The 1xbit forum representative logged in earlier today but ignored all allegations against them. I checked their replies, they last posted on 18th March 2022 to a user that was asking about his funds being stolen. Apart from that they post regularly with their "promotions" inviting gullible people to sign up to their website but they are not addressing scam allegations therefore do not expect a reply from them any time soon. hello 1xbit why you dont answer me id number: 13112599

Hello, Just sent you a message. hello any update about my issue? Could you say something more about your case, because your post may inform some people that support has no contact with you at all. In the last post about your case, 1xbit_official wrote that they sent to you a private message, does that mean you did not receive this message or did your case stand at some other point?

After they receive the KYC does anybody think they will just file them away and forget about them? No. They will sell them on to make more money.
I don't understand why anyone would feel like providing their KYC to 1xbit where it's not even safe to invest money. Scamming money and selling KYC is basically a double blow for the victims. This is the worst case scenario basically. I don't think they have a security team honestly speaking. They will keep providing various excuses and most probably use these excuses to not resolve your issue.

Unfortunately, from what I noticed, replies to this type of complaint may take up to about 3 weeks. I hope your case will be recognized positively.

There are cases of exchanges and gaming/gambling websites which clearly stated no KYC was required in order to lure customers in but then used various clauses in their Terms and Conditions to seize funds and close accounts. Many of those had sent KYC only to be told the legitimacy of the documents could not be validated therefore the victim first lost the funds and then lost their ID too. Sending KYC to any website is something that must be avoided in all circumstances. After they receive the KYC does anybody think they will just file them away and forget about them? No. They will sell them on to make more money.

This is the worst case scenario basically. It is quite common among casinos and exchanges that they do not inform users that KYC verification may be required under certain circumstances. In the case of 1xBit, there was probably not a single situation in which the user was asked to verify documents. (At least I haven't seen such a situation)

Your problem is that you don't understand what customer support is and what its responsibilities are, and what you should report to the security team with.
Then can you tell us the responsibilities of the customer support? I thought they're existing to solve the problem of their users. Of course, customer support, as the name suggests, is there to help customers, simply not all problems can be solved within the scope of their competences. Its understandable why you're defending 1xbit, the reason is pretty obvious. But its not a type of casino that you can recommend to gamblers, be honest.
I sympathize with 1xbit because it has been honestly paying me for almost a year and that is natural. I have never persuaded anyone to use 1xbit, everyone has different preferences and should choose casino (after own research) that suits him best. In fact, I think it is one of the few sites that offers 24/7 support to the players. Live chat is very important nowadays. Many sites have a live chat but that is with limited times that they are available. I did read that 1xbit puts a limit on accounts with the maximum bet, but that is nothing new or more unusual. Often when you win a lot, you get a limit on your account. There are worse things. It gets sadder and more painful when you see that they have all these means of communication but they ignore and don't respond to people's complaints when they contact support. where is the support at these times? I would like to know the following: how many campaign members on this site use this site to play games or place bets? how many campaign members on this site are referring their friends to use this site?

With your approach, even if someone from the participants of the signature campaign writes that he is a 1xBit user, you won't believe in it anyway, so why do you ask? When it comes to support, it is visible here and the fact that you will try to depreciate its importance will not do anything, because you know well that complaints related to blocking accounts are solved by the security team, not support. The work of the security team and the waiting time for a response does not depend on the support. And if you don't know it, the time to resolve the complaint in (as far as I know from most countries in the world) is 31 days, so don't make drama.

What about all the other complaints that you are not addressing? Are you able to explain why so many scam accusations are lined up against 1xbit? The 1xbit reputation is in the gutter no matter how much signature campaign fee you pay to those wanting to promote the scam. Anyone can make this list and claim that these issues are resolved. Do you have the evidence that these issues are actually resolved

What is the help of 24/7 support and live chats when the actual case wasn't address at all? the team will push the claimants to wait for their security team in which a BOT and again will wait months before the formal response and that will only happen after them posting here in this thread or in another thread of scam accusation against 1xbit? maybe it is better not to have those long period of support but answering and addressing the case directly and worth a listen .

I read the post you linked but cannot add anything to it except that it has to be dismissed. I another you posted about the 13 BTC returned to those that made scam accusations against 1xbit does not really satisfy the bigger question: why are there so may scam allegations against 1xbit? The second question is who exactly did you pay money (if any at all) and where is the evidence? Are you able to explain why so many scam accusations are lined up against 1xbit?
We tried to do so in this post.

We tried to do so in this post. I've been searching for answers or definite names/users that have been paid back their funds that came from the claims of 1xbit, but can't seem to find anything. It's easy to claim that you've done something in the field of crypto without providing any concrete evidence to back up your claim (CSW anyone?), and some people will believe but not us here. I don't think there is any way 1xbit can salvage their reputation. It is way beyond salvation now.

Regarding the reputational issue, it is a foregone conclusion that their reputation cannot be recovered nor repaired and they only have themselves to blame for their demise. You are right their reputation cannot be salvaged now. About the searching for evidence about 1xbit paying funds to victims of their scam, I never found any evidence in this forum that can prove beyond reasonable doubt that they investigated and repaid stolen funds. Their forum representative seems to go around in circles spouting the same message but there is a complete lack of evidence on their part. They are trying but they are not really honest, what they say is very much different from what they are doing, they have a thread about fixing issues but they keep scamming people. Once they felt that players are leaving their casinos and they cannot recruit new members, that will be the time that they are going to be serious about fixing issues, but they will need a huge amount of money to settle what they've scammed to people.

They keep pointing to the same stuff again and again to try and justify themselves even though no legit member of this forum trusts them. They probably did return some of the funds linked to certain victims, but they only constitute the minority while the majority still have issues which implies that they scammed way more funds than the amount that they returned.

Of course they can. All they need to do is work with the community and address all accusations that have accumulated against them, show evidence if the players violated their terms of service, and stop further scamming... But we already know that will never happen.
