3401  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [SHOCK] Core dev and Blockstream employee tells bitcoin users to use fiat! on: June 04, 2017, 01:27:13 AM
High fees will continue as long as the miners doesn't have any consensus if this miners really want to increase the blocksize so everyone in bitcoin network will be happy but i guess they're enjoying the high fees because it is much more profitable for them.
What's the point of UASF then, it is a plan to keep the users from believing that it will activated someday which is most likely will not. I think if they feel like it to implement segwit they can do it immediately without without any need of consensus.
3402  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Russian's own Bitcoin - What will be the impact to the original Bitcoin? on: June 03, 2017, 03:15:18 AM
They can make an copy paste currency like bitcoin but i guess this wont be popular or will have a big impact in the market cause no one wants to own an digital currency that is controlled by banks that has some regulations in terms of using it but this is a good sign also that countries is starting to get interested in the world of crypto currency.
Bitcoin has achieved more and the price will continue to soar up despite being an decentralized currency, has any centralized altcoin out there have manage to surpass BTC for example ETH ?
ETH still in the $100 despite being popular and centralized, the point is centralize digital currency will be always behind BTC because people wants to use a currency that is not over regulated by governments.
3403  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Which is the best way to promote products or links? on: June 03, 2017, 02:45:59 AM
Forums and social media advertising is very useful for your business or products, i think you should remake your marketing materials so lots of people may get attract by into it or if you have money he could hire a marketing here you could find those kind of services in the marketplace>services section.
But if you dont feel like a hiring a marketing you could create an signature campaign and hire some users you'll be able to pay to advertise your site in this forum especially this site is where bitcoin enthusiast, traders, gamblers, investors and business men gather. Social media campaign is good also it deends on what do you want to do but if you do those things your online shop will get lots of traffic and interested buyers, if of course the campaign is successful.
3404  Economy / Economics / Re: Future of the BTC on: June 03, 2017, 02:29:44 AM
Some of the altcoin has stable price but look at it's value some altcoin has only has the maximum amount of 100$ despite being a centralized crypto currency they're still in the $100 barrier, bitcoin rather far surpasses them all compared to price value of $2477.
Also i think bitcoin has graduated from volatility because it can pump and maintain it's price compared in the years that the price will get easily dump in a few weeks after it's bullrun this shows that bitcoin has matured from volatility with the number of supports it's getting especially when institutional investors as decided to invest in it and millions of local businesses are using it as a payment method.
3405  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Account stolen, please give negative trust to the accounts on: June 03, 2017, 02:12:49 AM
Hackers everywhere, did those owners of the account got clickbaited or is there an exploit that hacker is using to hack those multiple accounts if so that would be bad for a bitcoin forum.
Op should have an description on how did the hack occur to inform users to not to trust links that will be sent to them and be more cautious next time.
So what happens to the hacker do they get banned from the forum or just given the title negative user?
3406  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is declining as top crypto currency. Why? on: June 03, 2017, 01:56:46 AM
From where i see it bitcoin is doing great it has good market price which is $2477 as of now. Explain it to me how would a buggy and centralized altcoin could surpass bitcoin.
Bitcoin has been adopted in many countries and has been legalize in japan
Bitcoin has the most number  of merchants and services using it as a payment processor.
Bitcoin is one of the widely used as a payment processor in the world wide web
Bitcoin is also in local businesses as a payment method.

Look at the different aspects of bitcoin then you'll understand that bitcoin will always be number 1.

3416  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin overcome Paypal? on: May 29, 2017, 12:45:46 AM
I believe that bitcoin already overcome paypal in terms in users there are a lot of people using nowadays more than paypal and in terms of aspects bitcoin far surpasses paypal as a payment processor.
Bitcoin is faster and more secured than paypal where in paypal your personal info can get easily sniff and spoof by an attacker and you will be an identity theft
While bitcoin network is unhackable and you send and receive anonymously.
3417  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would you buy Bitcoin now with hard cash? on: May 29, 2017, 12:26:17 AM
If i had lots of cash i would definitely buy lots of bitcoin and patiently wait until 30 years for the price to pump really high until it reach $500000 or $1million it's a win win situation if i had cold hard cash but i dont.
All i can do is work for it and get paid in bitcoins so i can store a little of it.
3418  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 1 BTC = 250x fees then you will remain with 0 BTC on: May 29, 2017, 12:14:33 AM
If segwit gets activated the delay should disappear but i dont know if it is also part of segwit solution to reduce the transaction fees but according to segwit white they reduce the TX size by putting it in an off-chain network so the transaction fees will be possibly reduced once segwit gets implemented, it will no longer be 0.005USD/bytes.
3419  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So Bitcoin is better than Gold? on: May 28, 2017, 11:58:32 PM
In terms in price value gold is a little bit ahead but if you compare the different aspects between bitcoin and gold you'll know that bitcoin far surpasses gold.
Bitcoin can send $1 million worth of transaction without being tampered and will get confirmed especially now that segwit is activated.
Besides being fast it is also secure and anonymous unlike gold that might get rob down the road.
And with it's decentralized feature it is not regulated by governments unlike gold.
3420  Economy / Digital goods / Re: WTS: Dota2 MMR Boosting Services on: May 28, 2017, 01:17:18 AM
Didn't know such services exist what is the total cost in 5 calibration matches?
Does it depend on the average mmr?
If your going to boost an accounts mmr does it mean that i have to give my user and pass?
Since you posted your services in this bitcoin forum im assuming you accept bitcoin as a payment method.

Hope i get some response.
