Bitdrachma is peer-to-peer electronic cash system that uses Blockchain technology based on Bitcoin to create consensus
among the the network. The protocol has an internal currency called bitdrachma DRA (₯) that incentives miners to confirm
transactions and help secure the network.
Bitdrachma uses a blockchain security system called proof-of-stake to prevent double spending and solve the Greek
Generals problem. All the coins were fairly distributed using an asic resistant proof-of-work system with the X11 algorithm.
Proof of stake (5% annually) will start almost immediately as an incentive to keep the bitdrachmas in your wallet to grow as an investment

The held BTC will only be released to the developer after DRA coins have been distributed, and there's an overall stability of the wallets, and blockchain. First 50% of fund wil be released max 48 hours after launch and coin delivery.
The remaining ICO money will be sent to DEV a week later after that it is impossible to revert.
Funds sent after the end of the ICO won't be elegible for claiming the DRA corresponding.
FEE: 5% of the total received on the escrow address, taken after the end of ICO
