so how can the investors be sure you will not "disappear" after the ICO funds have been transferred to you - if there will be "trusted" escrow that will handle ICO funds. Even having "shares" distributed, it will be worth nothing unless a working product is delivered on time and without bugs and issues. Personally i didnt have any problem with him after the first delay, he was honest and explained the reason about the delay. But after he disappeared for weeks i couldnt trust him anymore.

Question is more if you personally believe Incent will be worth more than the price you can buy it for now. For me, this is the case why I will most probably make another purchase towards the end of ICO. the price difference comes as a bonus for early participants. the earlier you get into the ICO, the cheaper you'll get INCENT tokens. |

Dev Team - Go Forward Plan As you all probably have assumed, we have encountered numerous issues with the delegate system, and the security of the rise-core code base. A couple of highlights: - Slow system speed - 10> Transactions per second - Above this causes forks
- DDoS Vulnerabilities in multiple core system packages that require significant updates to resolve
- Spotty delegate communication
- High resource usage for nodes
The above issues are difficult to resolve in the current code base (As evidenced by the original developers lack of resolution up until this point). In order to find a solution for this, we are going back to the drawing board, and designing an entirely new architecture for the system, not based on anything that is currently in existence. We will be writing a new codebase from scratch. The Architecture process is going to take a bit of time, but we will make sure that we post regular updates to where we are at, and we will keep all of our architecture and configuration documentation in a github project tracker so you can all track our progress yourselves. The address is RiseVisionProject. You’ll start seeing significant updates to this project by the end of this week. The objectives remain the same, building a stable, scalable cryptocurrency, with customizable side chains, Distributed applications, and Smart Contracts. We will still have a hosting platform that can be installed on any publicly accessible server, and we will still be maintaining API compatibility with the current SDKs. Once the new code is complete, we will initiate a straight swap of coins from one chain to the other. The mechanism for this is not yet decided on, but we will attempt to make it as seamless as possible. The escrow that said he doesn't have a key need to be scrutinized more. I also suspect something, Decloud team keep comparing their performance with that of Opair, I suspect they know each-other, If anybody can identify Opair developer we should be able to locate Decloud developer/s too anyone already found the scammer? This website is attached to the banking network so the funds here can only be withdrawn here, at least for now. But Canada is a possibility as a partnership has been made as well but that's for a later part. As for the ID, overseas filipino workers has been asking me about this so there's an others option in that list for them to be able to upload their non-Philippine IDs but still have to check with the bank rules and regulations. I myself would like to be international IDs be accepted as Filipinos are everywhere as well. good to know you are considering international IDs mainly because Filipinos are everywhere in the world and are the main target clients of Pesobit - for remittance.
