In the 18-24 range. I'd be more interested to see the 25-40 range as money becomes more important to this crowd.

CryptoMoms 1st Birthday on April 16, 2015.
CryptoMoms was launched about a year ago “as a digital community center with a dedicated mission to encourage and assist women to participate in the emerging world of crypto currency overwhelmingly dominated by men.”
CryptoMoms 1st Birthday is on April 16, 2915. We invite and encourage all of you to make a special effort to help promote CryptoMoms in celebration of its Birthday. We continue with the strong conviction that CryptoMoms is a good cause that will be instrumental in assisting women in various ways. It will also contribute to the success of our industry.
A full press release will be issued on Thursday next week. Please post your comments and any recommendations you may have.
That's easy to remember, Cryptomoms and I share birthday ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) I will throw this around my FB wall and other social media. Crypto-currency pages on social media have been lacklustre at best at being on-line for communication to promote student CRISP, will have to do it ourselves, or find active pages. I might have to extend my networking to twitter for a wider audience. If anyone can help promote CRISP for Students to the right audience (students, colleges, and not necessarily the crypto community) via social media, we can discuss a bounty.

The Australian Central Bank is dismissive right now but the article also mentions its willingness to work with international regulatory bodies. This was not a positive article in my opinion.
1. They don't care, Bitcoin just isn't on there radar. This is not a good indicator.
2. They are willing to follow international protocols without considering there own position or the benefits dis-benefits to Australian business. More copying whatever America decides to do.
3. The Australian Reserve Bank and the current Australian government are not on the same page politically or financially right now, this includes Bitcoin.
4. This doesn't change anything regarding Australia's double dip GST tax on Bitcoin.
5. The current Australian government is implementing meta data retntion laws and likely will pass the TPP both of these are indicative of a hostile regulatory view on internet users and internet behaviour. TPP is also problematic in other ways.

1 year ... ey double birthday in dnotes land .. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) i think they need a good tutorial-guide section, for noobs, its the same are not created by them, but just a good recopilation of links, in order since cero to miner or trader or making your own coin, Its a lot of material running for the web just recopile links and strecture it for a good assimilation a meetups section shoulbe be good too, like tupperware or cosmetics, maybe cryptos are another area with good range to grow. With help a lot the work of mods and admins of cryptomoms. I like to put Dnotes for some bountys, to promote (give motivation) all of cryptomoms user to help working/doing tutorials-guides and i sugest to make a donation wallet to promote first meetup (like tupperware-girls womans cryptoreunion reunion) this must be 30-40 min format recorded for share in youtube and social media. with a bounty of 100.000 Dnotes more than 1000$ to spent on DNotes CRISP plans. have cryptomoms some dedicated post on bitcointalk? Good ideas infovortice. I like the bounty for creating tutorials in a specified section of the forum. CryptoMoms has some posts on bitcointalk, but not a dedicated presence.

A bit of positive news for cryptocurrency. While some fight against cryptocurrency and demonize it, others are using it as a tool to aid them in creative ways, which help the cryptocurrency community and helps spread awareness. Rand Paul’s genius political move to take your donations by BitcoinRand Paul, the firebrand libertarian senator from Kentucky, is running for president. And early donors to his campaign are already noting how Paul is setting himself apart from the pack.... Paul has long admired virtual currencies. He's even thought about ways he would improve upon Bitcoin, which, for the unfamiliar, is a form of digital cash that can be spent on real-world goods and services. So it's no surprise that he'd turn to it as a way to juice his campaign. But there's a longer-term strategic play, here, one that speaks to Paul's appeal among tech-focused libertarians in Silicon Valley and young people who are eager early adopters of new services. ... http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/the-switch/wp/2015/04/07/rand-pauls-campaign-takes-bitcoins-heres-why-thats-a-genius-political-move/

A system for easily purchasing DNotes has been high on our priority list, and we have been looking into various options in house and third party. The process moves slowly as there are a lot of legal issues in the US and we need to make sure what the DNotes team is doing is the correct way. However, if the community would like to start a trusted trader system in parallel to what we are doing that would be fine, as long as you are following your local rules and regulations that may already be in place. The DNotes team is not able to participate.

I not forget evocoins and bter coins, and some mtgox coins, are all pending to dump on markets ... i think harder days still to come for btc and evidently for all ecosystem.
Maybe is good to present DNotes proyect to this swiss investment bank and others ?
Weekend in Spain was amazing you can see traditional shows everywhere. If you are religious hope some day can travel and enjoy it, this is unique.
We will suffer some of those growing pains, but we are very optimistic. The future relationships and projects is what we are working toward. Building the foundation with projects like CRISP programs. Dyna is working very hard to start building those relationships. Glad to hear had a good time. Spain is very rich in culture and tradition, I'm sure it was fun.

Digital Currency is certainly not due to die. Swiss investment bank UBS is set to open a London-based research lab to explore the application of blockchain technology in the financial services industry. The innovation lab, due to open later this month, will be housed at FinTech accelerator Level39 in Canary Wharf – one of London's major business districts. A group of financial technologists will lead the initiative, which attempts to bring together experts from both the banking and FinTech sectors to examine how traditional banking can drive business growth through innovation. Oliver Bussmann, group CIO at UBS, said in a statement: "Our innovation lab at Level39 will provide a unique platform to explore emerging technologies such as Blockchain and crypto-currencies, and to understand the potential impact for the industry." "We are moving away from a purely in-house innovation strategy, optimising collaboration opportunities with the growing FinTech business, start-up and investor community in an open and transparent way," he continued. The news comes after the Swiss banking giant published an extensive report in March last year outlining the widespread benefits bitcoin's technology could offer if it was co-opted by the traditional banking system. See more @ http://www.coindesk.com/ubs-to-research-blockchain-technology-in-london-lab/It feels as if there has been a large shift in perspective from the business world just in the last few months. From attempting to discredit it or taking a negative stance to questioning how it can be useful. As more and more companies explore the possibilities of cryptocurrency, it will create a friendly environment and increase utilization.

Just another of the many reasons we need cryptocurrency. Last week I got double charged on my debit card. Called up the company and they wanted me to contact the bank. Having gone through this before, I knew the bank isn't going to correct it for me, at least not without trying to charge me for it, so I refused. It took 3 calls to the company and a week to get the money back in my account. Many years ago I had the same thing happen, but it also over drafted my account, what a fiasco that was. There is a better solution, and it is right around the corner.

Can someone explain the CRISP for students thing? I find it a little confusing.
Hi BitcoinNewbie15, Here is a quote that best describes it for me. "The CRISP for Student program is designed to assist students to get started with a digital savings account without having to pay for it, allowing them to gain immediate exposure and experience with digital currency – the future of money. " At it's core, any CRISP program is a Cryptocurrency Investment Savings Plan, to help people get started with cryptocurrency. At this stage, cryptocurrency is still in its infancy, if you believe it is the future of money like we do, then you want to save some now before it grows and becomes harder to obtain. Does that answer your question?

The Easter long weekend is a great opportunity to help friends and family by telling them about the CRISP programs. Many students go home for the weekend, and a one on one conversation about the CRISP For Students may be with a person that will tell everyone they know. I don't look at this as advertising, but rather as helping the people you care about. Have a great weekend everyone!! ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) I will be around over the weekend. If anyone posts a friend's brand-new account address, I shall send 100 NOTE to it*. That first experience of seeing coin turn up in your wallet is psychologically important. Mark (IndiaMikeZulu), Western Australia *I have 1,000 NOTE that I got as a present! We appreciate your offering of this service IMZ!

One of our greatest assets is our discipline and ability to remained highly focused working on projects that matter most at that period in time. It is just as important not to get ahead of technologies but always be deeply informed and well positioned to participate in and exploit them at the most opportune time.
The first mover advantage is often over estimated. Pioneers often pay a very high price and struggle just to stay alive, avoiding many pitfalls, while allowing others who come from behind to learn from their mistakes and take full advantage on what has been accomplished and paid for. Good time is invaluable.
Amazingly well said. To quote Jobs on the same topic: “People think focus means saying yes to the thing you've got to focus on. But that's not what it means at all. It means saying no to the hundred other good ideas that there are. You have to pick carefully. I'm actually as proud of the things we haven't done as the things I have done. Innovation is saying no to 1,000 things.”Good to hear form you MiningHabit. That is a great quote, and there will be a lot of excellent ideas we may have to say no to. That said, allowing everyone, regardless of tech experience, to mine for themselves is important to us.
