Seriously, that's how difficult it is to use their platform. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't make a good reputation here and I just don't trust them to use it. It seems like the only outcome is that they don't want to give it to you, much more. It is frustrating when there are so many questions and demands. It's easy to deposit but difficult to withdraw.
I am always very suspicious of this kind of people, many people have lost a lot of money with this kind of projects and people, then often they have the physical base in countries where it is very difficult to assert their rights if they cheat you, hope make sense what i say! |

The best way to solve an issue would be to send a message to our support, they will definetely help. If you don't get a response from they within 24 hours, please send us another PM here or message any admin on our Discord channel. I leave them on your website if one day they are worth something if they are still there I ask you to solve the problem! It seems ridiculous to me that now for 40 dollars I have to give you a passport my pics , home address, what I eat, when I got married etc etc... what do you need then, what do you have to do with all my data? I contacted the support they want my bills to check where I live, only the passport and the live photo are not enough, what are they afraid of that I run away with 40 dollars?
