3421  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: April 08, 2022, 10:48:22 AM
I disagree with that valuation. After looking at the current state of the market I think it is just about right for Ethereum to floating around the $3000 mark. The discounted cash flow model is not giving the current valuation and teh same could be applied to hundreds of crypto to get their cash flow model price too.

Analysts will always have their views on what is going on and how they see the market change and fluctuate but how many times do they really get it right?

Ether is worth more than $6,000, based on this valuation model

Ether is valued at $6,128, or about 180% of the crypto’s current price, based on a discounted cash-flow model, as Ethereum’s upcoming major upgrade could convert the cryptocurrency into an “equity-like instrument,” according to a recent report by Bloomberg Intelligence.

First of all not all of those that are complaining about victims of the 1xbit scammers is presenting evidence to back up their claims. That is something very important to note.

On the whole though, it seems many of the complaints do seem to have some legitimacy but when they arrive over a period of days from multiple sources claiming the same thing (tennis) then either it is a concerted effort to attack 1xbit or it is a pattern that 1xbit are using to scam their customers.

I would never trust the 1xbit website and would highly recommend all people thinking about playing there to never trust them too but for those that already sent funds there and have any winnings in the account balance, you should try to get your money out as soon as possible because it could be you that will get selectively scammed next.

I was playing everything, every sport.
But they said in the email to me that I can withdraw my funds. Then I login again and made withdraw, and after some minutes they blocked again and telling me in the next email I am not able to withdraw and close account. This is so retarded and I not understanding what is this?

It's not normal that every week or month there are so many people complaining and curiously I haven't seen anyone old on the forum complaining about this site, I think there's something wrong here... do they select people from a specific country to block accounts? Will they research the user to find out if it's someone from the forum or not before blocking the person's account? Could it be that they are blocking accounts of people who bet on tennis and win? there has to be some explanation for everything that is happening
3423  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [WARNING] Beware of godex.io exchange "SCAM" 58 ETH on: April 07, 2022, 10:29:13 PM
You will need to provide much more detail if you would like your claim to be taken seriously. Try to explain clearly exactly how you think they scammed you.

Can you still login to your account? If possible try to get as many screenshots as you can from the Account area that could shed some light on what is going on.

3424  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [WARNING] UKAN Plagiarized Whitepaper on: April 07, 2022, 10:16:34 PM
This situation is now getting beyond a joke. The sheer number of scammers trying to fool people in to sending their crypto to fake websites on the basis the funds will be spent on humanitarian causes in Ukraine, is shocking.

Where there is an opportunity to pocket some cash, the scammers will proceed without caring about moral obligations in a totally shameless manner. Even in times of extreme human pain and suffering the scammers are lining up trying to pick their moments to scam.

It looks like you haven't read our white paper, not only we credit them but we discredit them as well and make the project pertinent.
Please read both white papers carefully and then we can talk about the issue again.

It appears you don't understand what "giving credit to the original author" means. Taking someone else's work and passing it off as your own without giving credit is plagiarism. Citing sources is the only way to use other people's work without plagiarizing. No need to discuss it further.

The rest of your arguments are total bullshit. As I see it, the solution is simple. You claim to be in close contact with President Zelenski? If you can prove it, I will publicly apologize and withdraw this claim.

The use of others' suffering for one's own gain is disgusting. There is a special place in hell for people like you.

3425  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2021/2022 on: April 07, 2022, 09:48:13 PM
Here are the games taking place this weekend Friday, Saturday and Sunday in the Premier League. The stand out games for the top 4 chase and the relegation battle are headed by:

Everton vs Manchester United
Arsenal vs Brighton & Hove Albion
Watford vs Leeds
Aston Villa vs Tottenham Hotspur
Norwich vs Burnley
Manchester City vs Liverpool

----------------------------------------------

One thing that can be important in a relegation battle is having been through them before. The teams that are most likely to go down are those that were previously mid-table sides but are now in freefall. Those that are always around the lower half know the relegation pressure all too well, and are used to fighting for every point. We'll have to see if that's the case with Everton, but I do think you'd have to favour Burnley to stay up at the moment.
Everton and Burnley will be the defining battle of the season alongside Manchester City vs Liverpool. The former are battling to avoid relegation and the latter are battling to win the crown for Premier League champions.
3426  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2021/2022 on: April 07, 2022, 06:16:45 PM
The last time Everton were relegated from the top flight was in the 1950/51 season which was around 71 years ago. If Everton do get relegated then Lampard will go down in their history as a massive failure and he will probably never be taken seriously as a manager again.

What could prove crucial is that Everton have been on the verge of relegation in the past but managed to find a win on the final day of the season some years ago that kept them up. I believe they were 0-2 down but came back to win 3-2 on the final day of the season.

Having said that Burnley have no intention of getting relegated and will fight with Everton and any other team that gets dragged in to the relegation battle because they want to stay in the Premier League.

Having to choose between Burnley and Everton (one to stay in the Premier League the other to be relegated) I would have to say on form Burnley deserve to stay up even though they are a small club. Everton is a big club but they have been abysmal this season.

Here is the current Premier League table after the game this evening. The problems Everton and Burnley face can be clearly seen

Yes, I think form is crucial, it gives confidence, which can have a huge effect on results. Not only do Burnley have a valuable win now, they also came from behind and won it right at the end, which should give evn more confidence... and not only that, but it dealt a psychological blow to their relegation rival. This could prove crucial.

The problem is they use their Terms of Service as an excuse to seize funds from any customer they want and this is the most common pattern they have been employing ever since the scam accusations started against them.

@1xbit_official can you address the concerns of the member please?

I still waiting more than 2 months for my account to be unlock.

Unfortunately for him it seems he did not carry out due-diligence and that was the error. Now he is fighting a losing battle because the 1xbot scammers will not be returning any funds to him.

In fairness to by far the majority of victims that fall prey to these types of websites, they get drawn in to the professional looking layout and believe it is never going to be a scam. Even 1xbit are not scamming all their customers, they are selective scamming therefore it was unfortunate that the user involved ended up out of pocket.

As for the repercussions, I think the victims should all get together and make a single legal case against the 1xbit scammers. I mentioned that before several times but there just does not seem to be an appetite for that yet but hopefully things will change in future.

<cut>
from 18th march you are not giving me respond and not unblock my account and get back my deposits. You are not ashamed?

The only reason the 1xbit scammers are still around is because they continue to make money by scamming people like you with no repercussions. Anyone with half a brain can see that 1xbit scammers haven't made any improvements and aren't concerned about their reputation. Stop trusting a platform with such a horrible track record.

3429  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: ChainEX.io is SCAM on: April 07, 2022, 09:18:10 AM
Before reading your post I had never heard of chainex.io therefore decided to take a look at their website. I noticed they are probably using an older version trading engine for their exchange but their terms and condition clearly list they are a registered company in South Africa. The names and photographs of the prominent people within the company are listed.

In general terms, there is no reason to suspect there is anything untoward going on by the company but that takes on to the issue of your funds being withheld. If you gave the company one name when signing up and trading and then gave them another name when sending KYC then that automatically will raise red flags and points of concern as well a suspicion.

Without knowing how many letters of the name are different and how many names were spelt wrong, it would be difficult to judge if chainex.io have been overtly harsh to you or not. You have to accept you have yourself to blame here but if there is a just a small error then maybe the company can be contacted asking them to deal with you in a more human level rather than just in an automated manner.

Chainex locked my account and ask for verification,
when I do so they still refuse to unlock my account, the reason is because I have a mistake in the spelling of my name.

Now all my coins are lost, I hope nobody else will experience that.

3430  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM ALERT] List of fake donation sites during the Ukraine crisis on: April 07, 2022, 09:06:16 AM
An excellent piece of work here by you. The list is extensive and you deserve full credit thank you. What is sad to read are the actual number of attempts at scamming people and the justifications provided by the scammers.

Potential donors have be aware that these are all scam websites and every single penny of any funds sent to these scammers will be going directly to their own pockets.

Make sure you send your donations to the right place!

We know that greed can be a huge motivating factor and that has been apparent throughout this forum. Morals and decency seem to be taken out of the equation when it comes to some members trying to make some money.

Including the one you mentioned, the tally of accounts with a ~tilde has now reached 123 and all of them are listed in the OP.

It seems here is another one willing to participate on the 1xbit campaign.

3432  Economy / Services / Re: [open] Restart of 1xBit signature campaign - new signatures and more spots! on: April 07, 2022, 08:33:58 AM
Some or most of the accounts you mentioned with thousands of posts have probably been changing hands being sold and re-sold several times. The fact that the 1xbit scammers have inserted a clause mentioning if a user has received a red tag because they have joined (or have asked to join) the 1xbit signature campaign then they will effectively get paid - it shows a failure on their part.

When was the last time anything of substance was contributed to this forum by any member wearing a 1xbit signature? Having as many of them on ignore is probably the best solution  Smiley

The only reason I wish this campaign continued is so I can continue to find and put on my ignore list all these shit posters and shit heads and finally never see their replies again.  Ironic how shit heads post a reply here all by themselves to only earn red trust and never be accepted in this community again, thank you for taking your time to make my job easier by having all of your names in just one thread.

What the hell, some of them have over three thousand posts on the forum.  All you participants have such a sad life you know this is your only chance of success.  By helping a scammer scam.

Believe if i say Everton itself is danger, they have failed to pick up points in their easy run of games, now they get to face chelsea, mufc, liverpool and leicester out of their remaining games. I do not see them escaping the drop down to championship this season. A team facing a run up of games with top teams, struggling to score goals from open play, cant defend. its a big mess for Everton
3434  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2021/2022 on: April 06, 2022, 10:49:05 PM
Here is the result of the game played earlier today 6th April 2022:

Burnley 3-2 Everton

After the defeat to Burnley, Everton are now facing real danger. They sit just 1 point above the relegation zone and this was a massive win for Burnley. They closed the gap on Everton and put them under immense pressure.
3435  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ BOXING POLL ADDED ]: FURY vs WHYTE - CONFIRMED on: April 06, 2022, 10:40:34 PM
In all probability this fight will not leave Frank Warren out of pocket or not reach potential profits because Wembley Stadium will be sold out for the fight and it is almost inconceivable that the fight will not be shown in Europe, US and Canada by cable and satellite operators. The rights to the fight will bring in plenty of funds for Frank Warren and his partners.

Long time promoter Bob Arum is a partner in the promotion therefore US audiences will be picking up the fight. How much they make is a different thing altogether because a network paying for the rights to broadcast vs PPV earnings are difficult to calculate right now. You are right about the blind bid though, Warren ensured he would beat Hearn and to some degree Hearn never saw it coming which takes their rivalry to a new level too.

I'm wondering if Warren will make his money back on this fight as that purse bid seems outrageous. I've no doubt it will do well in the UK but it's going to need to do well worldwide to profit. The PPV is £25 in the UK but I'm really hoping dazn pick it up in one of their regions as I'd really like to watch it live.

3438  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ FOOTBALL: UEFA Champions League 2021/22 Season on: April 06, 2022, 10:21:11 PM
Yup.  I fear for City tbh.  Winning by just a goal in the first leg leaves Pep and his boys very vulnerable at the reverse fixture.  It's going to be pretty tough for City to break that defense again as they tend to become stale during a match.  I feel like Atletico wins by a goal too taking it at pens...  Which I don't mind.  Pens to decide who goes thru is always fun.  Smiley
I think Guardiola will fail to get his Manchester City team past Atletico because that 1 goal advantage will probably not be good enough to secure them qualification.

Anyway, who you guys got between Chelsea and Real Madrid?  I feel like Real is being disrpespected here at 3.80, draw no bet at 2.60.  :/
Results from the games played earlier this evening:

Chelsea 1-3 Real Madrid

Villarreal 1-0 Bayern Munich

To answer your question before the game I could not have answered but after the result it is clear that Real Madrid should qualify for the semi-final. Tuchel has worked wonders with Chelsea but it looks as though they will be knocked out. If he manages to mastermind a victory in Madrid then Tuchel will elevate himself even more with Chelsea fans and the footballing elite.

The surprise for me was Villarreal beating Bayern 1-0. I still think Bayern will win the return leg and will qualify for the semi-final. Up to this point I would say that Liverpool, Atletico, Real Madrid and Bayern will be the semi-finalists.

The chances of the 1xbit scammers drawing a line under and then turning a page and putting all their shady, underhanded and illegal activities in past - is unlikely to happen as that would mean they would have to own up to their past scams.

Just imagine though for a moment, if they came out here and apologised to the community and apologised to all their victims then made them whole again by returning the stolen funds and after all that were a transparent scam-free business, it would be a great achievement but as you correctly stated it is not going to happen.

I don't think there is any way 1xbit can salvage their reputation. It is way beyond salvation now.

Of course they can. All they need to do is work with the community and address all accusations that have accumulated against them, show evidence if the players violated their terms of service, and stop further scamming... But we already know that will never happen.
