Our giveaway ended for the time being. A new one might be released soon. I don't think you should do another giveaway with a rollover without some way for users to clearly see/track their rollover. I understand not wanting to have your good nature exploited but I think the requirements should be clear and easily trackable by your users. That "blue" casino does it in an interesting way with two currencies, one chips and one basically tokens that have to be gambled. Maybe something like that would work for you? We track it in our backoffice management system. And players can track it on their casino history page. |

This is wonderful news. The Peercoin community is excited about being able to offer our supporters additional ways to utilize their coins. We'll make sure to mention this in our newsletter issue #5 on Wednesday.

Ok it confirmed now. It should be in your wallet already. Apparently the transaction fees are going high! We just paid 0.005btc to move ~21 btc. 2 months ago this same transaction would have costed 0.0001 and would have been confirmed fast. |

It is still in somewhat of a trial mode, so deposit/withdrawal delays could be expected in the next few days. Processing right now  Again, very sorry for the inconvenience. The issue is that the past couple of days due to the higher bitcoin demand, the blockchain transaction volume went higher, so miners are looking for higher fees to process them, and it is hard to predict what fee to add to each transaction to be processed quickly. This is not related to us but to bitcoin in general. |

Hi, we noticed it too. What happens is that your payout is partially using a previous transaction that went into our wallet, which has smaller transaction fee than needed and hasn't confirmed on the blockchain yet, that's why your transaction is also hanging as unconfirmed. We have to wait to either both transactions to confirm, or to fail. If they fail, we will send a new one. I appreciate the prompt response, but why was I sent coins like this in the first place? Not to be rude, but it seems quite unfair that I am the one to deal with the brunt of this problem. It is a mistake on our end, for which I am truly sorry. But we can't send another 5.63 btc before waiting out the 1st transaction, it is just too large of a value at current prices to risk it.
