, there is a possibility of losing money, so you have to think carefully before investing. But don't think twice before investing for a job.  If he invests all his money for the whole month then he will make a big mistake. He has to invest some of his money and it will be better if he uses the remaining money for other purposes. In this way, there is a possibility of becoming rich.
348  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The biggest No while trading on: May 20, 2023, 04:29:40 AM
Don't ever trade if you're doing this to pay your debt because it's not a good idea especially if you have no source of income other than this. It will just makes you lose more money in trading because you will force to trade and when you are consistent in losing it will make you revenge in trading which is very dangerous that will risk your capital so much. Just trade with small funds and don't rely your daily needs with it. You need to have outside job until you're a profitable in trading and you proved that trading can sustain your daily needs.
Trading is not a good source of income for newbies, because losing is normal so its not really advisable to trade and expect profit in return instantly. There’s a lot of pressure that you need to consider before trading, make sure that you will start doing this if you are already financially capable. I do lose a lot of money from trading because of  a lot of mistakes, and I’m telling this based on my own experience, don’t ever go full time trader if you don’t have the right knowledge yet, its too risky.
We know that almost everyone has lost their money while trading in new situation. But the more money you lose, the more you can learn new strategies from here. I think you should think before trading and trade after. But if you take advice from others.  It might be a little better for you.
349  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Spot trading or future trading which trading is best for beginers? on: May 20, 2023, 04:25:17 AM
Spot trading or future trading which trading is best for beginers?
Trading is the riskiest business. It is better to trade with the amount of money you can afford to lose on the trading platform. For beginners I will support spot trading first. Because even if you lose on the spot trading platform, you will have the possibility to recover your loss later. Whenever a new trader trades on the futures trading platform and at that moment if he makes a loss then his balance will instantly become 0. If you lose on a futures trading platform you can never recover that loss. Because futures trading is my real experience. I have lost a lot of money on future trading platform so I say future trading platform is never suitable for beginner trader.
If a new trader is thinking of trading then he can never be thought of as a profit. I have seen that those who trade with the thought of profit have a big chance of losing their money. But in the new situation there is a possibility of losing some money.  There will be a possibility of earning money.
350  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Meme coins still a good invest? on: April 02, 2023, 04:29:59 PM
Do you think that meme coins still have a chance to do well in the next bull market? Would you still invest on projects like shiba inu and floki inu.
I'm still hoping that Shiba Inu price will go up if bitcoin price ever hits 90$k. But I bought Shiba Inu a few days ago.  Hopefully after few years Shiba Inu may be profitable. Now deterring new investment.
351  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Y series trends... What do you think? on: September 03, 2020, 02:28:40 PM
Too many new Y series tokens have been launched after YFI was successful, this is because investors FOMO to buy any token they see YF. This leads to investors getting rugged or scammed especially if they say liquidity is locked on uniswap via UNC and also use good promoters on telegram.
352  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't invest for quick gains only on: September 03, 2020, 12:41:25 AM
Just like the way most of us want to invest and cash out immediately lol. But then, if we you are in a big project and you see a glaring future about it, it's good to invest and let it grow, not only short and quick investment only.

Few coins are cool for very long term investment, I agree with you. But there is nothing wrong with making quick gains on some trade setups, speaking from the angle of a price action trader. Sometimes I see highly profitable setups with good R:R ratio and swing trade them for short term purpose. This doesn't mean I don't keep some coins for very long term.
353  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETHEREUM GAS FEES MIGHT NEVER GO DOWN AGAIN on: September 01, 2020, 10:31:11 PM
The current ETH fees is just so annoying, sometimes I spend between 7$  to 15$ in a transaction. The worst is when I'm on Uniswap, the swapping fees are insane lately. I was charged 8$ for sending out a token worth just 21$. I do not totally agree with OP that ETH fees may never come down, let's hope ETH 2.0 final stage brings a change.
354  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be careful with scam copycats of YFI on: August 31, 2020, 09:59:33 PM
So many people will get rekt chasing all new YF tokens, especially on uniswap. Up to 5 surface daily and some run with investor funds. What they learnt to do now is to lock some tokens on uniswap via UNC to build investor trust, with no aims to deliver product, just to sell their tokens. The YFIE and YFIS that OP mentioned belonged to one project, till date they haven't updated website as promised then today they came up with a new token entirely YFIV or so. These rugs keep scamming cryoto investors and investors won't learn their lessons.
355  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Deflationary Tokens on: August 30, 2020, 05:56:21 PM
Deflationary Tokens based on smart contract is a great way to boost the token volatility. Since the tokens are continuously getting lesser in number, the price will be always in swing. It will be interesting that how this coin will be adapted when total circulating tokens will be half of the total number of coins.

I understand deflationary token concept helps to reduce circulating supply and hence increase demand for the token, but then some new projects are having a big misconception about it. I bought one DEFI token on uniswap and sent it out to a centralized exchange since my main aim was arbitrage, 20% of the token was burnt upon that transfer to my greatest dismay. What kind of token architecture is that? Some new DEFI token are adding the deflationary concept to spice things up anyway.
356  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers in a top exchanges telegram groups on: August 29, 2020, 03:49:10 PM
These scammers do not only exist in top exchange Telegram groups, all projects doing well have scammers in their groups. Once you ask any question related to deposit/withdrawal/token purchase for instance, they chat you up immediately. They mainly use admin profile picture and name, with similar username since no two usernames can be the same. You don't need to do findings to know if its a scammer or not, a legit admin won't chat you first.
357  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New projects and their unreal excuses on: August 28, 2020, 10:25:59 PM
I still think Pandemic has its way of containing the development across most sectors. The success seen in online service businesses were developed before such a time for such circumstances and thrived so well. Very few coin were able to get like crytpocurrency did, it was just panic and the market got back so well start the mild bull. The sentiment had change and it is improving with the all the panic sell off in march, we can see how new coins are getting into the market again

The pandemic for sure has some level of limitations to project's success, but this doesn't entirely stop a good team from fostering development, unless they are producing a hardware product. Zoom has made it easy for live meetings, hence there is no need for physical team meetings to decide or share ideas on project growth. Most projects build dapps or other software products, which are not affected by the pandemic.
358  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [Guide] Best Altcoins to Invest in 2020 on: August 28, 2020, 05:06:55 PM
OP, It will be cool to give insights on why you think the coins on your list are your best picks for investment this year, this will make much sense rather dropping these coins without any reasons. Of course everyone knows ETH is a good coin to invest in, but for others give some insights.
359  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 💩DeFi scams [history]💩 on: August 27, 2020, 09:50:35 PM
Creating DeFi projects and no done due diligence and testing for their smart contract? This clearly shows a scam and the initial idea was to attract investors from social media hype. We should be careful about such projects.

YAM Finance team actually failed with regards of proper test running before launch, however you can't conclude it was a scam plot. Projects like Quantstamp are neglected, this project runs security audits for smart contracts and many startups fail to consult them which is not correct. If I were an investor in YAM, I will also lose some level of confidence in the team since they didn't do their home work properly before public launch. It's true that so many new scam DEFI projects are on the rise, we should be careful what we invest in.
360  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust USDT? on: August 27, 2020, 07:22:40 PM
I'm not sure I trust usdt, especially usdt can lock our coin and actuall trust more in stablecoins besides usdt, it's just that sometimes in some exchange stablecoins available only usdt so forced if I want to secure assets I think only usdt I can used .

I'm interested in knowing some points why you don't trust USDT? is it due to the fact that SEC drags the Tether firm and Bitfinex on different occasions or there is more to it? I don't think there is anything wrong with making use of USDT, besides its the most widely used stablecoin with the greatest Liquidity and mcap.
