Right now our withdrawals are still limited to a minimum of 0.01btc, but we will change this this weekend.
As to withdrawal times, Usually we process them every few hours, but the past 3-4 days there have been some confirmation delays on the blockchain, I believe due to the spike in bitcoin transactions in general, so withdrawals might get delayed from time to time.

We updated the withdrawal page. Now it will accept withdrawals as low as 0.0001 btc. Please note that if you input 0.0001392, the system won't accept it. It needs to be up to 4 digits after the 0.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Almost 1 month passed since we did the BTC200+ Giveaway and there are still users who haven't used it, or are trying to withdraw it without completing the rollover requirement. Therefore we are giving a 1 week final call for everyone to take it, after which, on Nov 1st, we will erase the remaining bonus balances in the system from this promo.
So if you haven't yet taken advantage of it, now is a good time to do so. Good luck!

This seems quite reasonable but is there a way I can check and see how much of my balance is still the promo credit? Also November is obviously a typo.

Hi, we noticed it too. What happens is that your payout is partially using a previous transaction that went into our wallet, which has smaller transaction fee than needed and hasn't confirmed on the blockchain yet, that's why your transaction is also hanging as unconfirmed. We have to wait to either both transactions to confirm, or to fail. If they fail, we will send a new one.

Not to be rude, but it seems quite unfair that I am the one to deal with the brunt of this problem.

Not to be rude, but it seems quite unfair that I am the one to deal with the brunt of this problem. It is a mistake on our end, for which I am truly sorry. But we can't send another 5.63 btc before waiting out the 1st transaction, it is just too large of a value at current prices to risk it. This is the transaction that is linked to your payout: https://blockchain.info/tx/43e23919acc875abe3530838cb05b53d54bc54cb20a17db72192d9587c3fb420Usually these transactions either confirm or fail in 2-3 days, so supposedly it could fail anytime now and we can process it again.

You should feel free to get lost. We will not cooperate with you in particular in any way, so filing a complaint with you will be a 1000% time waste for any user that wishes to do so.

I'm certainly not accusing you of anything, I just feel quite a bit slighted for having to leave such a large sum tied up for a reason that wasn't my fault to begin with. It makes me quite unhappy as I'm sure you can understand. I trust that if it somehow gets cancelled you will do the right thing, but I question why it was allowed in the first place. I feel that if anything you should resend the btc from a different address and if it somehow doesn't get cancelled I can return the original. Surely you can understand where I'm coming from here as my issue is completely legitimate no?
