Most often this probably comes from public VPNs, or from IPs that are blacklisted.
https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx

I noticed a long time ago that newbies appear, with a registration date of 2018, for example. They come up with stories that he registered and forgot, and now the time has come, he remembered about this account.
In fact, newbies who come to spam or register 101 accounts know the market for ready-made accounts very well.
Therefore, my opinion is that you need to buy a good non-public VPN, or, as ranochigo said, register with your IP provided by your provider.

I wouldn't agree with you completely.
I recently talked to a friend about bitcoin and he got interested.
I suggested this forum for more information and he tried to register.
He got this message saying he had to pay to unblock himself.
He tried to register from home and I'm 100 % he didn't use public VPN but IP from his Internet provider.
Of course he has completely given up on this forum and has no plans to pay anything.
Even if he wanted to pay he can't because he's just heard about bitcoin, he doesn't even have an open btc wallet, nor does he even know how bitcoins are sent or received.
He's a complete beginner on this and it's really funny of people like that, who by mistake or by chance ended up on this list, to ask them to pay to unblock themselves.
It's just not right and fair and no one can convince me otherwise.

Transfer rumours:

Marseille are in talks with Napoli over a deal for 26-year-old Poland striker Arkadiusz Milik, who is also wanted by Juventus and Atletico Madrid. Where he will go finally? There is great interest in this player.
Bayern Munich have approached Real Madrid about signing Brazil defender Eder Militao, 22, as a potential replacement for Austria left-back David Alaba, 30, who seems to be on the verge of joining the Spanish side. Is a big deal in sight? This could be a very important player for Bayern.
Jose Mourinho wants to bring Denmark midfielder Christian Eriksen back to Tottenham with Inter Milan looking to offload the 28-year-old playmaker. Will Eriksen accept this invitation?

Australian Open 2021 really didn't start well.
I just read this news: ''Forty-seven players to quarantine in Melbourne after Covid cases on flights. Two-time champion Victoria Azarenka and former US Open champion Sloane Stephens are reportedly among those affected.''
AO seems to be facing very serious problems right now, and even before the start of the competition.
Maybe the organizers should have waited with the start of this competition?
These are already very serious problems that have nothing to do with sports but affect all tennis players.
What do you think?

3404  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Netherlands pilot scheme to allow women to play in senior men's team on: January 16, 2021, 11:02:46 AM

Most harassment is only used for women and it is very few occasions where we see that male are harassed by females. Due to different physical structure of men and women, it will not be a good idea to include females in male teams.

You are right buddy even if men do not have intention to touch the woman's body or harass it because of the game, people who will see it will feel offended, because in other country where society is sensitive to women they will feel offended, the league should understand this, man and woman are not created equal in some ways and it's something that is hard to ignore.

Oh common, the women who will play in the men's teams will know all about these consequences and will not mind that. We already have some matches where men and women play together like tennis etc.  Although both teams competing should have female players and not only one team contain female gender.

I think that something like this could happen in the future and that this decision in the Netherlands is just the beginning and not the end or the exception.
Women are slowly getting the opportunity to play in all, even the most demanding sports such as MMA for example and the public is becoming more open to the possibility of women competing on an equal footing with men.
Women are becoming physically stronger and closer to the physical capabilities of men, and because of this, the door will slowly open in men's sports for them as well.

I'm aware that this topic has already been discussed here but I would like to talk about one particular aspect of this problem.
So most of you already know what I'm talking about.
A new member register on this forum and wants to become an active member of our forum community but gets the message that he is on the evil list and that he has to pay a certain fee to unblock himself and that he could start writing.
Okay, I understand that there are a lot of scammers on this forum and it's probably one kind of protecting our community from them.
Let us try to approach this problem from another angle.
Someone heard about bitcoin from a friend for the first time in his life, he has never earned or bought a single bitcoin, he is skeptical and wants to know more about it.
He finds this forum through Google and wants to register because he wants to use the opportunity to participate in discussions on this forum and find out more.
Instead of welcoming and simply registering, he gets the message that he is on the evil list and that he has to pay a certain fee to unblock himself.
At this point most of such new potential members will simply give up and leave.
First of all, they don’t have the ability to pay with bitcoin nor do they want to pay for the right to write on the forum.
Couldn't this be solved in another way?
Let's say that all such new profiles receive a flag (with restrictions on writing in trading or receiving merits) and that a review of such profiles is made after 30 days.
If everything is ok after 30 days, all their restrictions are lifted and they can write normally and everywhere.
What do you think?
I think that all new members should be given an equal opportunity and they shouldn't be discouraged from registering and participating in this forum.
3406  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is the biggest issue for beginners ? on: January 16, 2021, 10:01:50 AM
This hit me! Im a newbie and i am really having a hard time in exploring things here. Though i searched and watched related things about bitcoin, i still wonder how earn here ( if we are talking about the forum) but luckily we have internet and help.page to help.us through the process. There are also things im still learning like:

- making different wallets, for bitcoin, ethereum etc.
- a lot of unfamiliar words related to bitcoin, that seems the same meaning if you read it but really not.
- can't differentiate real deals to the scams. Newbies are tend to lure by it.
- the merit system. Its not that i dont like this, but somehow eventhough we post good and meaning topic but if some people wont notice, newbie will be stay in its rank.
-and update other as i dig deeper to the forum.

Most of the things you listed are technical in nature and are quickly learned and understood by new members, don't worry.
As for the merit system, there's no need to be too burdened with it and think about it a lot.
I advise you to slowly learn about new things, educate yourself and through that you will grow and the quality of your posts on the forum will be better until someone recognizes it and gives you the merits.
This requires your time and investment and above all your patience.
3407  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcointalk ranking difficulty on: January 16, 2021, 09:56:31 AM
After the merit system was created in 2018, many members were not able to rank up again
It includes me. I was a bit surprised when I came back again to this forum after a long time. I realized something new in the requirement of level up. But I am not a person who complains about this new requirement because I know it is needed to trigger a better post quality among members. With this harder requirement, I also try to make a better post now. Although I am aware my posts still not deserve to get merits.

This may be a thing that's a little unfair.
Those members who, prior to the introduction of the merit system, reached the highest, legendary rank, this change has not harmed them.
Other members have come to the situation  that they have to make a lot more effort to get ahead in the forum.
I suppose we can say that life is not fair.

3408  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The 27th World Handball Championship 2021! on: January 15, 2021, 08:01:17 PM
And already at the beginning of this competition, the first big surprise happened. Japan played 29:29 with one of the big favorites of the competition, Croatia.
Croatian players always seem to have the problem of underestimating weaker teams and a more relaxed approach to the match.
I hope the players will forget this match as soon as possible and play much more seriously remaining matches in the group.
I believe that very few people bet on this result and that the gains were great.

3409  Local / Hrvatski (Croatian) / Re: Bitcoin vs Altcoin sezona on: January 15, 2021, 07:49:16 PM

The Guardian had just shared the news that Andy Murray could miss Australian Open after positive Covid-19 test.
It seems unlikely that Murray will get a chance to perform at the AO given the very strict rules in this tournament.

AC Milan reported one step to bring ex-Juventus Mandzukic, Mandzukic has no clubs since Juli 2020. Another old player, maybe he will become good mentor for young players in Milan like Ibrahimovic. Also Soauliho Meite linked with Milan for loan fo 6 months with EUR1 million fee with buy option on summer with EUR7 million. What do you think about this transfer? Is Milan really need Mandzukic?
If this happens, it's gambling. They signed Zlatan and it looks like they had success with the transfer. Despite his advanced age, Zlatan has become a key player for AC Milan. I think they also think the same about Mario Mandzukic he will be successful at AC Milan even though he is old. I don't know why Pioli would prefer Mario Mandzukic over looking for a younger striker. If the need is short, maybe Mario Mandzukic can be an alternative to Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Rafael Leao in attack if injured. But maybe seeing his age he will only last 1-2 years. If AC Milan gets Mario Mandzukic at a low price, it doesn't matter because he is not a match for the club's long-term progress.

Mandjukic is an experienced player and has already played in Italy but he has not played serious football for a long time and it's questionable how much he can help Milan.
However, I have heard rumors that Brazilian striker Pato is close to returning back to Milan, in which case Mandjukic is likely to drop out.
3412  Local / Hrvatski (Croatian) / Re: Porez na bitcoin i kriptovalute 2018-2019 on: January 13, 2021, 08:03:09 PM

3416  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Netherlands pilot scheme to allow women to play in senior men's team on: January 12, 2021, 08:39:38 AM
It seems that in this discussion we can't separate the question of the football skills of this girl, Elle Fokkem, and the fact that she is a young woman who plays football with men.
For me, the first question is whether this young girl deserves to play in this men's team at all or is she just a mascot or should she be an example for the future?
If the answer is yes (that she deserves to play alongside men because of her football skills), should a male player be given priority in her place, just because he is a man?
Only when we resolve this issue does it seem to me that it makes sense to move on to another question, can women play together with men in football?
I remember reading somewhere that in the Norwegian army men and women are treated equally and even sleep together in the same rooms (which means they work together without any problems, from mutual exercises, touching each other, taking off clothes before bed etc).
I think it's similar in football, that both men and women are professionals and they don't play for fun but for results, to win.
If a young woman shows that she is better than a man in a certain position in the team and can help the whole team, should she be excluded just because she is a woman?
And as for the possibility of sexually harassing a woman, or accidentally touching her intimate body parts during play, it seems to me that you forgot that she has been playing with men for a very long time, 10 years or more.
So far no such problems have been reported and she continues to play alongside the men without major problems.
I would say that this question has already been answered in practice.

EDIT: This article describes what it looks like when young women and men work and sleep together and this is obviously not a problem as some think:

Very interesting question.
We all have the freedom to give merits according to our subjective feeling and thinking, there is no concrete rules.
The only thing that is explicitly forbidden is trading and selling merits.
Personally, I don’t particularly care who gives me the merits nor do I look at his history on the forum.
I have my own criteria for giving merits that I follow.
I look at the quality of the post, whether it contributes to the forum or is a constructive post.
3418  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What do we do with finance? (Taxation and Taxes on Bitcoin) on: January 12, 2021, 08:01:33 AM
Obviously, if you have Bitcoins and you live in a country where they are taxed, you must pay them. You must get in contact with the person who makes your taxes for you and ask them what you need to do. If that person doesn't know either, find yourself another because cryptocurrencies will be more and more common in our lives, and people who don't know about them and do that sort of job should be considered inefficient at their job.

You must seek the advice of an accountant especially if the legal frame concerning cryptocurrencies is not very clear in your country, which is true for a lot of countries right now.

In fact, in many countries, in particular the EU, there is already clear regulation on bitcoin and taxation.
In my country, the tax office has already made and published an official opinion on how to report earnings from bitcoin and crypto.
Accountants still know very little about it because they have not had such cases or clients.
I know it from my own experience.
That's good to hear and there should be clear rules to help citizens with their tax filings but as a resident of an EU country, my experience has been different. And Bitcoin is mostly unheard of when you ask accountants in my country. I've gotten more help from local telegram groups than accountants, which is not what I recommend by the way when someone is filing their taxes, but that's what happened.

I live in Croatia and in our country the tax office has published very clear instructions on how to report and pay tax on crypto earnings, with concrete examples.
They can also be contacted directly and requested additional information.
As for the accountant, I agree with you here.
For them, it is something completely new and unknown, and in fact we know a lot more about crypto than they do.
I suggest you visit your local tax office and ask for help.
3419  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcointalk ranking difficulty on: January 12, 2021, 07:57:03 AM
Honestly, on this forum I have seen some newbie members who have a lot more knowledge and experience about crypto than some legendary members.
I'm talking about some crypto business owners who share their knowledge and experience on the forum and have no interest in making money on the forum.
Obviously for such people the forum rank is completely irrelevant.
Only members who came here to earn some bitcoin complain about the forum rank and promotion on the forum.
They must understand that only through their own effort, time and learning can they progress in this forum and gain a certain reputation.
